"I don't like forests. I miss the space station. When can I go home. Do we have to do this, Nyale?" Layel let loose a string of short sentences that seemed to perfectly punctuate how he felt about the current situation. They were in the middle of a forest that seemed to be perpetual stuck a shade blue by the lighting with a light fog overlaying the scene. A large sword was strapped to his back, held firmly in place likely so that he wouldn't trip over his own weapon. The weapon was nearly as long as him, making it debatable how easily he could wield it. He seemed completely fine with carrying it on his back though, so if that was an indication of anything, the sword would be no problem to wield.
The air itself was cool but comfortable enough that Layel almost regretted his jacket that was obviously small for him. It looked like he'd messed with the stitching to make it wearable and comfortable, but why he went through the trouble was up for debate. Aside from the sword on his back, Layel didn't really seem heavily armed. In fact, even with the sword he didn't look like much. He lacked the build to be wielding a sword such as what he had on his back adding to the oddity of the scene. Again, though, the sword seemed no issue for him to carry. So perhaps there was another reason...?
"They're totally going to surprise attack us. I know it. This fog is ridiculous. I can't see more than a few trees ahead." Layel grumbled, mostly for Nyale to hear. If she cared was another matter.

"I know. I know. I don't know. Yes."
As the young siblings walked slowly through the misty forest the girl of the pair appeared to be more focused on intently glancing around at their surroundings than paying attention to the relentless whining of her brother. This was not truly the case though, she actually heard every word he said, and it was in a patient yet bored tone that she replied to his first few comments. She was mildly amused by him, however. Once he'd apparently finished his complaining she cast a mischievous smile across at him, her amber eyes glinting in the ethereal light that pervaded the forest.
"Oh dear Layel, how I have missed your sunny disposition." She said lightly, giving him a playful nudge in the side with her elbow. "It's good to know that the cold of space hasn't frozen your youthful cheer and optimism." Nyale stuck her tongue out at him and then went back to looking around, her gaze alert for any sign of movement amongst the ghostly trees. Her hands rested lightly on the handles of the two metal sai strapped to her waist, ready to draw them at a moments notice. Without noticing she tapped them gently with her forefingers as she walked along, something Layel would recognise as an unconscious habit she had developed long ago. She had been wielding these unusual weapons for so long that without them she would have felt naked, and most people were pretty used to seeing her with them.
For the most part Nyale looked like a normal young SeeD aside from not being in uniform. Instead she wore her usual attire of black boots, black shorts, a purple top and a long white coat with a fluffy hood. She walked quietly but with obvious confidence, standing straight and tall, her chin raised defiantly at the world around her. Her short flyaway white hair was, as usual, a messy nest on her head. It was safe to say she looked much more impressive when her sorceress wings were visible but right now she simply appeared to be just an average looking young woman. "Don't worry too much, little brother. I'll look out for you..." She said absent-mindedly, conveniently ignoring the fact that he often needed to take care of her just as much as she did for him.

ↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂ "I'd say we have an upper hand, Sammy." The voice was firm but quiet enough to carry to his companion. The young man, whom the voice belonged to obviously, was crouched on the ground close to the trunk of a tree. His eyes swept the floor looking for markings while his ears listened for disturbances as well. Seemed like a good use for those skills his father taught him when hunting creatures...but knowing his opponents, he knew that there would be a greater struggle than a simple monster. Slowly, his eyes looked towards the red haired neko boy to his left, a small smile on his face. There were a number of things that he would rather be doing, like sleeping or...traveling, perhaps but this would be engaging enough.
He gently adjusted his kneeling position before standing quietly, placing his hand on the bark of the tree. The rough texture rubbed against the palm of his hand while he looked forward through the fog, the quiet where he thought he could hear the sound of the occasional stick snapping. Of course, he could be imagining things. He knew that Nyale and Layel would be more careful than the typical opponent, but he was certainly confident in Sammy's and his capabilities. The aroma of the wildlife about them was light but certainly noticeable. Gotta play this safe... Quietly, Kal checked his weaponry. His custom revolvers were on his waist, and its ammo in his pants pocket, snug.
The long sword was there as well, somewhat longer than a typical blade, but Kal regretted that he only had one. His other blade was being repaired by his father and thus he only had this one to work with...which would be fine enough. Looking at Sammy once more he nodded his head in preparation, "I'll prepare Enkidu...you get first shot?" ↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂ

Samuel R. Thompson; World Famous Pugilist Hit Points: All of the 1000 Guardian Force: I am that force. Weapons: These fists'o'mine. "Haha! My good friend." Sam suddenly said, with a hearty laugh and a solid slap across Kalen's back. Of course, with all the subtlety of a drunk hippo, "Of course we have the upper hand! I can smell them from here, not to mention through my years of focusing on the power of justice, and my own powers honed through years of vigorous and rigorous training, practically see them now!" Which, wasn't actually that far from a exaggeration. Maybe it was his inhuman nature, feline bonus attributes or the actual fact he did train to be in pique physical condition in the wild that had allowed him to adapt to such situations.
Nevertheless. He didn't actually see them. He just probably had a bit of a advantage. "You prepare your cowardly summon! I SHALL INTRODUCE THEM TO THE FIST OF JUSTICE!" And with that, flashing a smile and a quick thumbs up, Samuel snatched up a handful of stones he had set aside by now and began leaping his way through the tree branches, barely with any actual subtlety yet again. A deaf person could probably hear him coming with just how little stealth he was trying, or could, employ.
Anyways, soon he wasn't too far from them, as their scents became stronger and stronger, it wasn't too long until he could see their silhouettes in the fog. Hopefully his own was masked by the tree. "Welcome to the honorable test of might!" Belted out the feline man, his right ear twitching slightly, "Shall we begin!?" And with that, he fell oddly silent, perhaps going into business mode as he threw one of the rocks he had onto the branch he was standing on, and then threw the rest at other branches around, sounding as if a loud figure was circling around on the branches to try and get behind the pair of figures.
With that done, and hopefully his own silhouette not given away with the background of the trees, Sammy leapt down from his perch, before landing against the trunk of another tree, kicking off of it with both of his legs at the figure whom did not seem to have some kind of large item handing off of it's back. Spinning quickly in the air, Sam outstretched both of his legs for a double whirlwind kick to the torso of whoever he was approaching. Good! Truth! Justice! Love! That's the source of my power! The heart of it all!

"Aren't you just full of answers." Layel grumbled at his older sister's quick and concise responses to him. He was actually just trying to lighten the mood, since he didn't like it when the mood fell into something dour and it had been long enough that he didn't want Nyale being all tense about the fight. Ironically, it really didn't seem necessary. Nyale just played right along with him. "Hey, without my sunny disposition you'd have had a very boring childhood." He retorted, mainly commenting on the amount of trouble the two of them had managed to get themselves into as children. It was a miracle that their parents hadn't forcefully separated them. Of course, now that they were getting deeper into the forest and Layel could hear someone yelling off in the distance, he realized they should probably stop their little game. "Aaaah, the last thing you should worry about is watching me." Layel commented, shifting the sword on his back.
Layel had come to a stop at this point, pulling free the clasps that held the sword in place, leaving only the top one so that he wouldn't need to carry the thing, even though he brought his hand back and rested it on the handle. And then the figure arrived, rather noisely, Layel noted. "I like him. He's got the right idea." Layel said to Nyale, giving her a smirk. Layel's eyes glanced in the direction of what sounded like a figure moving through the branches, and he started to turn, expecting them to drop down behind them, but that wasn't exactly how it went. About mid turn, Layel's movement ceased.
"..."
Layel blinked, snapping around suddenly as he pulled free his sword from it's clasp. The figure's appearance was much easier to see up at this close, providing about 10 questions that Layel suddenly felt like needed answered. Like the ears thing. Honestly, on the list of priority though, not getting hit so hard with this guy's kick was up there at first, and as such Layel tilted his weapon and pulled it so that it would act as a shield between him and the fighter. One positive to a large weapon, it worked well as a shield. This was of course followed with the negative that wielding it was another matter entirely.
'Feel free to say something next time! Your presence is hardly enough to use to get a feeling for where they're coming from!' Layel thought sharply in response to the silent message he had been sent by his GF.

"Mmh, that is true..." Nyale pondered her brother's response about their lively childhood and how tedious it would have otherwise been. It was true that they hadn't been the most well behaved children, and their childhood had been one misguided adventure after the other, much to the chagrin of their parents. It had been fun though, she couldn't deny that. "But then again, I wouldn't have gotten in trouble so much." She teased, flashing him another amused glance. Actually that probably wasn't true. Of the two siblings most people would probably agree that Nyale was the more outgoing, so it was more than likely she would have found ways to get in trouble all by herself if Layel hadn't been there.
Nyale did not respond to his comment about her not needing to watch him, and she was about to get serious and question him on their tactics for actually finding their mysterious opponents when the yelling in the distance drew both their attention. The girl quirked a silver eyebrow, gazing off through the misty trees in the general direction of the noise. "Well, that helps." She murmured, actually quite pleased that at least one of their enemies wasn't going to be a cowardly piece of slime and sneak attack them or something. Nyale deftly flicked her sai out of their sheaths as the considerably noisy person, or creature, approached. She spun them in her hands and quickly found her usual grip on them, turning on the spot as she glanced sharply around. "Yeah, or he's a lunatic." The girl commented back to Layel. She could hear the rapid sounds of what appeared to be someone moving through the branches around them, suggesting an imminent attack was incoming. 'He's in the trees.' She noted, her gaze flicking left and right and her body settling into a ready stance.
'What is he, like a monkey or something...?' That question was quickly answered when she heard him finally burst out of the trees and whirled around to see that he was a boy...with cat ears... 'Okay so not a monkey but equally as weird.' She thought, and then snapped to action mode as he sailed towards her and Layel with a powerful kick. He appeared to be aiming more so at her, so Nyale quickly reacted by dropping low to the ground in a crouch and letting him pass overhead, his attack harmlessly missing her. It was easier than trying to block him. Layel would be fine with his huge sword to defend himself, if it came to that. Her style was more evade and counter. As such when the attack missed Nyale instantly took the chance to twist and spring upwards, giving two precise slashes towards the feline male's exposed back with her sai, the metal flashing in the light. "Nice of you to drop by!" She stated sharply.

ↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂ Kal merely chuckled as Sammy ventured off deeper into the forest, walking just enough so that the cat boy would stay within his range of vision. I get to come out and play soon, right? A growling voice blossomed from the recesses of his mind, inquiring. The blonde gave no initial response other than what seemed to be a slight nod, his eyes narrowed as he stayed back, coming up to where Sammy began do what he did best, raising hell and calling it justice. Soon. He was almost ready for Enkidu, almost, but just as Sammy launched his primary attack, Kal knew that he would have to provide some upcoming support in the near future...that near future probably being right at this very moment now that he really though about it.
Directing his attention towards his comrade launching his initial attack, Kal focused for a moment before muttering, "Haste..." The spell would almost immediately activate on his ally and knew that Sammy would realize what had happened. Kal really did not desire to get deep into combat at the moment, preferring to perhaps let his friends/enemies wonder where their second opponent was for the moment. Moving as silent as the spring breeze, Kal drew both of his Snakehead Revolvers and pointed at Nyale, his presence hidden between the trees as he shot a single round at her back in the midst of her counter attack. The bullet itself traveled to hit near in the middle of her back before he began to move again, keeping his opponents in sight as he shot his second revolver at Lyale. That's the ticket, he thought, watching the battle and preparing to provide support and intervene further. ↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂ

Samuel R. Thompson; World Famous Pugilist Hit Points: Got poked. 900 Guardian Force: I am the force. Weapons: Fluffy paws of LOVE. For that split second, he could feel time and space dilate around him as a spell took effect on him. One that he didn't immediately recognize, but understood. Enhanced in a manner he did not prefer, but would not argue, The World Famous Pugilist was already working on his follow up attack as he saw the girl lower herself to avoid the attack, and the other one turn on a silent dime to defend himself. That was something that caught his interest, and a small note was made. Layel seemed to quickly change direction with very little reason too. At least the girl seemed to be looking in his general direction, but this guy had been following the ploy.
Anyways, having the regretful moment of kicking metal, Samuel put his hands on the top of the weapon's guards, ignoring a single sharp sensation in his back as he flipped forward over Layel. "JUSTICE COMPLEX!" The cat-like boy bellowed as his lower body came down on the other side of Layel, his legs wrapping around the green haired man's waist. And following that, his upper body came down as well, the red headed man's hands hitting the ground before continuing with the odd forward flipping motion he had been doing. Though, instead of just his lower body moving this time, Layel was meant to come along too. Preferably head first. If successful, well, a follow up kidney punch would probably be delivered, but first thing's first. Good! Truth! Justice! Love! That's the source of my power! The heart of it all!

There was an impact on his sword, though the impact felt like nothing compared to the weight of the blade in his hands. What was more surprising was when a figure suddenly flipped over him using the swords guard as a means to do so. 's**t!' Layel thought, releasing his left hand from his blade and letting the tip of the sword fall into the ground. He swung his left elbow back, in an attempt to elbow the guy who'd just flipped behind him, but only found air. He realized why in a second. The movement was just perfect for the close range attacker, as this wasn't exactly what Layel had expected. The pull was jarring and as he only had one hand on his sword, the motion was enough to free Layel from his swords handle and send him up and over. For a moment, he remembered all of those times his combat trainers had literally sent him straight to the ground. This was the same thing, just likely by someone who was quite interested in taking him out immediately.
"... Summon me."
'Now?!' Layel thought, his mental thought sounding completely shocked as he snapped his hands out to keep his head from crashing into the ground. The end result left him in kind of an awkward position, his own strength being enough to stop his head from crashing into the ground, but he hadn't really done much about the guy's hold on his waist. Minus one thing. Bullets impacted with Layel's sword, still standing firmly in the ground nearby. Apparently the guy's partner had arrived, and this position was not exactly in Layel's favor. "Nyale!" This was his attempt at calling for help, basically. This was, of course, all while trying to mentally begin the process of summoning his Gf. The benefit? His attacker likely didn't realize what he was doing, for the moment anyways.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx⊰ N y a l exxL a y t o s ⊱xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxF l y i n g O n W i n g s O f S t a r l i g h txxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx~ ~ ~ ★ To Nyale's satisfaction her sai sliced the defenseless cat eared boy's back, though unfortunately not as deeply as she had intended. The moment was also quickly marred with alarm at the sound of a gunshot from behind, which was certainly enough to distract her. 'Damn!' There weren't many ways she could defend from being shot at from behind, really, and she cursed herself for not anticipating a sneak attack like that. Reacting quickly the girl twisted in the air and felt the bullet slice past, scoring the top of her shoulder with a sharp burning pain. A small stain of red spread through the material of her white coat, which was now slightly torn. Nyale dropped to the floor in a catlike crouch.
She ignored the minor injury and instead snapped her gaze to the forest, scanning for the shooter and seeing nothing. This seemed to make her more exasperated than worried, if anything. Given the angle of the shot she could at least guess his general location. Part of her was a little surprised at the fact that the mysterious opponent had shot into the fray and therefore potentially risked hitting his ally. Was he crazy? Or did he just not care about his comrade? Part of her was also annoyed that he was hiding in the trees and firing, a tactic she considered somewhat cowardly. Her yellow eyes narrowed.
"This isn't hide and seek! Get out here and fight properly!" The girl called, giving a quick flick of her hand in his direction as another bullet whizzed past. "Starfire!" She didn't need to say the name of her magic out loud to use it, but sometimes she just liked to be showy. At her gesture purple flames with rippling tones of blue and white burst into existence in the area she suspected the shooter to be concealed, flicking hungrily and beginning to consume the ground and trees as it spread. Nyale wasn't worried about it getting out of hand given that she could extinguish the flames at her choosing. It was odd though, instead of leaving ash and and charred remains the trees and plants seemed to wither, as if the life had been sucked out of them. There was no smoke either, and instead of being hot the flames were deathly cold to the touch. Nyale bit her lip for a moment. She regretted killing the fauna but if it drove the enemy out of hiding or managed to touch him and draw out his life force then it was worth it. And he would have to move, because the flames would spread fast and far until she decided to stop them.
Hearing Layel suddenly shout her name from behind Nyale quickly rose and whipped around, flipping her sai back into position in her hands. Her gaze alighted on her brother's awkward predicament. "Oh Layel if you wanted cuddles you should have just asked me." The girl darted towards the two boys, slashing once again at the cat eared one who had Layel trapped. "Get off him!"

ↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂↂ "I thought you loved hide and seek!" He called back, his voice reverbing throughout the woods as he continued to gaze at the battleground, knowing he would have to keep Nyale occupied for Sammy's own sake. Though he was certain that the Pugilist could handle the both of them on his own. It wouldn't be the first time that he let the cat boy handle most, if not all, the work. Not that he nor Kal ever complained about it. But a Sorceress was more trouble than what they were used to, and he knew that things were going to pick up soon. Quite like right now, actually.
As soon as Nyale pointed her hand in his direction, Kal knew that he was going to have to move. Now. The thought came and went, but then again, so did Kal it seemed. For a moment he stood in the path of the projectile, but then in a flash of moving black, he was leaning against the fur coat of what he had been preparing, his Guardian Force to be exact. He sat mobile if only for a moment before being deposited at an angle where Nyale was to his left and his the others next to her. But he was going to wait, as he knew what was planned already. The beast known as Enkidu moved rapidly, dodging trees as it arced around as well. It's flailing, at least was seemed to be tentacles, flew behind it as its chest pulsed with a bright red, the sign of combat in the air for sure.
Just as Nyale moved to strike at Sammy with her Sai, the beast shot forth in astonishing speed, rushing at the girl from behind with a quick strike of its right paw, claws ready to tear at her back before dashing into the woods once more. This prompted Kal to move forward out of the foliage, raising his right revolver and shooting another shot at Nyale, aiming for her lower hip as he kept his eyes alert to her every movement, preparing for another spell like the one she had just previously cast. Samuel R. Thompson; World Famous Pugilist Hit Points: All of the 1000 Guardian Force: I am that force. Weapons: These fists'o'mine. 'Help'. A satisfactory response, but one that was sorely disappointing for the great melee combatant. But maybe this game of tank and damage was a reversal, as the sister seemed far more happy to try melee maneuvers, but then again she wasn't tangled with a cat like a ball of yarn. Still, due to his legs clutch on Layel, Sammy was still attached well to Layel, but decided this hold wasn't the best, since as the swordsman hadn't much a way to break out of it, the martial artist quickly surmised it would be best to break the swordsman before he could.
Haste was keeping his thoughts pumping faster then usual, as well as his already fast body, Layel might have registered the movement before it happened, but likely hadn't near the reflexes to try and save himself from it. Loosening his right leg for a split moment, the leg traveled up Layel to wrap around the arm and neck of his opponent, essentially locking the arm in place, with the foot putting pressure on Layel's throat. Every combatant should know the feeling of this pressure, though, it wasn't the inefficient suffocating kind.
It was harder, more precise. The kind that was cutting off blood flow, which at best meant eight more seconds before consciousness faded away, or at least became very very murky then faded away. Still, Sammy's second leg followed up in a similar fashion, stopping just above the armpit to lock Layel's other arm in place. The catboy's arms had walked him forwards to keep up with his leg's change of positioning and superior lock, though also braced to keep Layel up in case he tried to collapse and sneak his way out of this one. It was enough movement, as well, to keep him out of harms distance of Nyale's slash.
"Another one of those, dishonorable, foul and UNJUSTLY pointy attacks, lass, and it'll be your brother's neck that snaps along with my patience!" He could do it too, or at least theoretically. If he put his leg further along to get his foot around the neck and squeezed the shoulder and head together with enough force, it wouldn't be the first time a neck was broken like that. But then, breaking necks was never a precise science, though he doubted Nyale knew that. Still, following up his statement with a quick elbow jab to Layel's spine, the red head raised his one free fist, though upside down, at Nyale, willing to fight her off as he was, never minding his partners GF riding into battle. Good! Truth! Justice! Love! That's the source of my power! The heart of it all!

Layel was not pleased with the situation, and Nyale's relaxed manner with it was not making him feel any better. He wasn't exactly comfortable in the position he was in, but he was holding up. Nyale decided suddenly to come help him, which was nice, but apparently his new 'friend' didn't like that idea. He might have ended up in a situation that was bad for him had not a familiar voice in his head spoke up. "Layel." "God damnit, Nue! I can't focus with you bothering me!" Layel shouted as he shifted his entire weight onto one arm and actually grabbed ahold of the guy's leg as it shifted down to choke him. The position was awkward, and the hooked arm maneuver that Layel was using to accomplish this was hardly normal, and the added weight on his free arm was not fun.
Layel's theme
"Layel. Sister."
"Nue I swear...." It was at this time that he saw the GF running after Nyale from behind. A glare entered Layel's gaze as he sighed. "SCINDO! Release!" As if on cue, Layel's sword suddenly seemed to come to life, energy pouring from it before it exploded outwards. The GF, which was moving to attack Nyale, just happened to come right into the range of the explosive force. Nyale was going to hate him for it, for at least a few seconds. The massive force of air rushed away from Layel's sword, sending both Layel and Momoson bowling over, Layel abusing the nice movement to kick away from the guy, hopefully getting some distance between him and the close range fighter. If nothing else, Layel twisted sharply and that would keep him from being in such bad position.
The GF, which had unwisely gotten close to the sword, was blown away regardless of it's own weight. On top of that, while it was just out of range to take a forced desummon, the extend of the damage on it would have been notable. Whatever Layel's sword had just did seemed to maim gfs just for being in the range of it. Futher more, something was wrong with the air around the sword, it was empty, with particles floating in the air around the sword. The sword itself looked normal. Moving into the range of the area would have revealed quickly to Nyale what had happened, and the GF would not be able to enter the area. Layel had to say, he was pleased, minus the whole having to restart Nue's summoning. Layel's sword was left standing, but the grass and area around it was laid flat facing away from it.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx⊰ N y a l exxL a y t o s ⊱xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxF l y i n g O n W i n g s O f S t a r l i g h txxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx~ ~ ~ ★ To Nyale's dismay the troublesome cat-boy somehow managed to evade her attack and remain tangled up with Layel at his mercy. A slight hint indignation flashed in her gaze at his accusation of her attacks being unjust, her previously relaxed attitude apparently disappearing. 'He's one to talk, given that his partner is a cowardly gun-toting lowlife who shoots from the shadows.' She thought disdainfully. It was safe to say that her opinion of the pair was rapidly degenerating as the fight went on, and she would have liked nothing more than to fly up into the air and rain down fire on them both to end this silly conflict. Except that her brother was down here too, and the last thing she wanted to do was put him at risk or leave him alone with these two. Her concern for Layel was far stronger than her anger and she felt her anxiousness rising at the thought of him coming to harm. It was likely that she would soon have been driven to desperate actions to stop the cat-boy, until what happened next.
To her surprise Layel suddenly shouted out and she registered his use of the name 'Nue', which could only mean one thing. "...!!" She had no time to react when he promptly and unexpectedly released his sword and air blasted out, immediately knocking her over backwards and giving her a weird feeling throughout her body. As she hit the ground she was also surprised to see a rather large and nasty looking guardian force blasted away from her and realised the shooter must have summoned it to attack her from behind. Another cowardly move.
Despite being a little dazed movement to the side also caught her eye. Kalen. 'So that's who it was.' She thought, seeing that he'd finally emerged from the trees. Feeling vulnerable on the ground Nyale flicked her hand out, intending to throw more of her fire at Kalen to keep him occupied, only to find that nothing happened. Her magic was gone. It took her a second to realise that Layel's sword had countered her magic, and that she would be spell-less if she remained where she was. That was kind of unfortunate, considering it was her main form of attack and also her Starfire was still currently spreading wildly through the trees around the clearing. Without magic, she couldn't control it. 'Damn!' The girl thought. 'I need to get some distance from the sword!' She realised, and quickly scrambled to her feet, darting off to the side of the clearing and ducking behind a large rock for cover. To her relief the tingling feeling of her magic soon started to return. "Layel!" She called anxiously, hoping he could hang in there for now.
