Tau kicked at the ground. God this stupid thing was annoying. He wouldn’t do anything. He wouldn’t learn any tricks, he wouldn’t stay still, he wouldn’t let Tau leave the house for crying out loud. It was like a baby. A two hundred plus pound, five foot tall baby. His mom hadn’t talked to him since he had brought it home and her last words were You’re responsible for house training it if it’s going to set foot in this door. And while Tau wasn’t really expecting the thing to come inside, she had a point. It needed to be taught some manners.
Tau made a sour face at the thought of his mother and leaned over to flick it in the head from where it was laying curled up on the floor. He had brought it inside to get a view of the house, or at least the small bit of it that was on the ground level and it had just curled up on the rug and slept. Spoiled. It definitely didn’t like being flicked though. The scorra whipped it’s long neck up to look at Tau in the eyes before pecking him viciously in the face. ”Ow ow ow ow. Ow. OW!” Tau blocked his face before punching the bird in the head. Stupid thing. It might win this round, but it wasn’t over. That was for sure. He stared it down with an ugly glare before realizing that his paints were now smeared all over his face. Great.
