Kozi had been walking away from the training grounds on her way home when the guard had came to her with his report. She was the first person he had come across, so Kozi would be the first to know. At that point in time, she wasn't honestly worried about anything. It just sounded like some freak weather in her opinion. But regardless she killed her strut in favor of some ninja running. She would stop if she saw anything suspicious, by which time others would be on alert and open eyed as well. She didn't go super cliche and take to any rooftops. Instead she was just weaving seamlessly through the busy streets towards the general area of the gates. Her trench coat, open to reveal she was only wearing shorts and a flak vest over a black bra. She slowed to a stop as not far away she saw a man who seemed out of place in the village. Firstly, he didn't have on a headband, and secondly he had a scythe. She didn't seem to recall his face from around the village. It wasn't much a lead but she had to be sure, so she called out to him at range.
I don't know your face, and you're carrying a pretty serious garden tool. I'm going to need you to surrender the scythe and come with me. Now. She didn't give him much option. It was that or she would have to assume he was hostile, especially with the state the village was in. And he wouldn't have long to decide before she acted either.

Sukōchi, now spotted by the female shinobi, stood still and simply looked at her. He analyzed her for a moment, unable to discover anything worth noting. He knew that he'd end up running into one of the village shinobi. This one was just not a high rank in the village. The lack of overwhelming chakra was affixed to that. Instead of just responding to her, he stood there staring at her, but reached into his coat and his hand returned with a long cigarette holder, Audrey Hepburn style. An unlit cigarette was at the end. He placed the holder between his lips, then held his hand near the cigarette. Smoke began to escape is body at an alarming rate from all over, which flooded the ground. The temperature would rise significantly to an uncomfortable, but not painful setting. The smoke that had hit the cigarette actually lit it.
"I don't see any reason to do as you ask. Even though you strike me as a nearly perfect creature, you're one flaw so far is making radical demands and expecting a complete stranger to you to comply without hesitation." Sukōchi would take a long toke from the cigarette and then turn his head to a building. It had a wooden frame and looked as if it was constructed haphazardly. "What an eyesore," he uttered, smoke seeping out of his lips just so slightly during his words. He let out a large breath of this smoke, which wrapped around a large post that was the main support beam, or at least one of the crucial ones, and began to blacken the wood. Moisture from the wood was being remove as well as the post being bombarded by dangerously high temperatures. The blackened wood would soon catch fire and rapidly spread. A smile stretched across his face as his attention was then immediately on Kozi and his surroundings. "Now girl, there is a reason to make a demand, taking away what made it so radical before. However, I still will not go with you nor relinquish my belongings. I'm afraid I'll have to ask you step aside. I have my own business to attend to."
Kozi smirked. The boy had just ticked her off. He didn't see a reason to follow orders given to him by someone in a position of power in the village? That was fine, as she had an issue authority. The smoke wasn't bothersome, as she was far beyond used to hot temperatures. No it was his attitude she didn't like. He gave her a reason, and she was going to use it to smear him across the ground. I think I'm going to enjoy watching you evaporate. she would say as the wind around her body began to kick up and her tendrills began to whip around. The smoke in her immediate area would be blown away and she clapped her hands together in a sudden motion. Very quickly a set of nine handseals were weaved together, three from each jutsu she was about to cast together. As the wind kicked up around her, the smoke would be pushed further away from her body and the mask on her back opened it's mouth. Water flooded out quickly and the woman inhaled as a wall of water kicked up in front of her, tall enough to eclipse the surrounding buildings with it's height. Immediately Kozi exhaled forth with the name of the combination. Ninja Art: False Heatwave! A ball of wind pressed into the wave, making the wall of water move forward with it with surprising haste. Just as the wind was surrounded by water it the third of the combination of attackcs would be seen. The wind ball had been combined with the Inferno Wave technique and encased in the wind. The water would surround the blast of wind until it reached a few feet away from the boy and then a violent and energetic explosion would go off.
Even Kozi had to leap backwards directly after firing as the attack threatened to harm her with it's force. The sheer collateral damage was enough that the entire block would be flattened. Had this just been a wind jutsu, things would have only been thrown violently backwards but the water would add a deadly level of concussive force, having been raised to the point where it was boiling and then turning into hot air after the initial explosion as the inferno wave would sweep the area directly after, leaving the entire couple of blocks turned into a demolished, steaming hot hellzone. All the metal would be too hot to touch, including any weapons in the area. All the water was utterly gone as well. Kozi landed just far enough out of the blast zone to see what she had done. She marveled at her own work. Very pridefully she stood up to observe what had occured while catching her breath.

As Kozi began her assault, Sukōchi saw a chance to set up his defense. Smoke violently erupted from his body, creating a large plume that flooded the whole area, spreading through a couple blocks. At that moment, his body and possessions melded into it, disappearing completely into the cloud. As the explosion spread and sent thing flying away, the smoke was torn apart and spread all across the village. There was no place where Sukōchi could perfectly reform right away. It wouldn't be until a few minutes later that his body became whole. This occurred at the top of the bank building.
"That was definitely not what I expected... However, she was equipped with a level of power that pleased me greatly. She would be a valuable asset to me if she weren't protecting this village." The snowy-haired shinobi stood atop the bank and yawned. He peered down and analyzed his situation. "Perhaps I'll see her again if I let her know where I am. I would like to see what else she is capable of, after all." Sukōchi's body collapsed down into smoke and then seeped into the bank building. Once inside, his body reformed in the center, alarming every person inside. "This might burn just a bit," he stated before taking a long toke of his cigarette and then his body exploding into a large cloud of smoke, stuffing the area entirely. The smoke was burning the wood and was causing severe burns to the bodies and lungs of those caught in the blast. Black and white smoke both would plume into the sky and Sukōchi's body would be untraceable. He was awaiting Kozi's arrival.

Jutsu Used • Smoke Body - Rank: Passive [No Cost] Those of the Kiseru clan are passively able to change their body into smoke. This can be done to single body parts, or full body parts. Weapons and attacks would go straight through their body, but the user has to be anticipating the attack. They could not suddenly burst into smoke if someone stabbed them in the face during their sleep. At the Chuunin Level, the user is able to turn into smog. When they do this they burst into a smog cloud, which if inhaled would cause anyone who inhaled it to cough harshly, eyes to water, and would most likely burn their throat.
• Gas Cloud [x2] - Rank: C The user will expel smoke from all over their body and shoot it out all around them. This is one of the signature techniques that most people recognize the Kiseru for. Within this cloud they are bad a**. Because they are able to change their body into smoke they are able to freely mix with it and reform somewhere else.
Kozi was disappointed that she had erased the boy quite so fast. He looked cool at least. She was all but going to go back to end the village alert when suddenly she saw a plume of smoke go up into the air. She made her way there and was moderately surprised to see that the building was up in smoke. So he had survived. There was nothing more annoying that weaklings, and thankfully that boy had survived so she could attack him again. She couldn't see into the cloud, but she assumed that he was somewhere in the smoke he had seen him erupt into similarly colored smoke and so she was quite aware now of that ability. She was content to simply stand and wait for the man to make himsefl seeable again. Almost as if taunting him she let a few tendrills free of her back and leaned backwards on them as she watched the cloud rise.

Kozi could not have been more punctual. As she stood there, smoke inside the cloud would condense until it took on a human form, eventually resulting in three creations. Each creation then began to look just like Sukōchi, each even carrying a scythe with them. The three clones would shoot forward and all attack with the scythes. One would launch through the air and attempt to cleave down on to Kozi. The other two would let loose a series of three swipes of the scythe aimed at various locations around her mid-section. After the attacks were over, the clones would drop their weapons and then launch forward, attempting to grab hold of Kozi. As this occurred, Sukōchi's body would have formed again inside the smoke so that he could expel a massive wave of heat from his mouth that would spread over the whole fighting area. It was enough to do some decent damage to Kozi if she was caught in it, but this jutsu wasn't intended to actually hurt her alone. It was a catalyst used to heat up the clones, giving some more kick the surprise to come. Once the heat wave hit the clones, they would puff up and then explode with some serious force. The mixture of the heat, the force from the explosions, and the natural heat that Sukōchi's smoke gave off, this would be enough to do internal damage capable of killing most normal people. To a trained shinobi like her, it may do some damage, but that would only help him see what she was truly capable of. He needed to understand true power.

Jutsu Used • Smoke Clone - Rank: D After focusing the needed handsigns, the user will condense the smoke around them into a simple clone. This clone can come in handy however, as when struck, will disperse into smoke to confuse the opponent. The clone can also be detonated at the will of the user. When the smoke is inhaled, the inhaler will have trouble breathing and their eyes will water for a post.
• Inferno Wave - C By kneading Chakra in the stomach and expelling it through the mouth the user fires a heatwave that spreads over a fifteen meter distance. These waves are as strong as B rank wind techniques while also setting fires to the area afflicted and removing any moisture from the air that could be used for water techniques in that area. An enemy caught in the fast moving heatwave will suffer from immediate dehydration and receive up to second degree burns. In addition metal becomes too hot to be held if caught in the wave.
• Combustion - Rank: C The user will be able to cause all of their smoke creations that may still be lingering to explode with the force of exploding tags according to their rank.
The moment she saw more than one person her brain went into overdrive and she planned her next move. Three handseals were made and the water mask opened up, erecting a wall of water that would push back the attackers before they could hit her. She instinctively leaped back, creating distance behind the wall and then the second technique she weaved together would come to fruition. As the clones combusted at the wall and then the inferno wave pushed forward, she watched the wind wall turning into steam abd then being erased. She had just enough time to weave together the seals needed to inhale deeply and then just blow back at him. The winds would be strong alone, but only so strong as the inferno wave and smoke came at her. Her back ripped open and a mass of tendrills with a water mask in the shape of a wasp over her floated and she performed another set of seals. Another water wall jutsu was spat out, aimed at the ground in front of her, but this time that water would be blasted forward into basically a small tsunami that would combine into a elemental combo perfectly suited to push the wave back and away entirely why washing out any flames it may have made and clearing out the bank fires as well. As it was pushed the smoke would yet again be blown away, though not to the extent of before hand when she leveled the city block. Before she saw him again the Wasp would fly around her and lift her into the air ever so slightly above where the smoke on the ground would easily reach her.

The reaction from Kozi ended up resulting in something truly chaotic. It was majestic and absolutely beautiful. The water washed over the ground and Sukōchi turned his lower body into smoke and lifted into the air just a few extra feet to avoid the wave. Everything in the area was leveled by the combination of all the jutsu that just went off. It also would be just a small matter of time before higher ranking shinobi in the village showed. There was even a chance the Sorakage would react to what was happening.
"So you obviously are stronger than I gave you credit for in the first place. I must ask your name." Sukōchi wanted to know everything about this individual. She was beautiful, powerful, and she was the closest thing to perfection he has ever met. "I'm Sukōchi of the Kiseru Clan and I have an ideal of creating a perfect image to rule this world. Whether it is myself or another being, I will create perfection. You have peaked my interest."
Kozi looked down at the boy with complete and utter disgust as he spoke. She caught his atention? She was much less than impressed with him. So much as she saw, he was good at running and a subpar version of herself. She only smirked before speaking and placed a hand on her side. Perfection? she spoke. I am Kozi. Perfection has already been born and you see it before you. I am a mere chrysalis of it. I had originally intended to kill you here, but now I want you to leave before someone else comes and captures you. I want you to live long enough to see me reach the apex of my potential. She could only inwardly laugh. With a set of handesals weaved, she opened her mouth and another pressure damage attack would rocket forth and start blowing things away much as it had before.

"Apex of your potential, eh?' A grin stretched across the white-haired shinobi's face just before the wind jutsu came barreling through. His body merrged into a large cloud of smoke, fusing with a lot of residual smoke from the fight. All of it was clumped together in the wind jutsu and blown far away into the sky, where Sukōchi would reform and head back to his hideout.
