Drifa: -sits inside a coffee shop sipping some Earl Grey tea looking out the window-

Lady Nastara *Walks down the twilight lit street at a leisurely pace her gaze like her pace unhurried yet missing nothing. Catching a glimpse of a lovely femme at a window in a coffee shop up ahead she decided to walk past the window and see what the femme might do.....*

Drifa: -She was still unfamiliar to the area that she was visiting and never ceased to be amazed by the sights she had seen everyday. Tonight seemed to be no exception to this experience as she was staring out into the coming night a female dressed in dark colors walked by catching her eye. She raised her eyebrows slightly at how much skin the young foxyline revealed, but once again, many new sights were before her in this strange place.-

Nastara~ *She could tell that she had caught the eye of the femme and she deliberatly held her gaze even and steady as she walked past the window to the door of the coffee shop, walked in, and took a seat across the table from the one who'd caught her eye, Giving her a deliberate once over she said* Not from around here are you? *there was a touch of scorn in her voice, and a litlting musical accent very hard to place......*

Drifa: -the young foxyline held her own gaze, neither looking away and then walked into the shop and sat down at the table with her. She raised one eyebrow unsure of what was to come. After hearing what the foxyline had to say she laughed.- That obvious am I? -she said with a distinct Northern accent-

Nastara~ *Taken slightly aback by the laughter she waited to see its cause before reacting. Then as the femme spoke she was able to place the accent and with the clothing she knew for certain she was not from here* Yes, THAT obvious. Were you under the impression otherwise? *She arched a delicate brow and gazed coolly back at the Northern femme*

Drifa: -she shrugged- Well there's no point in trying to be something I'm not. -raises an eyebrow at the other female- That much should be obvious.

Nastara *Catching the other femme arching her brow her nose rose slightly into the air and crinkled, as though she smelled something alltogether unpleasent but was too kind to show it* No point indeed, but staring- typically that is considered rude everywhere, so one wonders why you thought it was appropriate here?

Drifa: -she smirked lightly at the other female leaning back relaxing- If you didn't want somewhere to stare why do you go around wearing something like that?

Nastara~ Oh you poor child, *she tutted softly and looked out the window for a moment, not giving up control but directing her gaze to the world outside. She not so idly wondered if the femme would notice that she had no reflection in the darkening glass.... Turning back she said* Why this old thing, this is hardly the latest fashion *she nodded to the glass and the streets begining to pick up with nighttime foot traffic and even more scantily clad femmes then her*

Drifa: As I said, -gestures her paw out- I'm not from around her and therefore lack a knowledge of the latest fashion trends. -she leans back forward to sip her tea, perfectly relaxed now- If given an option what would you wear then?

Nastara *Caught off guard she turned a bit too quickly to the femme, and because she had caught her slightly off guard she answered honestly* I care little for these skin tight fashions that leave nothing to the imagination, I prefer the gowns of mystery and the gems of beauty. *She inclined her head slightly to the femme*

Drifa: -she was startled by the sudden reaction- Oh? -was all she could muster out at first without spitting her tea everywhere... very unladylike. Swallowing she recomposed herself- Well you would like the North then miss....? -she realized the foxyline hadn't given her name yet-

Nastara *She watched with a trace of mirth as the northern femme tried to compose herself at the forthrightness of her answer, and out of a hint of compassion- wherever had that come from she wondered- and she didn't press the attack.* Forgive me, she arched an eyebrow once more, I am the Lady Nastara, though I do believe I should be curtseying as I say that..., for unless I much miss my guess you out rank me.

Drifa: -she smirked slightly as she was outed, not surprising as this foxyline seemed to have figured everything else out about her early on. Having a woman with such a good eye for things would be lovely to be on her side in a court that was constantly abuzz with gossip and trying to overthrow each other purely for plays at power and to keep themselves entertained. But that could fall back against her as well and she knew that this Lady Nastara could be quite an enemy.- Only slightly. Well then let me be the first to invite you to visit my home in the North when you're able. Please let them know that the Northern Princess Drifa has invited you to stay and you'll be given the finest food, wine, and dresses to choose from. -she sipped her tea again, no use keeping up anymore of a facade-
