Approved Civ ProfileSenshi: Fulgurite, Corrupt Senshi of Aquifers (Past life: Sailor Dactyl (Ida's moon)) Challenge: Bring it on! Fuku Colour: Main Color: indigo Secondary Color: acid blue (accent with grey/silver and/or a washed out orange/brown) ( color inspiration) Fuku: Something with shorts/pants, with a sash from shoulder to hip. Maybe a middle-eastern flare. Bare arms with gloves on his hands. Maybe some belly button showing... an orchid symbol worked in somewhere. Gold jewelry of some sort. Attacks:Sailor Scout Attack: Spring Water Eruption Clenching his fists, he crosses his arms over his chest and holds the pose as he calls his attack. Water bursts up from the earth and the person this magic is being cast on is wrapped in a bubble that is only big enough for them. As long as he can hold his pose, the bubble remains for up to 25 seconds. Distracting or attacking him can break the magic as it takes his focus to hold and the person in the bubble can fight their way out of it, as its a stationary field. The water is phantom water and the person inside can still breathe normally, but the icy cold and feel of the water surrounding them can slow them down and/or drain them of energy like being dropped in a frozen lake. The stronger the opponent, the easier it is to break free and the less it affects them. Can be used three times. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Raging Spring Water Drawing his arms with clenched fists crossed over his chest, he throws them outward to summon a swirling bubble of water that erupts from the ground and wraps around his opponent. He is now able to move while the bubble holds independently for up to 25 seconds and the water is colder than before, harder to fight out of because of its movement and the increased cold drains energy faster. The stronger the opponent, the easier it is to break free and the less it affects them. Can be used up to two times. Eternal Sailor Attack: Abyssal Waters He summons a whip made of water up out of the earth and can use it to lash out at targets. He can use this attack up to three times in battle and each whip disappears once it has been used/strikes something or after 15 seconds. The whips are much like normal whips, capable of producing bruises or slicing through clothing. Each whip is 5 feet long.

Hey Bluefire<3 For the most part, Fulgurite looks good; just one quick thing on his Eternal attack -- how long does it last, if he doesn't strike someone?
I'm also not sure how I feel, generally, about an Eternal attack with three uses, but for this particular one I think it could work. 8|a

Long enough to swing it at something, miss and attempt to hit it a second time before it's gone? Ida was approved for three uses of her arrow attack, which is where I got that number. <3 if you'd like me to reduce it, I could. EDIT: also, I set the whips lengths to 5ft, cause it occurred to me I hadn't mentioned a length.

Yeah, for a straight shot attack I think three uses does make sense!
I think you could totally make it longer than 5-7, though? Maybe 15 or until he hits something?

Okay! And also, I think you can increase the time on his first two -- I'd say to 25 seconds at Regular and 30 at Super? I just think a 15-second attack is selling yourself short when all it does is slow them down ;; EDIT: Quick note -- how many shots does he get out of his Reg/Super attacks? I feel like I'm missing it XD;;;

I think Thraen's flower patch is a one-shot too, with a duration? I could be wrong. xD If you think it would be okay, I could make it a two shot attack or something, but I'm fine with one.

It's not really a choice between multiple shots OR durations, so he could totally get 2 shots out of his attacks if you'd like c:
(Like, on a personal level, Kerberos's first-stage attack lasts for thirty seconds AND he gets three shots of it.)

What ever number you think is good, I'm good with. xD since, ya know, I was okay with one.

I have just worked with underpowered attacks before and it SUCKS and I want that for no one /sob
I'd say 3 at regular, 2 at Super? Especially if it's staying at 25 seconds or less!

At Kyu's suggestion, I've adjusted his sphere from Aquifers to Springs, and adjusted his attacks accordingly. Aquifers seems to indicate the rocks that hold ground water and I'd prefer that his sphere be more water than stone. xD Letting you know incase I need to be restamped.
