When HDM stumbled upon the plant, he wasn't caught completely off guard. He took the time to summon his new minipet - a Tea Party Arkapassu, which shot him a quick heal that topped off his hp pretty much as he sliced quickly into the plant with three quick light attacks. Gabriel Santiago quickly found herself stumbling into another players battle. On a shy insert she called before releasing her march hare after the plants. "H-hello...need some aid?" She was getting better at this, just a little. After her minipet went in she summoned her heal spell and sent it towards the boil, a shy smile following as she picked up a few nearby rocks and pelted the beast with them.

In some weird twist and turn, there he was in another mob fight. It was a smaller group than his last battle with the small snap plant from hell. HDM chuckled when he felt the extra heal - that was nice, having his HP topped off. When the other Gryphon arrived to help out he was actually really glad to have the assists. "Thanks!" He called to both, nodding to them each in turn as he moved in again, his tea-party ark keeping his HP close to topped off as he once again roughly tore into the plant with three quick strikes. Two Gryphon's. She had her work cut out for her and knew it. Healing herself first she gave a nod to the second one that joined and promised, "I'll heal you soon please hold-d on!" she would get him next round. Grabbing a rock she slammed it at the plant and skittered back.

This was starting to annoy him. Why can't he lay a strong attack on the stupid snapping plant? He was slashing at the flora, but the slender stem was able to swerve away by mere inches away from his attack to bite him. HDM kept his Tea Party Ark out, keeping him up and stable as he once again snapped a quick attack off at the plant. He shot a quick off-heal to the the other Gryphon, then positioned himself to body block the healer to keep her in a better position against the plant. Living up to her word she healed the other party member and smiled as the previously healed protected her. Picking up yet another rock she aimed for the head and took a mighty rear back before throwing. Hitting it dead on the thing dropped dead much to her surprise. Another kill..
She felt sick.
"..." Frowning she slowly moved over to claim some loot.

Lute went to inspect the loot, waving off the other player as she went. She took a good chunk of EXP as well and cheered as her lvl bar rolled over.

The battle didn't went as well as he wanted it to be. He fought pitifully when he knew he could have done better. Feral was beating himself so much about it that he forgot about the loot. He waved to HDM as he saw him walking off, and glanced over to Gabriel who looked sick. It was then that he gave her a gentle pat on her shoulder before leaving with his loot. "Take care of yourself . . ."
