Cerberus "Humanity First."

Easily one of the larger sections of the Station it also encompasses and manages to internally hold the re-pieced corpse of Harbinger which was taken apart and sent into space in separate directions quickly after the Reaper Wars. Managing to completely rebuild the astonishing machine, they also used it as a model to develop advanced technologies and build upon what the Reapers have already constructed for their own measure. Officially, the Reaper originally larger then this base, has inspired and increased the momentum of the new Cerberus Organization to extraordinary proportions. Specific projects that followed including both Project Legacy, the expansion and eventual settlement of Reaper One and Project Storm. The creation of miniaturized and multi-directional Mass Relays. Although the latter is highly controversial even within Cerberus Command, the benefits outweigh any possible risk and as such the project carries on. Research and Development, aside from housing Harbingers ineffective corpse, also encases the system of which Project Legacy resides including the Defence Network set up to incinerate any unwelcome visitors entering Cerberus' new home System.

Although built with a permanent residence in mind, it is inspirationally meant to be temporary as Cerberus seeks to eliminate or suppress all other non-humans within the Milky Way and move their seat of government to the Citadel where most humans now believe they should be.

Research and Development is the forefront of Cerberus' fight for dominance and without it, majority of their operations would fall apart. It also supports up to roughly 500 active Cerberus Personnel at any given time.

Observation Deck.
Cerberus "Humanity First."

Self explanatory. Unlike the previous Illusive Man. The new leader is not known for being fond of stars and in a like minded fashion has proceeded in making sure his Observation deck overlooks the black void beyond the galaxies horizon.
Those that have gone to meet with him often only recall those strange golden eyes that peer mercilessly out from the darkness. Although Bai is insane, and proud of it, even he gets a chill after meeting with his boss and friend. Well, Bai would say friend. Arianna's opinion is currently unknown.

Living Quarters.
Cerberus "Humanity First."

Housing most if not all of Cerberus' active personnel posted to Project Legacy.
Very self explanatory it is a small but intimate city of Humans only. Occasionally some Aliens are brought in as slaves and bought by the more wealthy members of Cerberus but most often die before a year of residing on Reaper One.
Filled with many different forms of entertainment and luxury residences, it is unanimously known through Cerberus members as the 'Sanctuary'. A place where one can go and relax on top of the galaxy with aliens at their feet.. when their are aliens anyway.

Specific Districts & Descriptions Below:

Residential District

As refined as any residential district on the Citadel, it has it's fair share of Restaurants and many other attractions to overwhelm and please ones senses.

Notable Places: Bai's Apartment, Arianna's Apartment, Rio's Bar. (More to be added in time.)

Hospital District

Self Explanatory. This is where they maintain the health of everyone on the Station while behind closed doors with volunteers brought in by the General or Commander receive 'Upgrades.' Bai and Arianna are currently two of the more successful experimentations.

Notable Locations: The Lab (Behind closed doors.), Open View Clinic & Humanity General. (The Station Hospital.)

Red-Light District

Like any other relative Human district of a similar name it often houses the more dirty underground fun that some kind of Humans desire.. Some like Bai.

Notable Locations: Buy-An-Alien (Slave shop.), Azure Playground (Omega inspired 'Gentleman's Club'.) & The Arena. (Like the Citadel's High Life district where one can compete in a simulated ring, here, two chosen Alien slaves go head to head. Much like the Romans Colosseum and their gladiators, the Arena is by far the most popular spot aside from Azure. Buy-an-Alien often supplies the Alien slaves for the games. Mainly because unless they're dying or being degraded, most here do not care for extraterrestrials. In any form.

Security Centre

Aside from the Command Module, cut off from lowly personnel, this area is the second most advanced on the entire Station and it runs general security at the behest of the Commander and his Lieutenant. Although their is only one Lieutenant to the Commander, to the Security forces, he is their captain and as such fits the bill excellently. With eyes almost everywhere in the Station there is nothing they are not aware of. The most disturbing of which being Bai and his level of devotion to Humanity and his connection with his more attractive counterpart Arianna.
