Crew Moderator Application Form

NOTICE:
• Applicants should add Pinoy Gaians Clanitarium on Facebook so that we can contact you in case we need to clarify or ask something about you.
• All PGC Admins or Crew Moderators will not be receiving a salary/fee in exchange of their services to the guild.
• Follow the PINOY GAIANS | ＣＬＡＮＩＴＡＲＩＵＭ™ Rule & Regulations.
• If you already have posted your application form, just sit tight and be patient, don’t worry someone will get in contact with you from the Guild Administrators.

Qualifications
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
• Must be friendly & approachable
• Should be conversant in written English and Tagalog
• Active forum poster
• Goes online 3 times or more a week
• Can design banners/logo
• Can create a creative posting layout
• Can moderate the forums and contests
• Good moral conduct
• At least 30 Guild Post Count.
Functions of an PGC Crew Moderator
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
• Recruit members
• Moderate topics. What topics to move, to delete, to edit, and to update.
• Welcome newbies of the guild in the forums
• To carry-out contests and events for the guild
• Attend PGC meetings and events
• Assist and provide help & support to the members
• Initiate discussion by posting/replying to a member's post in the forum
• Maintain peace and order in the forums
• Mediate and solve conflicts within the scope of the guild and/or the members
Give your best shot in answering the questions. Neutrality, Creativity, & Dedication. If you have this 3 qualities prior to your answers, you might be the type of person we’re looking for!

Why you want to be part of the Guild Crew Moderators? : Because I want to be a role model to everyone , I can do big changes with simple actions. I know being a part of it is a big responsibility but. I assure you that what can others do I know I can fit to it. Managing, recruiting, being active and others will be the tasks that I will preferably obey and work for it.
