Saya has angered a flower. It looked very very angry. She never imagined her death by a flower..
She wanted to internally cry to Prompto, her weapon. But she needed to be better than that. But being a rabbit made her feel a little rabbitly-- in a word, more cowardly. her ears twitched and she was tempted to run.
But she didn't and that was what counted. She landed a pretty good hit.. Fear made one really strong.

She had been so careful to stay away from willows- nasty, hissing, scratching willows- that she had forgotten there would be other.. unpleasant things in this forest. Most of the trees turned away to let her pass- a few of them seemed to shift, as she walked, blocking her way but revealing new paths; and so she had let the forest guide her to..
An enormous venus flytrap, or some close relative.
So much for good intentions.
The trees were closing in, she noticed, with all intention to trap her; if she turned and ran, right this second, she could maybe still make it out-- but then the flower snapped, at someone else, and she found herself running towards them.
Before she could reach, a leaf lashed out at her, tossing her back, then swung towards the other rabbit again. Grimacing, she reached to pull a card out, and felt the pain diminish immediately- look, plant, you're getting the pecking order wrong here.
With a bound she leapt over to the other rabbit, pulling her up.
"So rabbits eat plants, right? We'll show it who's boss."
As if to prove her point, a small rabbit burst out from her bag, pawed at the flower, and somehow managed to ricochet right back in.
.. Okay then.

"Oh my gosh, that's adorable!" Saya quirked her head back. She squinted at the character, grateful for the help. But.. "You look familiar!" Saya recognized that light shade of white-blue hair.. Reine blinked at the other white rabbit, slightly confused.
"Thanks," she nodded, as if it were a compliment, then dashed ahead and slashed, one dagger after the other, at the flower's petals. It snapped back, jaws closing around her arm, and she struggled to pull herself loose.
Ow. The teeth were sharper than they looked, and the flower seemed to have worked itself into a frenzy from the scent of blood. Why the hell did she have to dream up a shark-flower, of all things?

Saya flailed, hitting nothing. Instead, her healing potion dropped on herself and healed her marginally.
"Yep! It's a little hard to tell when we're all like this but.. do you know me? I'm Saya from the Moon Division!"
Saya just hoped she wasn't identifying herself to a familiar enemy. That would be bad. Horrid. She'd have a new enemy to look out for. Her arm hurt and she was beginning to feel slightly lethargic, as if there had been some sort of poison in the flower's fangs. The longer this dragged on, the less of a chance they would actually have to win, and.. the idea of becoming flower food wasn't particularly appealing.
Hanging back, she watched her companion flail at the plant, and, taking advantage of the distraction, leapt forwards; aiming not for the head, but the stem. An anguished cry rang out; sap frothed from the wound, and then, finally, a satisfying thud as the flower crashed to the ground.
--Saya from Moon Division, the other rabbit piped up, from behind her- so, had she been right, and was this maybe some kind of simulation they were running?
"I'm.."
There was no reason not to trust her, after all, if someone was behind all of this, pulling strings from the background, wouldn't they have chosen someone with more.. influence over her life? Or maybe they knew there was no way they could make an accurate replica of someone, that the better she knew someone, the more likely she was to be able to catch slip-ups. Then again, if Reine of Life Division was in this odd alice-themed game, who was to say Saya of Moon Division wasn't, simply, Saya of Moon Division?
