By now Ch33p was feeling much more confident about this whole battle scene. She and her pocket watch pet wandered farther into the woods, looking for trouble. Eventually they found it in the form of another of the small eating plants. Perfect! Using the element of surprise to her advantage she cracked her whip and leapt at the plant.

The plant wasn't to be taken off balance twice in a row! It reared up and batted Ch33p-Ch33p away. She adjusted mid-air and landed in a crouch, healing herself as she landed and taking up a defensive position. Despite the set back she was still thoroughly enjoying herself.

The plant wasn't getting in enough hits to leave Ch33p with any real damage, but it was going a damn good job at keeping her at bay. She snapped her whip fruitlessly in it's direction, waiting for a chance to strike.

Finally an opening! Ch33p took her shot while she could, putting everything she had into it, even though it meant leaving herself vulnerable to another attack.

She managed to get in close enough to make another attack, although the plant took it's revenge with no delay. Thankfully she was more than able to heal fast enough to keep up with the damage she was taking.

It was her pocket watch that was the real star of this battle! It was wearing down at the plant with a frankly terrifying ferocity. People would regret accidental ticking off this particular time keeper!

It was with great satisfaction that Ch33p landed the final blow. She had spotted her opening and jumped, twisting deftly mid air until she in position and then letting her whip fly! She landed just as the creature collapsed.
