And just as he was about to message the girl back. As she had replied and it seemed to actually be her. Another snake showed up. He was less than amused as he soundly scratched it's face when it bit him, his hare bouncing along with.

sweetm00n's pocket card sounded again, and she went to check it. Oh - her quest reward mini had come in! Unsummoning her lupia, she went to switch out just as another monster arrived. Quickly selecting it, the little Cat Rabbit appeared at her side, ready to fight! As sweetm00n jumped in to defend the shorter girl, it took off speedily to bounce off the snake's face.

There was that sound again! And it seemed to be pinging from her, but the small ghoul couldn't place it as she searched the various layers of her costume (still not noticing that Hare) and had no time as another snake appeared.
But the message appeared again, projected on the ground at her feet. "Molan?" But where, she didn't see anyone that - oh wait, OH! Those gears in her simple head finally made those connections when she looked up at Frostpaw. Oh. Well that made sense. "hello!"
Sweetm00n's kind defense allowed the small ghoul some wiggle room to get out of the way of the snake a bit and give Frostpaw a nice big hug. It was also a defensive maneuver, shh.
Realizing that his work was still not done, the hare went back to work, kicking the snake.

Wait, had Olivia not even noticed the first message? She seemed more confused at the words than anything as she puzzled over it. And then she added things together and hugged him. Ironically blocked the monster that was coming to attack him.
...this was definitely Olivia. "Yes, yes..." Her choice of times for things was underwhelming to say the least, but she still got a small pat on the head before he picked up Bunny with his free hand. "Super jump kick." It was a command, not a suggestion. With that he flung the rabbit full force at the monster leaving a small dent. Then back to patting the girl's head, which oddly enough healed her. "This isn't a very good time for that."

JabberWhut wanted to slaughter more snakes, so when he saw a group of people fighting one, he jumped right in--attacking left, right, and center and defending and evading attacks and that.
But the snake was dead.
He immediately stopped. Well, wasn't this awkward

Indu glanced around brightly at the others and went to pick up her loot. Killing blow twice in a row! Not bad at all, she thought. Turning, she smiled back at OuO. Being in combat, she hadn't really been paying attention to them both.

It probably helped with Frostpaw's side stepping that OuO had moved as well, because something very neat caught her attention on the ground. Actual psychical loot! It was a small little bag of sorts, so the ghoul pocketed it. O'Hare (as he was going to be named now until Olivia actually gave him one) returned, keeping an eye out just in case his little ghoul got herself in any more trouble.

"True." He stated as the snake fell, once more watching as the dormouse downed it. His ears might have fallen a bit down at it. Yes, it was good she was on their side. "Good job." LOOK. PRAISE!
Though alas, the only smile sweetm00n got was from OuO as he glanced down to look at the shorter girl before managing to edge a step away. Space. Excellent. Personal bubbles. "How did you end up here?" It was a rather polite, concerned little smile she earned for her trouble.
And then... then there was the poor guy who had showed up to help. Poor fellow, now stuck in the middle of all of this.
And then a little loot box dinged as it appeared in his card. What? Oh some sort of minipet? Though it had a timer for opening it... actually he'd gotten a few of these hadn't he?

Her friend got a very confused look, squinty eyes and all from his very odd question. "Here or here? Well, I found down a rabbit hole first," The short caterpillar began to explain, "and then there were these woods that I walked through for a very long time with trees that talked. And then I wandered a little more and found the tavern and then saw that notice." That seemed like a reasonable explanation, right? Told the whole story even though she couldn't really explain how she ended up at the rabbit hole. Had she fallen asleep?
"Why do I hear a weird sound?" She asked instead, patting the sides of her puffy battleskirt.
