﹂ If only, if only... Generally, Celia is goofy and fun loving, but she has a very small filter on her mouth. But she does know when it is necessary to cut it out. She is fairly protective of her younger brother, and will handle things as she sees fits, if she knows he can't handle it himself. There is a stubbornness about her. There is a line, it is pretty far back, but there is one. She is pretty lenient until something that she really doesn't want or doesn't like happens, and then she speaks up. Celia is very determined, when things are serious. She gets to a point where she nearly forgets everything else going on in her life. It's happens to be her fatal flaw.
