The coliseum is an oval (ellipse) with the outer measurements as follows: Length: 189 meters (615 ft) Width: 156 meters (510 ft) Height: 48 meters (157 ft). The inner measurements (arena area) Length: 88 meters (287 ft) Width: 56 meters (180 ft) Height: 4.6 meters (15 ft). Modeled akin to the coliseum in Rome, Italy. The interior of the arena is a simple pit of packed dirt, the thousands of seats available for many to view the happenings within. The arena itself is protected on the walls closing it in with runes, keeping the audience from potential danger of stray attacks and a wide range of damage. These runes also keep the foundation of the arena from being all but obliterated.
NOTE: Each player is allowed a max of 10 posts for this fight winner advanceS to Round Three!
Following his fight with the dour priest, Eric had been quickly shuffled out by one of Bishop's TRS goonies; escorted to the inner workings of the coliseum, and told to wait for further instruction.
Which, naturally, didn't take very long.
The Thai brawler would, once again, advance onward...Moving one step closer to absolute victory, and financial security! There was a renewed bounce to his untrodden step, and his bare feet quickly navigated the entrance corridors...
Touching down upon the all-too-familiar sand as it was bathed in artificial light!
Night had fallen on his second Redemption round, and made the thousands of camera flashes more apparent. Like a field of twinkling stars, all shining for him; paired with the roar of a crowd that thirsted for more. Eric lavished in this semblance of fame, basking in the glow that assaulted him at all sides.
With the stereo system blasting one of his selected tunes, Eric would allow himself a few moments to turn; taking in the throng as he smiled, and raised one hand in salute.
As before, the Tiger maintained his casual attire from the previous battle...Because, truth be told, he didn't have a whole lot of clothes to pick from.
He had no way of knowing who he would be fighting.
This was gonna be fun.

The woman who murdered her own husband... Hush voices spoke the words over and over as she emerged from the entrance and walked out into the arena. Head hanging low with guilt and regret after having being healed and told of what she had done, it wasn't so much the death but the fact she had confused him for some kind of demon... Her beloved husband had then suffered at her hands before dying horribly. Wearing the leather bikini top and shorts didn't even help gain favour with the people gathered in the stands, gripping her crow bar so tight that her knuckles had turned white she would continue to walk forward...
Jay could still hear her own laughter when she had done it, her mind had convinced her it was a demon... Wait no, not her mind, them... they pushed her over the edge and released the rage within that was now forcibly caged again. Lifting her hands she would tremble at the thought of using the gift again... It was him who had told her to embrace her husband and give her yet another ability before she had passed out due to a combination of blood loss and shock.
As of the moment she hadn't yet seen Heita... Instead being haled up then dragged to the next fight as though she were nothing more than an animal used to fight for the amusement of the leeches in the crowd.
Her perception was changing, no longer was she feeling the pride of a fighter, but the heavy burden of a murderer. With it came the suspicion that everyone hated her, it was hard not to think it, why wouldn't they... The woman had laughed as the demon her husband lay dying.
"Make it go away.."
She cried out suddenly, stopping part way in and dropping to her knees as though the weight on her shoulders had become too much to bare.
Looking up at Eric with blood shot eyes she would yet again wonder why the world was so cruel, why was she made to fight again...And this time a new friend....
He'd turned around just in time to watch her entrance in slack-jawed befuddlement; the sight of her so...broken...left him with a bad taste in his mouth. Who was this shattered remnant of the stalwart fortress he'd met not so long ago?
Frankly, it set his blood to the boil.
"Whatever! Fine...If this is what they want, then so be it! Consider this my resume...Now stand up!"
Eric slammed his right fist into his left palm, and the sound of cracking knuckles would be more akin to a rock-slide than not; quickly following the action by repeating it with opposite hands. His shoulders rolled, along with his neck, and slipped forward on his right foot.
Settling into a traditional fighter's stance; left-fist near his chin, with the other presented low...down near his abs.
"Get on your feet, and FIGHT!"
Somewhere, in the pit of his being, the Tiger could sense that something was amiss with her; a darkness behind the words she'd let slip. They, both Eric and his spirit, roared out in defiance; beckoning her to rejoin the hunt that was their defining quality.
Without it what were they?
Little more than frail things...Destined to break beneath the harshness of living.
But, not today!
Not if he had anything to say about it!

He was right to sense something off about her, she was acting very strangely compared to the calm yet vicious woman he had first met. They both had the same mentality when it came to fighting and life in general, although Jay had learnt that her anger and pain was controllable. Well to an extent, then it of course took over and turned her into one of the monsters she feared so much, making her less than human and slowly killing her from within. This is what had happened during her last fight, having been convinced that her husband was a demon drove her to unleash her full potential and kill when she otherwise wouldn't of.

"Whatever! Fine...If this is what they want, then so be it! Consider this my resume...Now stand up!"
Eric's words echoed through her chaotic mind, drawing her partially back to reality as her dark brown eyes settled on his approaching figure once more, he was ready to throw down... His stance making her frown as her muscles tightened in response.. It was instinctual. The only way her body have ever known how to react when presented with another fighter, tensing up limb by limb while flexing her fingers in and out of closed fists.
Slash Zinrai
"Get on your feet, and FIGHT!"
"You don't want this Eric..."
Again with the pain of what she had done the woman struggled to her feet, fighting against a tidal wave of emotion, pushing it back into the dark depths of her mind as it began to process the immediate situation. It was hard... But Jay refused to take a stance, even though she was standing upright now, her crowbar held before her with both hands in the centre, she was still rather relaxed posture wise. "You have nothing to prove to me."
The b***h was not going to walk away, but she certainly wasn't going to make the first move either, instead she was taking the remaining time to focus her thoughts to the here and now. Even if no matter what she did the whispers from the crowd kept reminding her she was a murderer.
His eyes would narrow; drawn thin like the edge of a blade.
Hatred welled up behind those golden-brown irises, and sent visible shivers down Eric's spine. He'd heard this before...almost those exact same words...spoken to him by one other woman.
...Right before she ripped out his ******** heart.
"What I want is to cut you free, and you're...WRONG!!"
That final word, spoken as a growl, would see the beginnings of a charge from the furious young man; quick stepping into a sprint, and crossing the middle-ground between them within a few...short...breaths. The snarl he bore upon his lips only curving to form one, final, proclamation as he came into range.
"I HAVE EVERYTHING TO PROVE!!"
With that, he was upon her; cutting his forward rush into a partial slide as he set his right foot hard into the sand, and slipped it beneath the guard of Jay's weapon. All of his weight would transition to that point, bearing down on the ball of his sole, and send him forward as his core twisted in from the left.
Bringing the point of his opposing knee, now bent, to bear against the woman's right-side ribcage.
Meanwhile, he dropped his right arm; angling the palm to connect squarely with her crow-bar, and grip it. Partially as a method of control, but just as much to afford him a bit more balance...and power! Because, even as his knee-strike honed in low...he'd chambered the arm above it to deliver a hooking punch for her unprotected right cheek.
Eight Deadly-points :: Eric is trained in the discipline known as Muay Thai, a style that utilizes offensive potency through the feet, knees, elbows, and hands. This fact is responsible for the practice of Muay Thai also being known as the “Eight Deadly-points”. Though the most famous use by far, Muay Thai is not strictly offense based, and it’s defensive measure is known as “The Five Bands of Iron”. Which focuses on the use of shins, forearms, and the torso (specifically the abdominal, and pectoral muscles.) to defend against attack. Because of this, these areas are highly resistant to pain, and trained to deliver, or receive, massive amounts of damage. Minor injuries (Such as, but not limited to: shallow cuts, abrasions, physical concussive force [fists, feet, and the like].) to the eight sections, or the five, are easily shrugged off and will only serve to fuel his naturally aggressive state. However he is not invulnerable to such attacks, and consecutive damage to these areas will apply normally after he has been repeatedly struck.
Unarmed (The Eight Deadly-points) :: Muay Thai fighters are highly trained in fighting unarmed, giving them considerable advantages when doing so. Most importantly, their bodies are considered at least as dangerous as any weapon, and are fully capable of dealing lethal amounts of damage that way. They can, however, choose to simply knock an opponent unconscious instead of killing them. Secondly, they are trained to be ambidextrous, and they have no such thing as an off-hand when striking unarmed. Eric always deals more damage unarmed than any normal person would, unless he chooses not to.
Sea of Strikes :: Fighters of the Muay Thai sect are capable of attacking with multiple parts of their body simultaneously, and without losing balance.
If she did nothing, Jay would find her crowbar tucked neatly against the Thai Brawler's solid abs; held firmly, even as he attempted to knock some sense back into her.
Or, maybe just knock her out?
That was his mystery.

There was no emotion on the woman's face as she watched Eric close the distance between them, taking a deep breath as she kept her body relaxed. The will to fight was weak within her, that strong spirit having taken far too much damage. But it didn't mean that Jay was just going to take the hits and do nothing to protect herself oh there was no way she was going to let him draw blood on her. "I warned you.."
Words whispered as he made contact, by then of course there was no going back. His right leg forward would become her target, simply because he had now grabbed the crowbar as her hands slipped out to the sides while his now grasped the centre.
He was aiming to take her out via her right side... It was a little weird to come across someone who rushed in for the ribs like she did... It sparked the beginnings of a smile, if only because she would of done something similar, and of course was going to punish him for getting up close to the brawler. His right knee would suddenly come under pressure as her left foot was lifted to slam down onto it, using it as a leverage point while her body shifted backwards. Digging her right foot into the ground and yanking back on the crowbar in the same motion while his knee grazed past her ribs.
Passing just shy of the mark while his fist would connect with her left cheek, but Jay being relaxed and moving backwards even if it was ever so slightly, would have her head turn to the right to negate the majority of the damage.
Did she hurt Eric? Maybe, but unintentionally. All she aimed for was to be able to lean back without toppling and of course having her foot on his knee would prevent him from yanking her forward easily.
"Need to do better than that."
Taunting now? Well he was in her bubble now, and everyone who ever fought her could tell you that it was not always a good idea to get in that bubble. It was her comfort zone of sorts... the bubble which served as a cage for the animal within... And Eric had now gone and begun stepping on it's toes.
As his fist connected, he would feel the tell-tell give of pliant flesh. She'd managed to escape the initial barrage mostly unscathed, but...in her withdrawn state...had failed to make good on the exchange.
Because Eric, his body sparking with crimson energy, followed through immediately!
Simmer :: As Eric gains Fury Points, his "aura"...or, spiritual presence...becomes more, and more, visible to the naked eye. However, this change is not simply an aesthetic one; Also granting him additional abilities as his pool grows.
Five Fury :: At five points of Fury, Eric's aura reaches it's first visible stage; Appearing occasionally as small arcs of reddish-orange electricity across the breadth of his body. At this total, he may now access the following abilities: [Roaring Fists] (Level One), [Wrath Shot] (Level One) and [Neural Overload] (Level One).
Jay would find her foot displaced, caught in the turn as his left knee connected with her calf before planting its trailing foot firmly in the sand; the Thai brawler having turned his back to her, releasing his grip on her weapon as his right heel slipped out wide to its side. Within the span of less than a breath, he'd snapped it up...and in...launching a back kick for her abs that would come in just beneath the outstretched crowbar.
If Jay held her position, leaning away, the kick could easily glance up the length of her body; landing in the nook of her throat, and thus square in her chin.
"EeeYAH!!"
From the far side of his form, the Tiger would put his eyes on her once again; waiting for impact, or response.
Whichever was destined to come his way.

The crowd roared with excitement as Eric lifted the murderer into the air with his kick, although it hadn't landed where he might of liked. Jay was fast, it came with years of having to make up for her size as well as a little boost from that lovely compound V. Now where most people would of jumped back Jay had instead shifted her left hand from the crowbar to catch the ankle of the offending foot, curling her arm over it as her body lifted off the ground with the force behind it.
That wonderful smile returning in full as the feel of his foot connected with her chest send sharp waves of pain rushing through her torso, it was all that she needed to get her blood pumping, her body relaxing yet again as her right arm extended out with the crowbar.
As his foot began to descend Jay would release it in favour of using her right hand to hook the curved end of the crowbar into his right shoulder, it would be quite the sight as he looked back, a crowbar coming in hot. If she managed to hook onto him she would pull herself in, digging the curved points into his shoulder and hopefully drawing blood before the woman would crash into his back feet first. With the feet firmly planted and knees bent Jay would then pull back with all her strength before springing back off him like the little b***h she was.
The aim of this... Well to rip her crow bar through the shoulder and watch the blood flow... As well as maybe making it harder for him to use it.
If she did get to do this and didn't end up on her a** Jay would land in a there point crouch while sliding back in the dirt a bit before whipping her head up to stare Eric in the eye with a devilish glint in her own.
Eric would feel the breadth of his foot connect squarely with her mid-section; the vibrations of impact traveling up, through his leg, and into the Tiger's core. However, with that short-lived sensation of success...
Came the dawn of unfortunate reality.
He'd feel her mighty grip bearing down upon his ankle, followed by the dread weight of a crowbar attempting to hook into his shoulder. Time was of the absolute essence, and the Thai brawler could not hesitate!
Jay relinquished her hold on his foot, fortunately, allowing him time to shift his weight to the right; dropping his torso, even as he pivoted...left to right...and snapped his trailing foot around. The leg she'd temporarily held slammed into the sand, and the hook of her weapon slipped to the outside; cutting a shallow gouge into the flesh as it lost purchase, and fell away.
"ArrrGH!!"
But Eric would not let his new boss slip away so easily; fighting through the pain, even as she spilled first blood!
In midair, attempting to leap back, she would witness the culmination of his 3-point combo.
The spinning side-kick!
Kicking off hard with both feet, he'd pull his right leg in; leaping after her as he brought the opposite appendage up, and over. If everything went according to plan, Eric's left foot would connect with the right side of his opponent's face; possibly dislocating her jaw, but certainly hurting like a b***h!
That said, the Tiger's ferocity was his most endearing aspect! Every act of aggression transitioned into another, and another still! If she was unwilling to go on the offensive...
To take back a measure of control...
Then he would certainly never give it up willingly.

He sure was determined to damage her face, well to damage her in any way really. The kick to the chest had left her a little winded but the mere sight of blood trickling down over his shoulder sent the beast within crazy, she could feel herself hungering for more already, that twisted part of her that lusted for more blood in every fight no matter the cause. It was something every brawler had as far as she knew, well she hoped at least. Otherwise she might be considered sick in the head.
Then as her feet touched down and her crowbar came free she watched in awe as he had already twisted himself through the air.... This was something she was not prepared for, high flying kicks were definitely not on her experience list, but regardless she would do her best to avoid having her face busted up. Not to mention she needed to do something to put a stop to the momentum he was building up....
So as his left leg came around Jay would lift her left arm, the open palm catch the calf as the power within forced its way out of her.
The Touch
Step One - Blackening of the surface touched: Causes localized burning sensation (similar to a serious sunburn), and tightness to the skin/scales/fur/etc. of any living creature; Weakens any non-living structure/object as if exposed to open flame for approximately a minute.
Using his own momentum to push her off to the right as her feet touched down and slid though the dirt until she was able to dig her heels in and push back against the calf. Her right hand lashing out with the crowbar again, this time aiming for just above his left hip, hoping to hook the already blood stained tips into his flesh again and yank down and back as opposed to just back. Hoping to force him to drop back to the ground and possibly draw even more blood.
Her shoulder and arm hurt with the strain of catching his calf, the heel of his foot coming to rest against her cheek as she applied pressure to the calf in an attempt to stop it from striking her with the force he intended to.
With an upraised hand she stopped him cold; capturing Eric's leg at the culmination of his kick, and revealing just how strong she really was!
It was simply a matter of fact that the Tiger, who was relatively new to these parts, had never heard of Compound V...Nor had he ever witnessed it in action. Jay's grip was absolute, and even as his right foot connected with the sand...fighting to maintain his tenuous balance...Eric would feel a creeping sensation unlike anything he'd yet experienced.
The vicious bite of Decay!
While not outright debilitating...yet...it was enough to distract him from the incoming swing of her crowbar; which embedded its self firmly in his waist, and pushed him just a bit too far.
The combined pain of all his injuries eliciting a broken cry from his lips.
"AaaaaRoooOOOOoRH!! Get OFF!!"
The Thai Brawler's aura would at first seem to intensify, before exploding outward with a vivid flash of red!
Ten Fury :: At ten points of Fury, Eric's aura expands outwards; Generating a constant electrical field upon his frame, and causing tiger-like stripes to appear on any visible flesh. At this total, in addition to doubling his passive Fury gained, he may now access the following abilities: [Roaring Fists] (Level Two), [Wrath Shot] (Level Two), [Defiant Spirit], [Tiger Hunter] and [Wall of Rage] (Level One).
Fifteen Fury :: At fifteen points of Fury, Eric's aura extends out beyond his body; Burning almost as if he were aflame. The visible energy is still heavy with electrical discharge, and the stripes remain apparent on his body. At this total, in addition to the doubling of all Fury generation, he may now access the following abilities: [Roaring Fist] (Level Three), [Wrath Shot] (Level Three), [Neural Overload] (Level Two), [Wall of Rage] (Level Two), and [Enter the Tiger] (Level One)
Enter the Tiger :: As his Fury grows, Eric’s animal aspect becomes more apparent; Gradually enveloping him in the spectral visage of a tiger.
Level One :: Eric’s physical abilities are enhanced to mimic those of his spirit animal, to include: Night vision (which allows him clear black-white vision in any darkness condition), Improved mental capacity (Which allows him to notice, and comprehend, finer details about an area/opponent.), Enhanced Hearing (Which allows Eric to distinguish between multiple nearly silent noises, identify them, and then locate their origins), Heightened Sense of Smell (Granting him the ability to hunt enemies, and track their location.), Increased Speed (So long as he drops down, and moves on his hands and feet, Eric may sprint up to approx. 50 feet per second/35 Miles per hour.), Enhanced Leaping Ability (Giving Eric enough leg strength to jump up to 20ft horizontally, and 15ft vertically. However, this must be paired with a running start…provided by his sprinting ability…of at least 10ft. Additionally, he may safely land on his feet from any drop distance of 40ft, or lower.), and finally Claws on his fingers and toes (Allowing Eric to climb any surface that isn’t completely smooth, such as metal plate, and rake enemies for additional damage. The claws are approx. 3in long, made of sharpened Fury, and solid enough to dig into stone.). Enter the Tiger level one remains active until Eric’s total Fury reaches zero, and requires no cost to maintain.
Acting out of desperation, and no small measure of anger, Eric would lash out with the left arm; hooking his hand onto the furthest end of her weapon, and attempting to lock it in place...While his opposite appendage, limned in crimson electricity, pushed out for her chest.
Far too short to reach Jay's midsection, it would unleash a nasty surprise of its own...An orb of swirling, growling, red energy; sparking with power, and moving to slam into her abs.
Wrath Shot :: Eric can concentrate his Fury into a condensed orb of un-typed energy, and then propel it at a target of his choosing. Regardless of it’s level, the orb always moves at approx. 100mph; Bursting on impact, and imparting it’s effects.
Level Three :: By expending three (3) Fury. Eric creates a vivid ball of red energy. The newly created sphere is filled with swirls of crimson mist, and reddish electricity; Easily as large as a soft-ball, and emitting a low growl. When it impacts a target, it explodes; Creating a small vortex of red fog that clings to, and slows, its victim for three (3) rounds. This effect is, essentially, the same as having an additional 300lbs of weight applied to whatever/whomever it strikes. In addition to this effect, the orb hits like a cattle prod on it's highest settings (approximately 9000 volts, with a naturally low current). This causes debilitating burns like those of a weak arc cutter in the area struck.
If it hit, regardless of where it landed, the ball would burst; filling its victim with potent arcs of electricity, and burdening them with the weight of his anger.
Meanwhile, Eric would attempt to quickly remove both his leg from her grip...and dislodge the crowbar from his side...before trying to get both feet on the ground. His ambiance fading away, if only somewhat.

It was pleasing to hear his cry, like sweet sweet music to her ears, it reminded her that he was just a man and she was able to hurt him... Well with the exception of him turning it around on her this time though, she was too close to be able to dodge the strange orb that formed and shot into her abdomen. A panicked cry followed the impact as suddenly her body was forced to stiffen, electricity surged through her mid section and stunned the poor woman....
However there was a little item which she and Eric were both holding that might be a problem.... That crowbar that he had grabbed onto to dislodge from his side would act like a conductor, transferring the shock he had given to her back onto him, hopefully giving the same effect as she had received. Even if she was forced backwards by the blow and thus relinquishing her hold on the crow bar. "ERIC!"
Jay would scream his name as the pain surged through her belly, yet again she had been burnt and was left clutching it with her left arm while finding herself unable to stand upright with ease like she had been before... Weighed down as though she had just gained more than twice her current weight. The red fog around her mid section causing her to whimper while struggling to force her body to move.
"Eric....What have you done...."
The words were not filled with rage, but instead it was hurt, the kind of tone that a loving friend or partner would use after being wounded by the one they cared for. Jay was not ready to give in to the darkness yet, she instead wanted to try make him pause... To force him to think about the pain he was inflicting onto the kindred soul before him. Maybe even get in his head a little...
In light of her forced recoil, fully collecting the crowbar for himself, Eric would gingerly return his left foot to the ground. His power, his curse, would not rebound against him; the electricity dancing across his body, and then rejoining with the aura.
Twirling his newest weapon once, twice, and then again before allowing it to slip into the appropriate grip; its bloody, hooked, end dangling low. Upon the opposite hand, as with his bare feet beneath, bright red claws would be pointedly visible...Evoking the presence of the true Tiger.
Eric was away...please leave a message!
"You're stronger than you look...catching my kick, and bearing the manifested weight of all that anger...Impressive!"
Like the great cat he had been known to evoke, the young man stalked forward; aggressive eyes burning into the pit of her being, as his words curled into a snarl. This was not a man, fighting for personal glory...or honor.
He was a monster.
"And this thing...A bit rudimentary for killing women, but I suppose it has a certain poetry...wouldn't you agree, Boss?"
The Tiger lifted her weapon up, as if inspecting it; pacing around the over-burdened female, right-to-left. Slowly making his way to the space at her back, and flexing the fingers of his empty hand.
"There is to be no shame in falling on your...crowbar? Well, there is to be no shame in having your own crowbar fall on you. I think you'll find it hard to pay me...if you're dead..."
His face was a mask of ferocity, revealing nothing but contempt for her life...even as he threatened to take it away, forever. He would be completely behind her now, raising his re-purposed tool higher into the air; poised to bring it crashing down upon her head...
"That's what you wanted, right!? What you came here for! TO DIE!!"
Perhaps Jay would be unable to see it, but he was shaking; his hate-filled screams piercing the silence that the now-silent crowd had left in their wake. Every...violent...fiber in him demanded that he repay blood, for blood.
Every ounce of strength it took to belay the strike he had prepared.

Jay would be lying if she said she wasn't impressed, his demeanour had shifted to that of a predator, mirroring the darkness that swelled within the small woman as she found herself dropping to one knee as she allowed her body to get used to the encumbering weight. His pacing reminding her of another time and place where she had come up against a panther demon of sorts, that feline way of judging prey.... Sadly she was the opposite. Only to reveal that he was no better than her at all, he too was a monster. So in her clouded eyes she decided that they both deserved to die.
