Bio:
Originally hailing from Lithuania, then moved to Cleveland, Ohio; Song has been with his older brother, Jacob, for as long as he can remember. He has been told that their parent's died about a year after Song was born, so Jacob took the kid under his wing and decided to turn him into an exact clone of him. Since Jacob was a cool kid, Song was going to turn out like a cool kid too. He was taught from an early age that feeling's were a big no-no; and while his brother never punished him for showing them, he certainly put a lot of pressure onto Song for doing so. Eventually, Song forgot about emotions, he knew they were there; simmering under his skin, but he ignored them completely. He became a machine of smart-a** comebacks and a flowing fountain of narcissism, no feelings other than "I'm cool and you're not, so sucks to be you," and a poisonous mentality not suited for making many friends. However, Song did take up a passion his brother did not normally pursue, music. Music was Song's only way of expression, it was his everything, and probably the only thing that keeps him slightly sane.
While both Jacob and Song knew of Song's weapon capabilities at a young age, Song didn't really get to test it out until he turned about fifteen. Especially since it normally didn't fit under Jacob's idea of what "cool kids" should be able to do. It was a simple experiment of seeing how far he could go, he turned into a sword; as usual, but then something strange happened. It felt like his nerves were being set on fire, and while he let out no screams, he wanted to writhe around in pain as his sword form split in half. Song had managed to turn into dual swords, the pain of the transformation lingering for a couple hours, even after he had reverted. When he melded back together and turned back human; he was rewarded with a clap on his back from his bro and a DWMA application placed into his hands. Jacob wanted him to fly the coop, especially since he wasn't considered normal enough to be a spitting image of his brother, and since his brother can't turn into dual swords; it was now out of the question.
Abilities:
+ Dual Nature
While Song can just stay in his normal, one sword, form, he also has the ability to split in two; while it is very, very painful to undertake, it's normally a more effective way of battling; especially if somebody knows how to use him properly.
+ In Music We Trust
If Song can pick up the sound music in dual sword form, it increases his fighting power by 20% Music spurs him forward and he'll be able to concentrate more as well.
+ Exploding Resentment
Since Song harbors a lot of resentment at his core, he has the ability to release it spontaneously and suddenly at a critical point in battle. It normally turns him into dual sword form, if he was not already, and radiates such a rage that he starts a flurry of attacks. He pays no attention to his surroundings at this time; and rarely, if ever, stops to check the toll on his health. This ability could easily be the end of him.
+ (reserved for later on)
Personality:
Soul is calm, cool, and collected. Seemingly nothing can crack the snarky, narcissistic exterior Song has put up around himself, not even a crush he's developed or a anger he's left simmering. He like's to bottle up his emotions, lock em' up tight, and subsequently never see them again. However, most the time it doesn't work out like that, and his emotions will spill out eventually in a flurry of anger, tears, and heartache. In such, Song rarely let's others get's close to him; and even if he's the "cool kid on the block," he is most likely found alone, playing a video game or reading a comic book. The only thing that makes Song really open up is music; it's his passion, his way, and his namesake. While he can't perform any shape or form of it (he actually doesn't like to admit that he does, but god damn can the boy sing), he does enjoy listening to it greatly; and he has loads of records and CD's adorning his bookshelves.
On the inside, Song is a mess of emotions and confusion. He doesn't know who he is, he doesn't know how he feels, geez the kid was taught to be this robot of sassy comebacks and no grasp on emotion. The only thing he knows for sure is music, and music alone. The other things be damned, so what if he can have a sweet side? Song doesn't even know where that comes from. He's not supposed to care for people enough to be nice to them, and so he does his best not to. He always manages to fail in this aspect, however.
