It was soon enough before she found the next monster. The ghoul summoned her weapon listlessly, waiting for her otokoyo to take the first bite out of the plant before hitting it on her own.

It puzzled her how she never really took notice of her injuries sustained in battle, so for once, she set her polearm aside and tended to them, leaving the otokoyo to handle the plant for now.

As soon as she was bandaged up adequately, the ghoul picked up her weapon and took a final swing at the plant, disabling it completely.

Her mad march hare otokoyo had fetched the loot for her this time, and the ghoul bent down to pet its head before receiving it. Perhaps it wasn't always too bad around her, at least with her companions coming along.
