..........Cobblepot is the founder and owner of the Iceberg Lounge; a ritzy and very expensive dining and entertainment complex in the heart of Gotham City. While he was publicly once known as the criminal "Penguin", he has begun anew as an honest businessman. Providing a luxury dining experience to those who can afford it, as well as entertainment of only the best there is. To the underworld thought, the Penguin has simply gone about a more "honest" means of business. Dealing in information, jewels, weapons, and all manner of dealings.

..........So far, Cobblepot has been taking advantage of the Universal merge. Attracting a new slot of customers to his Lounge that come to tour Gotham. Unfortunately, it has also attracted a new slot of costumed heroes that have found it a fond activity to crash the Lounge. Literally. He's spent a lot in repairs thus far.

..........Emily is an attendant at the Iceberg Lounge, and one of Cobblepot's "top girls". She has access to his office, and is entrusted with various tasks. Publicly, she sees to some of the Lounge's more private guests. Secretly, she is one of Cobblepot's right hand girls, and enforcers when he needs to remind someone of what they owe.

..........After one of Vandal Savage's last visits to the Lounge, he and Natalia managed to trick Emily into straying out of her comfort zone. Vandal soon discovered that Emily's secret, and forced her into working for him after injuring her back. She quickly ....







..........Sammy is a waitress at the Iceberg Lounge. At one point she had her own restaurant that she ran in Gotham, but it was destroyed due to "typical Gotham events." Bankrupt, she applied to the Lounge for work. Her experience with running a food business, zero criminal record, and physique helped land her a job there.
