◆ Angelic Powers - Lailah is an Angel of the Second Sphere and works as a heavenly governor. The Dominions, also known as the Hashmallim, regulate the duties of lower angels. It is only with extreme rarity that the angelic lords make themselves physically known to humans. With her station overlooking the Conception of Man & Woman and guardianship of their soul and body till death, she has the power to force an angel from its host body.
◆ Wings - Possesses a single pair of huge black wings with an iridescent sheen, the down of her wings are like ostrich plumes. Some of her wings on the bottom row near her back are long like 'phoenix feathers'.
◆ Dominion Scepter/Blade - An angelic Scepter in the form of a blade, not much longer than average Angelic blades. The Scepter is of the same grace-formed metal as the blade, but has an orb of light fastened to the head of her scepter acting as the pommel of the long handle sword.

Lailah is the epitome of the maternal nature, even though she technically has no real gender to speak of, her personality has always been defined as feminine and soft, different than her siblings who were more interested in being in God's Army. Lailah was always interested in creating things or caring for her siblings when she wasn't busy adoring her Father. When the time came for God to make his next project, ultimately failing thanks to Lucifer and Gadreel, God chose Lailah to care for the offspring of his original pair of humans after their expulsion from Eden. While she had been one of the few to be curious about these creations, she volunteered for the task and God put her in charge of Conception. A job that just seemed suited so well it was perfect.
Lailah is caring and fun-loving, far more than most Angels, viewing nearly every human -both fallen and pure- as if they were truly hers to care for. Lailah feels the pain and suffering far too much, caring till it hurts her and her feathers fall out due to stress. This caused her to focus more on her task than exploring the world, growing fearful of feeling such pain again like when she felt the loss of Lucifer, the Angel wars, and when Cain kill Abel. Lailah is the very opposite of Lilith, valuing life and happiness, the order of things that are right, and helping others.
While she can be gullible, due to being new to Earth, she isn't a pushover. Whens he is angry, it's because she had been pushed past her limit, or someone she cared about has been harmed. When she is angry that sweet and caring maternal side flares into a fire of righteousness. Mamma Angel has talons and she will protect her flock. Don't ******** with The Mother. Lailah also can feel shame for her brethren and 'children's actions. Lucifer's hissy fit, Gabriel Leaving, Balthazar's 'death', the first murder... Castiel taking up the mantle of God... nearly every action Metatron has taken so far : closing heaven, killing his own Nephilim (it had to have been his, no one else but her knew where it was or that there was even a Nephilim). When she feels this shame, Lailah tends to go on a binge of human 'delights', not knowing how to deal with all these feelings and sensations, utterly falling in a rather different sense.

Lailah chooses souls from the Garden of Eden and commands it to enter the embryo. She watched over the development in the womb and shows the rewards and punishments available to the individual. Then right before birth, Lailah strikes the newborn above the lip, making it forget what was learned and creating the philtrum. She also serves as a guardian angel throughout a person’s life and when they die, leads the soul into the afterlife.
She often kept to herself to escape from the in-fighting amongst her brethren, choosing to rest in denial to maintain her happiness. That is till she caught word of what Metatron had planned and finally decided to leave her post before she could be expelled from her home and fall separated from her Grace, or to bargain in any way with a traitor like Metatron. Knowing her job was very important to the human's survival, she took it upon herself to hide herself away and take up her true vessel on Earth. Hoping to find some level-headed angels to help her reclaim Heaven in the name of Peace, she scours the world covertly for members of her 'true family'. In the meantime, she is finding it exciting and terrifying to experience the mortal's world.
