Volunteering || While Levi doesn't dedicate himself to any particular cause or banner, he does enjoy going out and volunteering. He likes to do little things to help make his city that much better, especially in the wake of all the crime that seems to be happening. He prefers direct-action volunteering: he would rather actually be helping people than doing little things. So picking up litter isn't his speed, nor is running a donation drive or bake sale to earn money, but actually going to a nursing home to talk to/interact with the patients, or handing out food at a soup kitchen, would be what he would want to do.
Singing || Levi has a fairly decent singing voice, and he has been taking voice lessons since he was young. It's something he truly loves to do, and he has been known to break out into song at random moments. Levi will sing from most any genre, from screaming along with Metallica to tapping along to Celtic Thunder. He has participated in both school and out of school choirs, though choral activities tend to be the first privilege he loses or is threatened with losing if he's in trouble since his parents know how much he loves it.
Debate || As much as his preferred approach to disagreements tends to be "talk to the fist," Levi does enjoy a good verbal debate. His skill at it tends to surprise people who've dealt with him face to face. He hates opponents that try to resort to distraction or dirty tactics, and prefers to keep his debate points entirely and purely on the facts.
Chocolate Making || Levi adores chocolate. Naturally, he has figured out how to make chocolate. It's a bit of a labor-intensive process, but it is definitely a labor of love. He occasionally goes to classes to improve his technique, and has an Etsy shop online to sell handmade and sometimes custom chocolates.
Virtues:
Honest || Levi is not one to lie, cheat, or steal. He also hates gossip and rumor-spreading, seeing both as nasty, pointless wastes of time. He is also very open about himself - what you see is what you get. There is no "hidden" side to him. This extends even to relationships. He sees no point in playing games. If he likes you, he likes you and you will know it. If he doesn't, you will find yourself very swiftly turned down.
Dependable || If Levi says he's going to do something, consider it done. He will never run out on obligations or cancel on plans, barring some extreme emergency. He hates the thought of letting people down, as it feels dishonest to him to make plans and cancel later. On those rare occasions when for whatever reason, he truly can't complete an obligation or make it to an engagement, he tries to let the other person know as early as possible rather than cutting out at the last minute.
Activist || Levi wants to fix the world. He sees the potential for a better place, and he does everything he can to make it so. He wants the world, and people, to be the ideal place that it ought to be, and so he volunteers and goes to rallies and sometimes just stands on the street corner with leaflets to get people's attention. He wants to do everything she can to improve the world and the people in it.
Flaws:
Hot-Tempered || Levi is very, very temperamental. He gets angry extremely easily, and forgives very slowly. His usual response to being angered is to punch first and talk later, and as a result he gets into fights a lot. He rises quickly to provocation and insults, and also to any sort of bullying behavior. This is the major reason he's at Hillworth - apparently hitting people in order to shut them up is frowned upon in most school establishments.
Blunt || Levi will call it as he sees it, if this means telling you that you'd a jerk, or that you do in fact look fat in that dress, he will say so. Why sugarcoat things? It's another form of dishonestly in his mind, and he hates dishonesty.
Bitter || Levi is trying to fix the world, but deep down he feels very firmly that he should not have to. If people didn't suck so much, there would be nothing for him to fix. People are liars, cheats, lazy, and unreliable, and while he tries to be the exact opposite, that doesn't change what he expects. No matter how much potential for good they have, most are going to waste it and take the "easier" road by being petty, nasty, and cruel. He sees it all around him, and he hates what he sees, so he works as hard as he can to fight against it.

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Wendigo Creep!
Elsa grabs an exposed part of one target's skin and speaks the name of his attack, and frostlike patterns begin to travel out from his hand. He must maintain his grip for five seconds, and if he does, the target begins to hallucinate that they are transforming into a wendigo - so they would see their body becoming emaciated, their skin turning grey, a cold chill settling into their flesh, and a scent of death and decay. In addition, they begin to experience a craving for human flesh - minor for the first ten seconds of the attack but becoming moderate for the last ten. These effects last for twenty seconds total. Elsa can use this attack three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Wendigo Stalk!
Elsa grabs an exposed part of one target's skin and speaks the name of his attack, and frostlike patterns begin to travel out from his hand. He must maintain his grip for five seconds, and if he does, the target begins to hallucinate that they are transforming into a wendigo - so they would see their body becoming emaciated, their skin turning grey, their eyes sinking into their skulls, a cold chill settling into their flesh, and a scent of death and decay. In addition, they begin to experience a craving for human flesh - moderate for the first fifteen seconds of the attack but becoming severe for the last fifteen. These effects last for thirty seconds total. Elsa can use this attack twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Wendigo Howl!
Elsa speaks the name of his attack, stomps his foot on the ground, and frost spreads out from his foot to a ten-foot radius around him. Anyone within the radius begins to hallucinate that they, and everyone else, are transforming into a wendigo - so they would see their bodies becoming emaciated, their skin turning grey, their eyes sinking into their skulls, a cold chill settling into their flesh, and a scent of death and decay. In addition, the targets experience an extreme, almost unbearble craving for flesh, casing them to want to attack the nearest person - which can, indeed, be Elsa himself. The effects linger for forty seconds. Elsa can use this attack once per battle.
NOTE: The compulsion to eat flesh is resistable, even at the Eternal stage, and actually going through with attempting to bite someone's face off requires a gore warning and player approval!

Personality:
This is not really a crit I guess its just a pondering!
Does he never see himself as hypercritical with the fact that he is trying to save the world, hates those that are cruel and the reason for said world but is quite happy to punch someone in the face adding to the problem? It just strikes me as confusing that he is an activist with an almost hateful nature towards other people, those he is trying to help. What would he do if someone told him to "F-off" when handing out leaflets, would he punch them? Obviously causing other people to hate him/ and the charity he is supporting and then his chances of being allowed to advertise for that said charity again. Or does he really not care and that's why he jumps from charity to charity because no one will have him that long? Or will he just show up at the rally anyway??

What the hell is a wendigo??!1!! OMG ITS A ZOMBIE I WANT IT XD The culture it has risen from is at least 400 years old isnt it? There isnt a true date, just mentioning 1600 at one point so I think thats ok for sphere-ness! (I am just making sure XD )
Attacks: With the hunger for human flesh how far does this feeling go? Will they actively find another person to bite/maul? Wouldnt they want to bite Elsa? Do they lose their minds? I am only worried that we are going to have characters wanting to tear the neck out of people which can mean instant death! I like the idea of the panic the illusion of turning into a windigo causes but if the biting is taking it a step too far (Never thought i would say that!)
Maybe replace the need for human flesh with a berserker type of feeling leading them just to attack instead of eating everyone since it could be very dangerous people being eaten (and the psychological effects of having eaten someone!)

Heyy Tish~ (fun fact you critted Levi's future boyfriend a while back /kinda lol) Levi does have some sense of when to control his temper, haha. He's not very good at it but in a situation like handing out leaflets or whatever he would do his best; or if it were a protest/rally where, say, the riot police were out in force and punching a riot cop would result in a) an injured hand, riot gear is solid, and b) an arrest for assaulting an officer. (And no I don't actually think he'd see the hypocrisy CLEARLY EVERYONE HE PUNCHES DESERVES IT ALRIGHT.) I figured "what the hell is a wendigo" would be a common enough response that linking the wiki page would be prudent. Algonquian culture is really old but records pre-colonization are difficult to come by insofar as to when exactly it "began" -- a lot was lost, or not written down, etc. But yes, it is very ancient, and was well-established by the time Europeans started showing up to heck things up. The reason I went for hunger for flesh is that Wendigoes are not berserkers, they're cannibal ice zombies XD It's only strong enough to make someone actually try to take a bite at Eternal, and yes could result in someone trying to eat Elsa's face off; HOWEVER human teeth aren't actually that sharp and the likelihood that someone would actually like, be able to manage an insta-kill with a bite is extremely low. It would involve like, grabbing on and shaking and chewing a hell of a lot and basically -- there'd be plenty of ability to defend yourself, I think? Since nobody's getting fangs or anything. Still just normal blunt human teeth!

Haha thats fine then for his personality, like I said it wasn't really a crit but just me thinking out loud but that seems perfectly acceptable to me!!
@Wendigo (or windigo as I kept on putting): Yes the wiki page helped me a lot XD and thank you for confirming the age of that civilization!!
@Attacks Thank you for the confirmation! I can see why you want to stick with the zombie biting, it does make more sense to what they are!
I guess with defense and a person running away from them having a bite actually connecting with another person would be rare unless the other person wanted that connection to happen in play! So after all is said and done,
