Bio:
Leo was born into a middle class family in Italy. He loved his home and his family. Each family member was interested in a different kind of art, for his father it was painting, his mother was an excellent song writer, his brother was big into character designs for games and such. Leo just happened to lean more towards the world of fashion. He is far from gay, but he can be found drawing new designs and buying new clothes almost constantly. Or he could have been found doing that at home. His parents, who were long time weapon and meister partners, sent Leo to Death City to get him to become more of a man that they knew could hold together a good family. Leo was a good guy, but he never really seemed to stay with one girl for all that long. Whether that be because he was flirting with another and they broke up with him or they just drifted apart, his relationships never lasted long. Leo was shocked to see all of the horrid clothing the people of Death City wore. His personal mission is to be Death Cities first great clothing designer.
Abilities:
+Fabric of the soul: Leo can form his soul wavelength into physical fabric based things. For example if he is holding his weapon he can form his soul into a few strings to wrap around the handle. If he threw that weapon he could just retract the strings and his weapon would come back to him. He can do much more than that but the base of this ability is he has to have touched the person or thing he used it on before hand.
+Family of artists: While Leo would rather spend his time drawing his clothing, he has the ability to bring whatever he draws to life. Granted if it is a living creature it will have a mind of its own that he can't control. The object will be brought out of the place where he drew it and grow to its real life size. Like if he drew a shirt he could pull it out of the page and it would be the size he wanted the shirt to be, small or large or whatever.
+ Attention to detail: Leo has a photographic memory.
+ Soul perception.
+ Soul of cloth: Leo can in a way unwind the fabric of his soul and put it into different places. Like he could put a small string of his soul into a wall and someone with soul perception would start to see two souls instead of just his own. He can split it into ten part total. His moves that require soul wavelength will become weaker but it can confuse enemies of his position if they are seeing eleven souls each in a different area.
+ Blinding talent: Leo can emit a blinding light from his body to well blind his enemies for a short period of time.
+Soul resonance: Ultimate Canvas: This requires himself and his weapon to be completely in synch. Leo focuses his soul wavelength into the ground he is standing on and turns it into a canvas. He can draw objects in the air and then they get put onto the canvas wherever he wants them to and the objects are fully under his control when they come to life. Granted this ability can only last so long and it requires speed drawing, if given time he can draw something that could seriously do damage to just about anyone. An example would be that he uses this and someone charges at him, he would draw a wall in the air and wherever he wanted it to it would come to life. In that case he would put the wall in front of his enemy to stop him from advancing.
Personality:
Leo is a huge flirt. He loves to mingle with women, but he still isn't against talking to or being friends with a male. He just would rather spend his time around females. He likes to bring style into everything he does, often times trying to make his moves much more flashy than they need to be. He gets along with most people pretty well, but if you don't have a good sense of fashion he will most likely be a bit more annoying towards you about it. He wouldn't be rude, or at least wouldn't try to be rude about it but he would try to fix it.
