The request and offer had gone out. $50 on top of golem coverage. Also 1 favor. Just to give her 30 minutes of time to interview the hunter's weapon. She'd not expected a great many offers, yet they trickled in. Dakota had been unexpected yet as far as Solia was concerned, it was good! A fire based avian? A nice contrast to her water bird. Israfel was already in his golem in another room nearby. She couldn't interview with him in her head after all. He might taint or alter how she presented her questions. Sitting in the temporary office, Solia waiting for the first of her many hopeful interviewees to arrive.

"FREEDOM." Chama's arms spread up high over her firey head, wings unfurling behind her before closing again. Behind her was a much taller, moon hunter by the name of Dakota, who was watching Chama carefully but also texting Candace to let her know he was thinking of her and he loved her and missed her and that he'd have special treats waiting for her when she returned from her mission in the form of full body massage. Ah yeah.
"Remember we have a mission here. Or interview." Dakota tucked his phone away, leading Chama in the room with the small death hunter Solia. He could use 50$, and a break from Chama in his head.
Plus the Pheonix liked to talk about herself so.
"Hey you Solia? I'm Dakota and this is-"
"Chama! Finally someone at the same level that I am!" Chama instantly liked the girl for her shortness. "I cannot tell you how tiring it is dealing with tall ghouls and boils all around!"

Oh she liked this weapon already. A fellow shortie? Consider her in love. "Hello moon man! I am Solia Delacroix and Chama, a pleasure." She smiled offering them both a seat. "Coffee and creamer is behind you if you want something to drink while the interview is going on. But I do have some official rules to go over I'm afraid." A tiny cough. "One- You cannot silence your weapon. Doing so is seen as an ac of suspicion and will be noted. That's just standard. Secondly no fighting. Pretty standard. Remember, this is about your weapon, not you. Third, I hope you do enjoy the interview, it in theory might aid in weapon bonding.." She sighed, unsure if it would happen or not. "Alright, Miss Chama! Full name as you know it, race, and species! Followed with- what is your first memory of being a weapon? Real or imagined?"

"Yes nice to meet you Solia-"
"Hey...Hey I like this one! She's as short as me!" Chama pointed her finger, "Finally, someone who see's the world from my point of view." She elbowed Dakota not so kindly in the stomach. He winced, made a oof sound and kindly went his way to the coffee for the sake of not being elbowed by his weapon anymore.
"Yeah yeah, Enjoy the blabbermouth she is then." Dakota poured a cup, adding a bit of sugar and lots of cream. "It might-" But he was pretty sure there was no way that Chama couldn't already get so attached to him.
"Chamaka firestarter. I like Chama because it's short and to the point. I never did go by anything else though, Chama just makes better sense. Also I'm a Phoenix! Firebird, Omen of death and rebirth, what have you. And during my time, Phoenixes were of the monster race!" Chama frowned. "What do you mean by first memory? Real or imagined?"

Oh Solia did like Chama. "Yes- from below. You're in a much better situation though, wings and all. I am ground bound. At least until someone invents something for flight over in the life labs." Solia waved it off smiling. "A Firestarer- Fair enough for a firebird. And I mean if you perhaps can feel or recall anything from before your time with Dakota here. Or, what was your first memory of your existence as a weapon? Think as far back as you can go. Describe anything. Images, clips, emotions, senses- I want to hear what you think is perhaps the oldest memory you have- even if you doubt it's authenticity- what is it?"

"Well yes, that's why I have wings, so I can get higher then anyone else." Chama played with the fiery tendrils of hair. "I can lift you next time and we can fly-" Dakota made a strangled sound in which Chama added, "with Dakota watching of course."
More like Dakota running under Solia/Chama pair and making sure his bird didn't drop the girl.
"I do not remember anything before Dakota! I don't know other weapons on the Island, and I don't have any...feelings about Halloween besides that I am no longer there." Chama picked at her shirt, "I remember Dakota touching the wall, and looking for me. I looked into him, I saw him and his memories but I have none of my own." Chama cocked her head. "I do not remember anything besides Dakota."

Solia bounced in her seat at the offer. "Really? Israfel and I have never tried it- He wants to but doesn't want to risk hurting me so he won't. Oh my gosh would you? I've always wanted to see what it's like." She really did find it appealing. "Okay though, back on track- Nothing before. That's normal, but...interesting that you say he was looking for you. No one has phrased it like that before." She smiled at them both. "Seems like you have a strong bond. What about him made you want him. Body aside of course?"
