Kaliforneum A bit short I fear. Sorry. >.< Edit for title sorry! He was having a bit of an off day. To say the least. Normally he wasn't this... well clumsy. It was down right aggravating. He was above his family's curse! Calder growled as his paws went every which way out from under him. He'd been having a hard time keeping his head up and tail down. Just earlier he'd landed his tail right into the muddiest mud puddle any cub had ever seen. Carefully he picked himself up. Clearly he needed to go rub up against someone and transfer the curse to them instead. Unfortunately no one was in immediate view.
Determined now to solve his problem of the day, Calder set off. It was slow going. First a bush, which he clearly(!) had enough room to get around jumped in front of him. Finding his nose pricked by branches had been unpleasant and forced him to back up then go around. Just as he was feeling confident again, his foot took a step into open air. The green cub went tumbling head over tail down a small hill.

Stigtyr wasn't having the best day himself. Having done poorly during sparring (again), the young cub had gone off to mope and brood in solitude. It was no fun playing when Tollak kept making fun of him and being nasty, just Tollak usually was. At this point in time, Stigtyr wasn't going to have any friends at all. He'd be some useless flower-blooded Freeborn, milling about the pride doing nothing but hunting with the thralls. The grey cub huffed, watching the dust fly up into the air away from his breath, glaring at each little particle. Bad day? Stig was having a bad week. A sudden commotion sent him up into the air with a yowl of surprise. Out of nowhere, a green cub cam tumbling down the hill from the bushes, landing a little ways away from where Stigtyr was now standing, tail puffed out in fright. He looked around wildly, trying to see if someone else was about to come popping in from thin air. There didn't seem to be anyone else around...and Stigtyr hadn't heard anything to make him think that the green cub had been pushed... Stig took a few hesitant steps towards the new cub, sniffing the air. He hoped the other cub wasn't dead or anything. It seemed like he was alright..."Are you okay?" Stig asked, not seeing any giant pools of blood or bones sticking out anywhere.
