History:Luna, House of Davis, daughter of Empress Meriah, House of Oonalia, and Admiral of the Center, Prince Nocam Davis, the God Slayer, is the heir to the throne of the ancient and powerful Se-combeian Empire of Universe Two. As will all members of the Royal Family, Luna is both telepathic and telekinetic. There's just one slight problem...she can't control her abilities, which is bad, seeing as she's the most powerful telepath in the recorded history of her people. At random moments, mostly when she's nervous, her telekinesis kicks in. When she's asleep, she picks up on the thoughts of those around her. The only part of her ability she can control is the Empathy part of her telepathy, so she can at least sense moods. Luckily for Luna, she can control is her mental shields. Those shields not only block out the thoughts of those around her, but also make it impossible for her mind to be read, though strong emotions leak through.
Luna arrived in this world as a peacemaker, a diplomat, trying to get the magicals and the normals to coexist peacefully. And to protect her from harm, a Se-combeian Phalanx-class Cruiser orbits the planet. You know, just in case.
