Personality:
Being rasied with a gang of sisters, Abagail has always had to be organized. It was the only way that she could keep track of what was hers, and where it was. She was always very organized with her clothing and her belongings, but it wasn't until her early teens that she started to use a planner. It helped her keep track of what she was doing and when she was doing it. Another personality trait that came from living with a bunch of people with strong personalities is the fact that she is confrontational. If there is something that bothers her there is no doubt that she will say something about this. She has no problem getting in someone's face and telling them off for what they are doing wrong. It's not that she looks for fights, but she doesn't shy away from them at all.
Although she doesn't mind fighting, she is actually pretty friendly. She considers most people her friend, unless they have crossed her in the past. She is the kind of girl that will take the new kid under her wing and show them around, after all it was done to her and she knows other people aren't as lucky to have a family member already at the school. She doesn't have many close friends, but the ones that she does have will find her extremely loyal and protective. She easily stands up for herself, but it goes to the extreme when it comes to standing up for people she cares about.
One thing that not everyone knows about Abagail is that she is extremely materialistic. She loves to have all of the things, and even more than that all the best things. She is a bit of a horder with that though, keeping all of her own things over time. She moves things back to Scotland from time to time, but she also keeps a lot of things for herself. If it wasn't for the fact that she was so organized her room would be a mess with all of her things.
Although proud of who she is and what she can do, Abby doesn't see herself better as people who don't have physic abilities. In her mind every persons talent is special and unique to them. After all she can't draw, and some people don't have physic abilities. She is very quick to jump on someone who thinks physics are better than everyone else.
Hobbies:
Sports - Sports are what Abby lives for. They remind her of her father and all the good times the two of them scared. Her favorite sport is fútbol, which she plays competitively, but she loves to watch other sports and plays them occasionally.
Working out - She has to keep in shape, and while working out started as something she had to do it has become something she likes to do. She especially likes to run and do yoga, but she doesn't mind other types such as bicycling or boxing.
Shopping - Abby loves to shop. She doesn't necessarily have to buy anything, but she loves to look around and just see all the things available for sale. Technology, clothing, she isn't picky about the things she is shopping for, she just likes shopping.
History:
Abagail was born into a house of madness. Her parents already had three daughters when Abagail was born, all three of her sisters were already in grade school but it was still crazy to bring a baby into that. Her parents wanted a son, and they didn't even give up after Abagail which resulted in Abagail's younger sister being born a few years later. However they finally gave up after Alice, for five children was already more than they had originally wanted. Sure they had the money for it since Liam is the CEO of a rather large oil company in Scotland, but it was just a lot of children to take care of at once.
Growing up Abagail slowly became her father's son. Her three older sisters didn't care for sports, and when she realized that her father watched sporting games alone she started to watch them with him. He started to teach her about the rules of fútbol and rugby. At first she just watched them to make her father happy, to make him feel less alone in the wild house of women, but than she actually started to like them. And eventually she started to love them. At the age of six she joined her first minor league fútbol team and loved it. Even though her mother didn't approve she continued thought the years.
Although she loved playing fútbol, there was one more thing that she had to look forward. Summer. Every summer for two months she went to stay with her father's brother and his family in America. It was when she was fifteen that her aunt noticed something different about her, something familiar. She was trying to convince her cousin Oliver to go outside and play fútbol with her. At first Oliver didn't want to go, but than all of a sudden he agreed. Now since Oliver hated sports, this was very strange to Abagail's aunt Sophia. So she watched Abagail for the rest of the visit, and when Abagail headed back home to Scotland she informed Abagail's parents that she thought that Abagail was a psychic.
Since Abagail's elder sister Aurora was already at the academy due to her abilities, Abagail's parents already knew the deal. Things were explained to Abagail. It was explained that she could go to Majesco Psychic Academy like her sister did, or stay home and continue living her life the way she always had. Although she wanted to learn more about her new abilities, going to Majesco Psychic Academy meant being in America pretty much the whole year. That meant she wouldn't be able to play fútbol and that she would be leaving her family as well as Scotland goodbye. The whole year she thought about it, making lists and everything she could think of to help her make her decision.
Although she was proud of her hypnotic ability, there were always others she wanted as well. At first she thought that she would never be able to have another ability, but after talking to her sister she learned that wasn't the case. After all Aurora knew four of them! The sucky part was that she had to wait to see what she had, but it didn't bother Abagail all that much. After all, if she had to wait to become even more awesome then so be it!
A few months later she started to develop her second ability. It was during a fútbol match that it happened, one of the kids were rushing towards her to get the ball and when he came close to her he seemed to bounce away. At first she wasn't sure if she had somehow done a physic punch on him unknowingly, but thankfully her aunt was there and saw the whole thing. Shield was a helpful ability that Abagail's aunt was happy she had. It would help her be a good agent one day.
At fifteen she realized that she had a big decision to make, and she wasn't excited for it. Going to America in the summer was fun and all, but she liked being able to come home after it. Going to Majesco Psychic Academy like her sister meant being in America pretty much the whole year. That meant she wouldn't be able to play fútbol and that she would be leaving her family as well as Scotland goodbye. She thought very hard about it, making lists and everything she could think of to help her make her decision.
Her parents didn't push her to make any decisions, but right before her sixteenth birthday they finally asked what her decision was. She decided to go to America and attend Majesco Psychic Academy, after all she would be able to come home during break and Aurora said so many good things about it. Her parents were a little sad to lose another child to America, but were proud of her decision.
The Academy was harder then she expected it to be, but she loved it. Not only was she able to work on her two current abilities but also her ability of telekinesis that she started to develop. It started with her getting Caitrin treats from across the room when she was to tired to get up, but she is slowly being able to move bigger and bigger things. She writes home regularly.

She cared for her and loved her as a mother should, but Abby knew that she wasn't her mother's favorite. It didn't bother her though, and the two of them often bonded over their shopping trips. She is her father's favorite, and no one even questions it. The two of them watch all sporting games together, and even from far away still try to watch big ones together via video chat. Abby strives to do good in school and be like her sister Aurora, who passed everything with flying colors. Growing up they weren't all that close due to the age difference, but as soon as Abby's abilities surfaced they started to talk more. Of all her family members, Audry would have to be Abby's least favorite. The two of them were always fighting growing up, and never really stopped. Amelia is the one who gives Abby all her bows. The two of them are very close, always have been, and share an appreciation of sports (even if Amelia doesn't play). Despite their age difference the two of them are very close. Growing up they spent a lot of time together, and after Abby started to show her abilities they became even closer since they had something to share. Appearance:
For her breed Caitrin is pretty small! She weighs about 75 pounds and is 23 inches tall at her shoulders. She is red and black in color, with the two colors mixing all around her. Like most of her breed she looks pretty pitiful, her skin all droppy like she is sad. Despite her sad looking face, it is clear that she is always happy by her ever wagging tail. She has a ton of extra skin, which she never grew into even though she eats and eats constantly. Her feet are another thing that she didn't seem to grow into, she has huge paws that seem to belong to a bigger dog. She has a large pink tongue that seems to always be sticking out.
Personality:
Even though she is small for her breed, Caitrin is by no means a lapdog. However she doesn't seem to be aware of this fact. She thinks she is a small lapdog, and loves to lay all over Abagail. She is an extremely loving and friendly animal, always eager to cheer people up and love on them. Ever since she developed her ability of empathy this has gotten even greater. If Caitrin sees someone sad or hurting she is very likely to go up and try to love on them. She is also very good at knowing when to stop, since she can feel peoples emotions and see if she is bothering them.
History:
The runt of her litter, it was a surprise that Caitrin lived long enough to make it to the pet shop. She was one of the smallest bloodhound that the shop had every had, and the shop owners were doubtful that she would ever be bought. However Abagail had other plans for the pup. From the moment the two saw each other they knew they were perfect for each other.
In the two years the pair have been together their bond has become inseparable. Caitrin goes with Abagail on her runs, and lays around while her human works out or does school work. She's always been there for her human, and always had a knack of knowing how Abagail is feeling. About two months ago that Abagail realized that she seemed to know how other people were feeling as well. She would go up to people who were sad, and try to shield Abagail from those that were mad. At first this was very confusing to Abagail, but after a little while Abagail started to realize what was happening. She heard of the schools animal inhabits developing abilities of their own, but never thought Caitrin would develop them.
The second ability that Caitrin was the ability of telepathy. It surfaced one day when Abagail was doing homework, and all of a sudden she felt something calling for her. She followed the calling and found Caitrin trapped in one of the classrooms. Since then the two of them regular 'call' each other when they are apart and want the other to come.

i love how all her outfits have bows. :D
i can definitely see how her background history would make her very direct when it comes to interacting with other people, and it goes hand and hand with her desire to be organized.
however, for someone so materialistic like you say, i'm surprised one of her auras isn't red.
academically, how is she? while she was at camp she spent most of the year back in Scotland, and it'd be interesting to see how her relationships developed in a normal school without psychics vs. in the camp with people that are similar to her.
for her family, how is her relationship with her non-psychic sisters? as well as her relationship with the ones in the camp and the one who is a psychonaut. i would imagine it'd be an interesting conversation starter with other students on how many psychics are in the family and how many attend/have attended the camp.

Haha thanks! Personally I'm not the biggest bow fan, but I think they look ADORABLE on other people and I think with her hair things will look cute.
You know I didn't really think about that, but you are so right! I changed it so that her previously pink and orange aura is now orange and red. Thank you!
I'm going to edit it up there, but to make it easier I'll write about what I'm adding here.
Academically she is average. She isn't smart, and she isn't stupid, just average. The kind of kid that studies a bit and makes B's happily. She studies enough, but really she rather be playing sports or doing something social.
While she does prefer to be around psychics, she also loves being around normal people. Although excited to attend Majesco Psychic Academy, she was sad to leave her normal friends behind (especially her fútbol team). Her parents along with two of her sisters are normal, and she knows that they all have things that she could never do. To her being a Psychic is an ability like being super smart, or super good at art, just in a different way.
She has a sisterly relationship with her sisters for the most part. She isn't all that close with Alice (the youngest who is also a camper) only because of the age difference. She is protective and loves to show her off/around Alice, but other then that they aren't very close. Her sister is more girly and while they can bond over having abilities that is about all. As for her oldest sister (the Psychonaut) they write letters from time to time, but Aurora is VERY busy. She has a full life and not much time to spend with her siblings any more. Growing up they weren't super close either, but had a good relationship. Audry would be who she clashes with the most, mostly because Audry isn't very nice and loves to fight. She is studying to be a lawyer and will fight about just about anything. The two of them were the source of most of the yelling in the house as they grew up. Amelia is her best friend, and the two of them are super duper close. Now that Abby is in America they write to each other at least twice a week and video chat when they can. They have similar personalities and have been attached at the hip since they were young. Although Amelia isn't crazy about sports like Abby, she does watch them and know about them due to Abby.
She is very proud of the fact that a lot of her family are psychic and has no problem bragging/talking about them. She use to make sure everyone knew who her aunt was when she went to camp.

The descriptions are very detailed, and seem good to me. I'm sorry that's not too helpful. You are planning to quest her into student stage? I just see a lot planned out to cover the camp, and even a little detailing the beginning of student, so just clarifying for myself.
I wanted to ask, she is very organized, and probably driven to be so by the chaos in her life. However, I know organized people who are organized because they are scatterbrained, and otherwise you ask them a question or get them off guard and are met with a blank stare and 'uhhh' as the brain tried to catch up. I've even see it in the driven strong minded organized types. Is she upset if her organized routine gets disrupted? Or does it not phase her?

Yes, I want her to be in her student stage. I know most kids that are students
right away haven't gone to camp and it's rare they have so I gave as much as I
could about camp in hopes she could be one of the ones that did go to camp.
Yea she isn't all that good when someone messes up something that she has
kept organized or when people change/cancel plans on her. It makes her
upset and due to her confrontational manner she is going to say something to
them pretty much right away. If someone does it often most likely they will cease
to be friends (at least for a while).

Thank you for your patience Dino! There's a couple of things we really need to touch base on before we can move forward with Abagail, so please bear with us. First off, a lot of the explanations in Abagail and her pet's profile suggest Abby has been attending Majesco for two entire years prior to her character approval here. While she doesn't have to just be joining the student body, her having been a student this long retroactively will not work. I would say she can have been at the school for roughly two months so you don't have to play her as if she is brand new but she cannot have attended for two solid years already. Secondly, there are concerns with her family. While there's no issue with campers and students having family members that have previously attended in the past, or might attend in the future (especially if you intend to quest them), it is impossible for another family member to currently be in attendance at the same time without acquiring said family member through the same official means. We apologize if this was in any way unclear before, but you state that Abagail's cousin Oliver is attending the academy at the same time as her which essentially would amount to you getting two characters. For the sake of fairness, Oliver cannot be attending Majesco at the current time unless you acquire him through a sale or other quest fairy opportunity. He must be official, go through the same process as any other psychic character, with a cert and journal for this to be allowed. Finally, we need some clarification on Abagail's aunt. You mention that she is a psychonaut, and this is fine (though it was unclear in her history and we only fully understood that by reading her family tree, so please do make that clearer in her history!) but this passage raises some concern: Quote: She didn't know anything about the Psychonaut before, and was thrilled to learn all about what her oldest sister had been up to when Abagail thought she was just in a normal summer camp. She was even more thrilled to find that her aunt was a camp counselor, and her cousin Oliver was also a psychic. Please tell us if we are misunderstanding, but it reads as if you're saying that Abagail's aunt is a counselor at Murmuring Pines. Was this on purpose? If so, this is not allowed. The faculty characters within the shop are clearly defined and are not to be tampered with by non-staff. Please change this. A compromise might be that, since her aunt Sophia is a psychonaut, perhaps she was visiting the camp at the time Abagail was attending between assignments or maybe she was acting as a guest speaker and got to meet up with her briefly. She cannot have worked on the camp grounds without direct assignment and she absolutely cannot be counted as a camp counselor. If we have misinterpreted this passage, however, then we apologize for the confusion. Please let us know when these issues are cleared up and we'll get back to you ASAP! Okay so I edited her pets profile, I meant to have them there for two years. I cleared up Caitrin's profile to make it clear that they have been together for two years but only at school for two months. I originally had intended for her history to be that she went to camp and then the school (which would be by she went two years ago) but I edited that out so she never went to camp and only recently found out about her powers. I've edited so that Oliver isn't in school in more. I thought it would be cool for her to have an NPC kind of cousin there at the school, but I understand why you wouldn't want that. As for her aunt I meant to say that she was in the past a camp counselor, but since I'm editing out the part about Abagail going to camp before that is edited out as well. Hopefully I fixed everything!

Thank you much for the speedy adjustments! We appreciate the understanding. Unfortunately there is another portion we overlooked that still relates to essentially having another character without them going through a standard approval process, and that's Abby's little sister who now attends camp. For the sake of fairness, we ask that her little sister not attend camp yet, as she has not undergone any official approval process. If you would like to quest her in the future, however, that is perfectly fine and once she is approved/receives a journal then she will be able to attend and visit with her sister Abagail. We're sorry for the confusion and inconvenience that causes, it was on us that we didn't notice this bit previously but thank you for bearing with us. It seems like you're very committed to Abagail having a closeby family member that she can confer with who has experience with the camp and/or school. While this is totally fine, it cannot be someone currently in attendance for reasons previously stated. Maybe Abagail's aunt or sister can live within a reasonable distance of the area so Abby can call or visit with them easily when they aren't on official Psychonauts business? We're willing to work with you on this to make it something you're happy with. --- Aside from that point, there are only some very minor things we're asking for clarification on before Abby can get approved! She's nearly there. 1) From the wording in her history, it seems like Abagail didn't know her oldest sister Aurora was psychic or attending camp until she herself was showing powers. How is that possible, when their household is so large and seems relatively close? Did they keep it a secret? If so, why? How did they manage to hide the powers and their reactions to them when this was the first child they had experiencing them? It just doesn't seem likely that Abagail would know nothing about this until she started developing her own powers. and finally 2) This isn't a majorly pressing concern but we felt it was worth noting. It sounds pretty sexist to say that a house full of women would automatically lead to confrontational behavior. It's fine for her to have grown up to become confrontational but is there anything else about her household or how she was raised that could have contributed to her being confrontational? Anyway, that should about do it. Once those things are addressed, we can call Abagail approved!! Thank you again for your cooperation and our apologies for any confusion.

Okay I fixed the last comment to say "Another personality trait that came from living with a bunch of people with strong personalities..." Took out the part about her little sister, forgot that when I was taking out Oliver. I had never intended to quest or play her, I just wanted a good excuse for her to be at the camp so she could get more interaction with other characters. She did know about it, it was just that she didn't really worry about it since at that time they weren't very close and Abagail was more concerned with playing fútbol then where her oldest sister was off to. I hopefully fixed the wording a little to show that although she knew what her sister was and where she was going, she didn't realize that the only school she could go to was in America and had to decide if she wanted to go as well.

Understood about wanting more access to other characters. Hopefully our plans to implement the Pen Pal system you suggested and the Majesco Forum subforum in the future will make this a non-issue! There is also still the student counselor system available in the mean time. Also just a note regarding her mental world: we won't be going over or approving its concept until she hits Recruit stage, as that is one of that stage's requirements, so just a forewarning that it will be handled then and not during this character approval session.
