Mona, parasol in hand, entered the building with her usual, nonchalant expression. She went immediately to the principal's office - her office which she shared with her younger brother - and sat down at her desk. The desks, one at either side of the room wall, were positioned so that they were facing each other. Her desk was to the left, her brother's was to the right. Desdemona looked to the empty desk across from her. "Tsk. Of course he's late. When will that boy learn to be on time?" She mumbled. Another day, another big stack of paperwork for her to deal with. Joy... All of them were, of course, about clans and who was in charge of what clan and what new members were in it and so on. The list never ended... Hopefully she could get out and do something exciting. Maybe scare the daylights out of a student or two - that was always such fun to her.

Desdemona couldn't help but smile at the sight of Cole wandering into the office sleepily. After he had flopped down on the couch, prepared to sleep, she laughed. "Up late, I assume? You know, this is starting to become much more cumbersome for me - Considering I have to do your work while you're asleep on that couch." She remarked, more formal than usual. This was not an unusual thing for her to do, she would lecture him all the time. Especially on staying up too late; he should know better. She got up and sat on the arm rest of the couch, closest to his head. "You weren't at a party, were you? Father said something to me about you possibly sneaking out to a party..." Mona raised an eyebrow at him, poking his cheek slightly.

Desmona sighed to mask her slight laugh. "Cole... This is the third time this month you've been out. What time was it when you went to sleep?" She inquired curiously. It must've been past 2:00 if he was this tired. She got off the arm rest of the couch and sat him up so she could sit down, holding him up by his shoulders. She looked him straight in the eye, as though looking for something. "You weren't drinking, were you? Don't tell me you're addicted now... Father wouldn't be so happy." Mona teased as she lightly slapped his cheek as if to wake him up.

Desdemona nodded. Good, he shouldn't been drinking on weekdays. Weekends though... that was a different story. She sighed, holding him up straight again after he had rested his head on her shoulder. "Yes. You have to work today. You took yesterday off, remember?" She replied and then grinned. "I, however, don't have to be here. But I'm gonna be here to make sure you don't sleep." Of course, that wasn't the sole reason why she was staying - she had some 'personal matters' to deal with. Some unfinished business, if you will. "It's mostly just paper work, the usual kind. Then we should get status reports from the clans, but that can wait for a little while. We've got a big meeting tomorrow, for the record. It came up out of the blue too - Father called it up... Figures." She sighed, stood up, and mussed up his hair a little. "Now, c'mon. Get to work, the quicker you get it done, the quicker we're out of here. ... And I can take you out for lunch somewhere, all on me." Mona offered.

And, I randomly got some ideas: 1) I think they should have a big mansion (sort of like the Phantomhive estate) in Kuoh City. Or maybe on campus? Idk. I just know that it would be really big so they wouldn't really see much of each other since it would practically be like two separate houses.2) This might just be because I've been watching a ton of Marvel movies... But should there be a council of demons? Like, that Cole and Mona can be on but not like the heads of? And then their father is the head of the council? Just a thought. I don't watch DxD and I know that this is inspired by it so... Idk how it goes.

Desdemona walked over to her desk and sat down. There was a moment of silence as she continued filling out forms and such - as she always would. Then she couldn't take it anymore - she just had to ask. "So~ tell me, how was the party?" She asked, dying to know how it went. Her little brother had been going to a bunch of parties lately... Maybe she should go to one? Nah, she didn't like crowds - it was too unorderly. Mona waited for his answer while she filled out papers.

Desdemona smiled back. "Oh, Really? Which one? Lawrence or Spencer?" She asked in slight surprise. It wouldn't surprise her if it was Spencer. Every single time she invited him over to 'hang out', he would end up looking at Cole in a certain way that just gave it all away. "That's good, I guess." She said as resumed her writing.

Desdemona nodded. "Oh, her? Ugh... Did she... try anything?" She asked with a slightly worried expression. Oh Jenna... Such a horrible person. She was such a nutcase... Mona never liked her. Always trying to get at something. "Oh! Were the twins there? Gosh, it's been forever since I've seen them... I need to call Dylan..."
