~* Story of Atlantis *~
There are many theories and versions of Atlantis all revolving around the same thing. Atlantis was an Ancient City that existed on an Island in the Atlantic over 11,000 years ago. One storyline has that it was the domain of Poseidon the ancient god of the Sea at the top of the city laid a temple to Poseidon. The city was very prosperous and for many years lived peacefully. Then one day the city vanished beneath the waves without a trace, some believe that greed and power had taken over the Atlanteans and caused the great god Zeus to become angered and wipe out the city. No one knows what is truth and myth but the legend lives on to this day...
