With a new area open, full of odd little games and creatures, it stood to reason there'd be more stuff to beat too. The fact that she got to beat up on a piece of candy like a freaking pinata was, to put it lightly, delightful.
Phoenix and Mr. Tum Tum's eagerly pounced the sugary fiend.

Beyond its form, there was nothing sweet about this beast, except maybe the promise of sweet loot. Taking more care, Phoenix healed herself and took a more defensive stance.

And after lulling the creature into a more moderate fighting pace, Phoenix gave Mr. Tum Tums the sign. In a flash the two were whirling and attacking in tandem, barely allowing the creature to react at all in turn.
