"I can't believe you both roped me into this! Now look here, Five! Don't go splashing paint over me like that!"
A large rose-tree is near the entrance of the gardens: the roses growing on it where white, but there were three gardeners at it, busily painting them red. "I can't help it," the one who you presume to be Five whines in a sulky tone, "Seven jogged by elbow."
The one you presume to be Seven looks up, snide. "That's right, Five! Always lay the blame on others, why don't you?"
"You'd better not talk!" Snapped Five, "I heard the Queen say only yesterday that you deserve to be beheaded!"
"What for?" The one who didn't have a name said yet asked.
"That's none of your business, Two!" Sneered Seven as he looked down his nose.
"Yes it is his business!" Snapped Five again, "And I'll tell hi- oh! Oh my, it looks like we have a guest."
The gardeners turn and stare at you thoughtfully. In moments they've surrounded you; Five has his arm around your shoulders while Seven has his arm around your waist while Two is pushing a brush into your hand.
"You look like the capable sort --"
"You're quite the able adventurer --"
"I bet you do things like this all the time --"
All three of them are speaking at once, their words nothing more than a jumble. After a moment they bow and depart, leaving you with their work.
- Paint the white roses red. Difficulty level: Normal You can only do this quest ONCE. If you fail you will be able to try again the next day!
You have a brush in one hand and a white rose tree in front of you. From the looks of things, it seems that you've been given the cliche honor of painting the roses to their proper color. Better get at it.
OOC: You didn't think this would be easy, did you?
As you begin to paint, you realize something about the roses. Especially when some of then begin to make snide remarks about your equipment and skills and levels and all sorts of things until you too are red in the face.
Roll one 6-sided dice. - If you roll even you paint a rose. - If you roll a odd you must FIGHT a rose.
You must paint a total of three roses total in order to move to the Quest Complete Reward.
Rose Monster Statistics:
The Rose makes a snide remark about you before it whips a tentacle covered in thorns at you!
HP: 10/10 Auto damage: 2 HP To attack: Simply use your regular card deck and the the battle damage calculator. Just post in this thread fighting it and keep track of the monster's HP Upon KO: if you are KO'ed you are DEFEATED. You must try again tomorrow for this quest! If you defeat the rose, go back and roll 1 6-sided dice to paint or fight a rose. Keep on going until you get 3!
Quest Complete Reward: As you finish painting the third and final rose, the rose bush shakes and a treasure chest drops out of it. You pop it open, take your loot, and go on your way.
"Seriously, how LARGE is this castle anyway?" He asked to his Pocket Card, that was now projecting the map.
He was now at a large garden. Honestly, all he did is just walked from the Croquet arena, yet the scenery is FAR different. Could it be he just teleported to another part of the castle? Maybe.
In the midst of his confusion the sound of an argument can be heard.
"Oh no this pattern again," he sighed while the card soldiers handed to him a can of red paint and pointed to a wall with roses.
White roses.
And in his hand are brush and red paint.
"Yep. Straight out of the tale again."
He sighed while walking to the rose bushes.

He was told to paint 3 white roses from this side red.
Not very interested in making a good job, he slapped the paint-laden brush to one small bud, making it looked red (but will still be white when it blooms)
If you wanted to get a job done quick, tell a lazy person to do it.
The outcome is another problem, though.

He got slapped by a thorny tentacle. The beautifully blooming rose in front of him suddenly grows bigger...and sprouted out a mouth.
"Can you even paint?"

He pulled his sword--- And failed because the thorny tentacles (vines, actually) binds his body.
"Bunny!" He called for his small helper--
But what appears is a strange Fox-like creature.
"-wha-" I forgot to mention this, but you also has other summons. This child is one of them. Said the Pocket Card as the small animal tears the vines off.
Even Madder than a March Hare. It's the Fox Otokoyo Mad March Hare- "Eeeh, too difficult to call. Foxy go!"

Trembling in fear, he held out three cards in his hands. "I'll pick this, thank you." He said as he took the high-damage card out of the card soldier's hand.

sweetm00n didn't honestly object to being laden with the task. "Sure- of course!" She knew that more selfish, self centered people might not want to help random strangers, but she was sweetm00n - the kindest of the kind, and the bravest of the brave. So when she turned around and saw that the three gardeners had legged it, her face began to turn red all on it's own. They had better be running off to tell everyone just how kind she was for doing their work. Or else. Turning to the first rose, she raised her brush.
"Oh my, you are quite the most pathetic thing ever, aren't you! I do hope you enjoy slaving away like this, but no one really does care."
Bringing the brush down heavily, she smacked the rose in the face. It was on.

Dropping the brush, sweetm00n pulled her syringe out from nowhere and lept back off the ladder. "It's on now, you stinky old rotten rose! Think you're so smart, huh???" She gave it a few whacks to emphasize just how NOT IMPRESSED she was.

Bringing the syringe down again, she kept on smacking and whacking the rose untill it dropped right off the vine, then walked over to it and stomped on it a few times, grinding it into the earth with her heel.
