Vampire Hunters:
Hunters all have greater strength, speed, and agility than humans, though, they cannot match Vampires or Bloodphasers. Other powers they might have are treated as spells and are ranked.
Basic

Master
All spells fall into the categories of Combat, Defense, Utility, and Healing. Mixed effects do not exist. Combat spells can only manipulate one element. So, no mixing water and lightning in a single spell for example.
Spells are distributed as one would expect someone able to learn them. All Hunters will have use of basic spells and at least four of them. These are single target spells that do not have any special effects such as AOE capability.
Ages 16 - 20: Up to 5 Basic Spells
Ages 21 - 25: Up to 6 Basic Spells
Ages 26 - 30: Up to 7 Basic Spells
Ages Above 30 : Up to 8 Basic Spells
Intermediate spells are gained at around age 16 for most and are more powerful and can have mild effects, though, they are still single target only. No mixed effects.
Ages 16 - 20: Up to 1 Intermediate Spells
Ages 21 - 25: Up to 2 Intermediate Spells
Ages 26 - 30: Up to 3 Intermediate Spells
Ages Above 30 : Up to 4 Intermediate Spells
Expert Level Spells come into play at around age 21. These are characterized by greater power, typically multi-target capable, and often include AOE effects or duration effects. No mixed effects.
Ages 21 - 25: Up to 1 Expert Spells
Ages 26 - 30: Up to 2 Expert Spells
Ages Above 30 : Up to 3 Expert Spells
Master level spells are exceptionally powerful and have a wide range of effects including Directional AOEs such as Chain Lightning. These take years to learn and cannot be achieved before the age of 30. However, the training focuses so intensely on the aspects of one, that it is exceptionally rare for anyone to learn more than one of these spells. (You must receive permission to have more than one Master level spell) No mixed effects.
