Natural Ability: Loa's Touch (Y2) - Infused with the essence of her loa, Aisha's undead flesh heals on it's own. She is dead! She is cold and has no heartbeat! But with a healing loa on her side, her flesh doesn't decay and small superficial wounds will simply knit themselves back together quickly and more serious injuries can be remedied, in most cases, without a FEAR healer and just time.

Personality:
Learns by Doing
Aisha is curious and eager to learn but she's not very booksmart (she may be dyslexic but too embarrassed to say). She most definitely learns by doing. She likes to watch people doing tasks she's unfamiliar with and will try to practice as much as possible to at least be passable at that thing.

Adventurous
She's very eager to experience things. She's always felt that there was more out there than her home. She enjoys grappling with the outdoors just as much as finding secret hidey holes and passages indoors. She's a great companion to pull along for adventures!

Compassionate
She was raised to care for all beings, large or small. From minipets to ogres, she does her best to empathize and offer her help to anyone who may need it. This aids her in the healing arts.

Spiritual
Her entire existence depends on her connection to the voodoo loas. She is very serious about paying them the respect due and tries to live her life in tribute to the spirits.

Teenage Mood Swings
Having been created less than two years ago, she's been fast tracked through the emotions of a teenager. She may find herself overwhelmingly angry or unbearably sad with even the smallest provocation but this will even out as she finds herself and matures. She also has a bit of a rebellious streak.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? To define her future a bit more clearly. She has been fighting her father's desire for her to be a healer, which also contradicts her entire creation. Her father has agreed to let her leave home to discover herself.

Subspecies Info - Loa-Touched Zombie

Voodoo zombies, for the most part, are the thralls of the witch doctor who has resurrected them. The difference with the loa-touched subspecies is that in the process of creation, the witch doctor reaches out to the loas in order to infuse their zombie with individuality. If the loa is pleased they will bond with the zombie, giving power and individuality to the zombie and in return receiving the benefits of a physical body.

A loa is a species of spirit, as varied as any other halloween species. Certain ones like certain things and attune with certain elements and powers. These, in a limited way, will be granted to the zombie they bond with some small amount of that power. Should the zombie behave in a way that displeases the loa, they have the freedom to leave at any time and revoke their power from that particular zombie.

There is no true communication between the zombie and loa itself, though the zombie may find itself liking certain foods, wanting to do certain activities or getting slight impulses that can eventually be identified as the will of their loa.

The notable characteristics of a loa-touched zombie are the glowing eyes and mouth. Colors may vary depending on the loa involved.

Character History

Aisha was created by her 'father'. Her papa is a witch doctor, serving a small community in the warmer climes of Halloween. Though a modern man he relies on the help and guidance of loas, spirits who reside within their community, for asistance in his healing practice. For the most part this involves plants and other natural cures. With no spouse or children, Aisha was created to be both a daughter to him and a an assistant in the healing ways. It is common practice in their village to intermingle with the loas and Aisha was created from this cooperation.

Aisha is only a little over two years old, just enough time to have settled into her life and also begun to test the boundaries. She's adventurous and challenging for her father and has developed a rebellious streak that has taken her away from interest in the healing arts. Papa had also begun to date recently, leaving Aisha with tumultuous feelings about her place in the family.

She begged to leave home and explore and as a compromise has come to Amity to discover herself.
