Just then light fire walked into the room. "gee I hope that pony isn't giving big brother a hard time..." she trailed off as she went to the kitchen opening the fridge. pulling out a slice of apple pie she placed it on the table along with a fork. "yummy, apple pie." she hummed with great happiness as she sat down and began to eat. "oh I forgot." she suddenly said as she used her magic to get a glass of water, then finally continuing to eat. after she was done eating she placed the plate and fork in the dishwasher then headed upstairs to the playroom, and began to play a videogame.

as shadow walked into the house he looked around. "hmm that's odd, were is forest and lil light?" he said as he moved to the stairs. hearing lights videogame playing he smiled. going to the kitchen he began to cook. "so, the information is on the table in the living room, feel free to relax." he said frying up some French-fries.

when light heard the door downstairs close she paused her game and quickly ran downstairs. "BIG BROTHER!" she yelled as she entered the living room, seeing the griffon in armor looking at a sheet of paper. stopping she took a step back, slightly scared by ronoh, for she never saw a griffon before. "wh...who are you?" she stuttered as she stood there frozen in fear.



Shadow cam into the living room at this point and giggled and lights reaction. "he's an old friend, lil light, meet Ronoh, we were friends back when I was in school at cloudsdale." Shadow said smiling as he walked over to light, ruffling her mane with a hoof. "sense he stopped here, I thought about letting him stay the night, and get a few meals too..." he stated looking at Ronoh. "in fact I think he met you a little after a week after you were born." Shadow said as he looked back to light. "i think its about time you practice your magic though, okay?" he asked light

light looked up at her big brother with big eyes. "Pleeeease, just five more minutes?" she asked, Shadow giggling right after.

"very well, but I expect to see you practicing after I make Ronoh a meal, alright?" he said

"OKAY!" light chimed as she trotted off back upstairs.

Shadow nodded. "yea, remember when I had crashed into the library, and ended up with a cracked hoof." he said letting out a short laugh as he walked over to Ronoh. "man we sure were reckless back then..." Shadow trailed off sorta embarrassed about the damage he had caused all those years ago.

Shadow laughed. "yea they were awesome." he said as a look of shock came onto his face. "OH, THE FOOD!" he said as he ran off into the kitchen once more to make sure he didn't burn anything. being a blacksmith he had his mind et in that it didn't matter how long it was heated up, course this didn't account for food. sighing with relief as he came back into the living room he let out a laugh. "anyway, if you ever need your tools repaired, ill get it done in no time..." he said making this face. sweatdrop

Shadow looked at Ronoh, dumbfounded. "you really think I could?" he asked, surprised as he trotted to a dresser in the room with a bunch of realistic metal flowers on them. looking at them he smiled. "thanks, not a lot of ponys would agree with you though, a lot of them hate me with a passion because of my wings, though it never bothered me, they could learn to be a little nicer though." he said as he trotted into the kitchen once again, bringing out two plates of French fries balanced on each of his fake wings. setting them in the table he sat down. "so what do you think about what I gathered so far?" Shadow asked, unaware that lil light was hiding behind a corner listening to there conversation.

Shadow nodded. "yea, of course, I have a feeling you will need me to go with you..." he said as he glanced at the stairs. taking a bite of the French fries he let out a sigh. "just be glade pinkie pie hasn't found you yet..." he trailed off laughing. "anywho, this trip might take a few weeks, by my estimate, I've got camping supplies all ready packed, I just need to find somepony to watch Light." he said
