Personality: Belle is kind of fiesty and isn't afraid to speak their mind, though it's gotten them into quite a lot of trouble in the past. Belle can be very childish and bratty sometimes, acting on their own selfish desires instead of stopping to think about other people around them. They're very stubborn and it takes a lot to get them to see the other sides point of view. However even though they can be all these things, if they're with the right person, they can also be very fun too. They like to pull pranks on people using their powers. They also tend to fall asleep in random places on account of the effect their powers have on them.
Likes: -sleeping -food -pulling pranks on people -messing with peoples dreams -cats -their cellphone that they're constantly on
Dislikes: -sweet foods -when people wake them up too early -getting yelled at -boring people -when people touch their stuff without permission
Biography: Belle lived a pretty normal life. Like literally just normal. Both their parents were dream demons like them. They spoiled their child rotten, but could also be a little overprotective. They had friends. They went to school. They were bullied sometimes. Everything was just normal. And that wasn't enough for Belle. They wanted to experience more and get out in the world. While surfing the web they found out about this school on a forum. They tried to get their parents to send then there, but all they got was a hard no. So, being the rebellious teenager they are, they packed their bags, stole their dad's credit card, and ran away from home to this school.
Talents/Abilities: -hypnosis: they use a variety of methods but their favorite by far is sweet talking someone to sleep it's the funnest one. This also means they can manipulate you into doing funny and humiliating stuff just like any other hypnotist, but it can only last a few minutes and nothing they do is long lasting. -Dream walking: they can enter the dreams of someone who is asleep and can manipulate it any way they want. But there is a time limit to how long they can stay in the dream until they're forced out of it, which is about an hour max, though sometimes it's less than that. -Invisibility: self explanatory really. This also has a time limit, but it's longer than the one for dream walking, about three to four hours. And when invisible you can still hear them like any footsteps or anything. It also wears off if they feel any physical pain, like if they get hit or punched or something.
Other:they have a tail that they keep hidden. Its long and thin and kinda looks like a cat tail. They mostly keep it hidden because if you touch it like at all they instantly fall asleep. It sometimes comes out when they're super angry though.

Gah! Sorry. I didn't see them... I like them! But there's a few things you gotta fix... 1) Could you put in there how long the time limit is? 2) Please put some sort of limitation on the hypnosis. I know that it's probably just there to serve as an act but, to avoid any godmodding, it needs a limitation so they don't seem too powerful.

Personality: at first glance he looks like some grumpy tough guy who hates everyone and he kind of is sometimes. It's not that he hates everyone though it's just he doesn't really trust humans all that much. The only interactions he's ever gotten with people would be when he was either stuck in a lab or being stared at and called a monster or a freak. So his trust in humans went downnnnnn and he started putting up this scary front to ward people off. In reality though he's actually super sensitive and curious and has really bad short term memory.
Likes: -swimming -Reading -sharks -any kind of food if its even edible he'll eat it -amusement parks
Dislikes: -when people stare a him or call him names -Humans, even people who just look human he has a hard time trusting -Big crowded areas
Biography: Will has never known his parents. The only thing he remembers from his childhood is swimming around in the ocean totally alone until some scientists caught him when fishing one day. They were fascinated by him, completely taken aback by the splotches of fish like scales on his body. They took little Will back to their lab and performed multiple tests everyday. They drew his blood, they tested his motor skills and easy stuff like that. But as weeks went by the tests started getting more and more brutal, sometimes almost killing him. Once they thought they actually had killed him so they decided to run an autopsy that they had been wanting to do for months. While they prepared for that Will made his escape and dove into the nearest lake, where he waited until they stopped searching for him to come out. After that he ran to a town far away from the lab and tried to blend in, but everywhere he went he was either stared at or called an alien or freak. He lived in a cave outside the town and since he had no money he had to steal everything, though he mostly just stole food and clothes. He's very quick on his feet and has really good reflexes now because of this. One day he saw something about some sort of circus school, he can't remember if it was a flyer or someone was talking about it. He figured that was the place where freaks like him go so he stole a suitcase and some money and started walking.
Talents/Abilities: he's a very fast swimmer and A very accurate diver. He can also breath underwater and can talk to other sea creatures though to others it just sounds like a bunch of clicking and high pitched screeing sounds.
Other:he can walk on land just fine mostly of the time but he carries around a spray bottle to keep himself wet so he won't dry out. Also the reason he has bandages on his face is because the scientists took his eye for dissecting and he didnt have a cool eyepatch. It also keeps him from scratching it and making it bleed which hes done plenty of times.
