Allow me to put things in perspective, I made an offer which I think is a fairly reasonable offer.
I certainly am not going to pay more than I think it's worth, especially when I have no intention of re-opening it.
Cleaning it up, turning it into a museum, much like I fully intend on doing with the other guilds I own.
As I believe old guilds should not be revived, relived maybe but reviving them only detracts from what makes them special in the first place

Also, my offer stands for GWF:Z if you intend on selling that too.
