Clothing and Style: Comfortable. Jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, sneakers, etc. Usually seen with random bracelets and a treasured necklace from her mother.
Personality
Overall Personality: Hyunjae is very shy, and it shows especially when she's in a group of people. Even though she's shy, she loves talking with others and making new friends. However, she can be good at acting and is rather mischievous if the occasion calls for it, hence the nickname 'Loki'. She is one that suffers in silence, so to speak. If she is in pain from something, mentally or physically, she will try and not show it, though some people can see straight through her attempts. Her common excuse if asked is the common phrase of "I'm just tired."
Likes: Kind people, art, singing, dancing (hip-hop/break dancing), music, autumn, swimming, rain, nature.
Dislikes: Pain, rudeness, spiders.
Strengths: Friendly, a quick learner, very helpful.
Weaknesses: Always doubts herself. She is quite self-conscious as well. Can be stubborn.
Fears: Losing her father, being alone...and spiders.
Strange Gestures and Obsessions: She blushes very easily, and will always try to hide behind her hair when that happens. Another gesture of hers is to run her hand through her hair, usually when self-conscious about something.
Social Life
Family History: The Tanaka family is pretty well known for their produce and plentiful farming industries in Japan. Expanding to exporting around the world, they earned a wealthy status as the years went on. Hyunjae's grandparents and mother also started shelters that Hyunjae now volunteers at often.
Personal History: Hyunjae was born and raised in Seoul, where she lived like any other normal girl: public schools, small apartment, basically raised a a commoner. Her family was decently well-off, but her parents, more so her mother, didn't like to show it. When she was turning 17, her mother died in a car accident, leaving her and her father the Tanaka estate in Japan. Following her mother's will, she and her father moved to Japan to continue her work.
Lately, however, her father seems to have money more on his mind, changing the way he thinks and forcing it upon his daughter. Hyunjae in turn tries to hide as much about her feelings as she can while in public, refusing to let anyone worry about her. It takes its toll on her visibly sometimes, and she will seem more distant or easily distracted.
Hobbies: Dancing, singing, and drawing. She does many covers and looks up to many of the kpop idols she had always aspired to be like.
Special Skills: Besides sometimes performing and teaching hip-hop style dance, Hyunjae also helps out with odd jobs, such as being a stunt double for various projects. She speaks Korean, Japanese, and English fluently.
Primary School, Middle School, and Extra-School Activities: Primary and Middle school were both in Seoul until she moved to Japan. The only club she visits now is the Host Club, and the rest of her time is spent covering songs and dances, or at the shelters.
