It was so quiet today.. It was warmer than most nights as of late, and the warmth seemed to relieve the pressure that had been baring down on Avior since his last encounter with another DMC. As wonderful and as kinda as she was to him that night, it was still hard to get over his own personal turmoil, and the thoughts of that man had yet to leave his mind. But it was all alright. It was good enough for now; he wasn't a sobbing mess at least. And now it was time for his chores, his time to gather that warm, sweet energy for his prince..

He now traveled down an alley of downtown Destiny City, keeping himself alert, but feeling as if he was in no danger as strong as he. It was amazing, being able to Wander as such, but there were always those little ones he felt. Those little.. Weaker signatures, and he was drawn to them, to make sure they were alright, and that's where he went. After that signature, after whoever that little white light was.

She hurt. Of course. Her arm was still in a sling, she still was bruised and battered looking and she was a throbbing mess of pain, and yet here she was. Machholz was attempting to patrol now. She licked dark painted lips as she jumped up onto a roof top, hoping that no one came after her. The Order senshi wished she could mask her signature somehow, but she hadn't been told how to do anything and it was honestly getting her rather aggravated.

Swallowing lightly, she looked out upon the city that she could see from this roof top and just shook her head. There was a signature heading her way. Maybe if she didn't act hostile? Or just seemed rather uninterested this would end well for her.

What a poor thing.. She looked so hurt.. It wasn't so unlike when he had first encountered the Dark Mirror Court. His arm was broken, stepped on and snapped for no reason other than the fact that he had been a senshi who had been forced to align with the light, rather than the darkness. He couldn't approach her like they had approached him. Maybe she was scared, he wasn't sure, but he wasn't about to scare her off.

Slowly, but surely, he approached her, hopping up to the rooftop to make sure that she was aware of him, and he would come slow, so that she would not be scared away.

"Good Evening, Miss. Should you.. Are you in such a condition to be out alone?"

Well, that wasn't what she expected in the least bit. Brows knitting a little, she turned to look at the man..? Boy? and just watched him for a long moment. She probably shouldn't be out here in her condition, but alone was all she knew how to do. Ida ....Technically she could call Ida, but it wasn't sitting right with her. Ida had her own problems to worry about.

"....Of course I should. Alone is how I like to do things." Not true, but he wouldn't know that. "Don't step any closer, or... Oh, screw it. I don't want to fight." Probably not the best thing in the world to tell your enemy, but she wasn't even so sure he was. He was another Dark Mirror, it felt like, because the energy didn't read Negaverse to her.

"Honestly.. No, you shouldn't. Not like that, no hurt. Even if you like to be alone, it's no reason for stupidity like wandering around this city alone. No one would be mad at you if you took time to recover." Avior's words were gentle and soft, and he offered the girl a little smile before shaking his head.

"No, I'm not here to fight either. I don't think I've ever even initiated a fight before. Call me.. I dunno, a defender." Every encounter he had since defecting was one like this, approaching those who seemed like they needed help, or were a bit more defenseless than they had been before. And he was perfectly okay with that.

She looked out to the city again and then back over at him in time to see his smile. It made her own appear, just as small and shy as his. "A defender... of the area in which is grey for me. I ran into one of you once... She said that you're not with the Nega but you're.. not with us.. You're just kind of here, gathering people to try to rebuild your homes in space." Machholz nodded at that and pushed her good hand through her hair, which was blowing in the chilled air of the night.

"I'm Machholz. ..Thank you for not coming up to me and fighting. I... shouldn't be out, you're right. I just needed to see how much pain I can take." Her face was stinging, the wind on the new scar across her face. The other scars were covered up by her uniform, and for that, she was more than thankful.

"Well, she was right. We are NOT part of the Negaverse, nor do we work with them. But I can say that there are some kind people in there. But.. From what I take it you had a rough time with them? I doubt someone from our court would be so violent towards anyone. " Though the air was warmer than normal, it was still chill, and he vaguely wondered if the girl was cold.

"Well, Miss Machholz.. If you would like, I can escort you back to a safe area so you can take it easy tonight. Of course, I'd leave before you powered down, but at least then you'd remain safe. Was it a random fight.. Or was it someone who just attacked you for no reason. Did they have a name?"

She listened again, running her hand through her hair in a nervous way before nodding lightly. So they really were a gray area. "I... The one I talked to, her name was Amytis.. She was nice. Explained some things. I ran into a not so nice Dark Mirror Senshi before..I can't remember her name right now, but... We fought and I won. No one was seriously injured during that fight." Not like she was, anyway. They'd basically tripped each other up.

"...A rough time? You could say that. I think... a General did this to me. ...That's what I get for not meeting anyone. I just... it's hard to pin point energies and distinguish them without someone really teaching you. ...Was.. it like that for you?" Machholz was assuming he'd always been Dark Mirror.

"That isn't the first time I've heard of someone having spoke to Amytis. I have yet to actually meet her myself. As small as a group as we are, you think we'd know each other better. I'll have to make sure that I'll see her one on one sometime soon. It's a real shame that another one was so rude to hurt you. I guess in every group there are those that don't believe in peace. I'm sure there are some people in every group that want to harm someone in another. That's just how this world is. But at least We are not like that, right?" He WISH he knew who that was. Which Member of his beloved court was so.. So cruel to hurt someone who might be a friend! Or even an ally one day.

"Don't worry, I completely understand.. It was always like that for me. I used to be a White moon senshi, a while back.. You find out that there are all types.. And it hurts sometimes to know that not everyone is kind. But that's why I changed, I suppose. This way.. This way I'm grey. I'm neutral, with the goal of peace for everyone. It's nice. No one attacks me out of blue, so far as I've experienced. And this place.. It's like a family. No like when You're part of the white moon, when people just push you out to the world. We help and support one another."

So he used to be like her? She let her brows knit and just hummed, nodding, listening to his story, listening to every word. "I see... I feel... bad for toying with the thoughts of what it would be like to be a different kind of Senshi, to be one of the ones you are.. Ida, my idol, honestly, would be so disappointed and hurt if I turned away, but I don't know what to do. I'm.. I guess I'm too shy to try to make a team. I am definitely no leader." She motioned to her arm in the sling and just sighed again, brows knitting. "I want to fight to help make the world a better place, to get rid of the Negaverse, but I don't feel comfortable here. Not like this. I don't feel like I'm apart of something.. more. I just feel like this tiny, insignificant speck that no one wants to train. I met a night, and he taught me about my magic. A knight! Not a senshi.

"I've fought two Nega-creeps on my own and one time I won, and the other time I lost and horrifically scared and..." She looked to the boy, face sad, eyes liquid from holding back tears. "I don't know what to do anymore... I'm terrified of fighting again."

"That's exactly how I felt.. How could I influence the world around me if everything seems so large, and I am nothing but a tiny drop of water in a vast and immense sea? A knight, you say? No one taught me anything, I had to learn and fight and flee for nearly half a year before I learned anything about myself. But I can assure you, that with us, with my family, with the Dark Mirror Court, we ARE here for one another." His thoughts went to his encounter with Canopus and Lesath.. How kind they were to him when he was dealing with his broken heart.. How they made SURE he was okay, how they stayed by his side for days on end when he was finding it so very hard to believe in himself anymore, and those thoughts caused him to smile a bit..

"When it comes to the Negaverse, it's not so much as destroying them, but trying to understand exactly what they want. Why do they fight? Many of there Lieutenants don't understand that question, so they lash out at everything around them, but in essence, they want the same thing that we, as people who exsist, want. They want peace, and problem is they believe that peace can be brought through violence. Is that so much unlike the typical world around us, in all honesty?" Her tears frightened Avior, unable to clearly pinpoint what triggered them. Was it her actual fear, or was it from being lost? Either way, he approached the girl, putting a gentle, small hand on her shoulder, and offering her a few more words.

"You don't have to be scared.. You can come with us, you can be on that ground of neutrality, of having the opportunity to talk to everyone and not get attacked for simply being.. There are sacrifices with becoming a person such as I, but mostly, it provides such an indescribable freedom and warmth.."

The tears flowed now as he put her hand on her shoulder and she just let out a pained noise. Her good hand came to her face and she wiped away the tears in a useless way because they weren't stopping anytime soon. Her chest was aching so bad because everything he said is what she wanted and yet she couldn't obtain it. She didn't have the strength needed to turn her back on the Order despite never feeling like she was really apart of it. She'd been a Senshi for over a year now and she didn't know anything about anything and she was so lost and afraid of everything.

Slowly she sank to her knees and hung her head lower. "I don't... I can't.. I want all of that. I want to feel like I matter, to feel like someone cares if I get hurt, but I just..." She looked up at the other again, lost, confused, hurt. She sighed slowly as she tried to calm herself down and just shook her head all over again.

"I can't.. I don't think I can. I don't.." What if she just never powered up again? What if she literally never powered up again and just let the sides figure things out for themselves? Ignore the news, ignore the obvious signs... That wasn't a valid option either. Machholz clutched her hand to her chest and just sat there, looking up at the stars, swallowing hard. "I'm sorry for.. breaking down on you.."

Avior immediately fell to his knees when Machholz did, gently putting his arms around her. The feeling was right there, and it struck hard as he remembered his own feelings of being loss was. But this one.. Did she have the strength it took to actually change? He was beginning to doubt it, but he was not about to just.. To just give up on someone!

"Well.. If you can't decide on what to do, then why subject yourself to such tortures? Maybe you should power down for a while, relax, remember the fact that there's more to you than just being a Senshi. You are something far greater than that. Sometimes, when I was feeling that way, I wouldn't power up for days, trying to disconnect myself from this power that I didn't ask for. And it felt better, being able to enjoy myself with the knowledge that I was still myself. What brought me back was the whispers of the court who stood by me. And that those people were to be my new family, and as a family, we need to protect and cherish one another." He went quiet for a moment, before giving her a squeeze, making sure that he did not touch any of her aches and pains.

"Even if you are not quiet a member of our family, you are kind, and you are patient from what I can tell. And you're scared, and there's nothing wrong with that. Just know that we still care for you. We still care about everyone."

He was there with her. He was on his knees comforting her and he'd literally just met her. Maccholz' heart ached again and she sniffled before she let out a whimper and nodded her head. Of course understanding his words was simple. He spoke kindly, softly, soothingly even and it was enough to put anyone into a calmer state. A bitter laugh escaped her as she looked at him and then just nodded.

"I... Think that's a very good idea.. Not powering up for a while.. I need to heal.. need to with with some people that are normal." Then she realized what she said and blinked. "I....mean people that aren't like us. Not Senshi of any kind, not Nega.. Just.. people." Like her girlfriend, her parents. Maybe even go see Aggie if she could, or meet back up with old friends from school. "You know.. I hope the next time we meet, I won't have to fight you. I don't... want to. You're too nice. Y...You understand." That summed it up perfectly. He related to her, he actually went through the motions she was going through and it was a load off of her mind to know she wasn't the only one that was this hurt over everything.

Surly it wasn't like this for ever awakened Senshi, some would get friends, form teams like Ida was part of, but it wasn't happening for her. She'd been searching, too, for ways to meet new Senshi, hoping to pick up on an energy she wasn't afraid of, and yet she'd failed herself.

"...I probably... should be going."

Avior kindly listened to the girl again, and just nodded when she corrected herself. At this point though, who was to call civilians normal at all. After all, they seemed to be more and more rare, as of late to him. She seemed so bitter, so full of hate.. He really wished that he could help her more than just holding her while she cried. But maybe it just wasn't the time yet.

"No matter what happens I won't fight you. You are precious, as a warrior, and as a person.. Especially as a person. If we are ever putted against one another, then I will not try to fight. You have my word." Avior let her go, standing back up, and offering her his hand.

"I hope you can take it easy for a while, and heal safely. I'll do my best to let the others in the Court know that you are safe, a friend. And maybe one day, you'll want to be part of our family too."

His words made a small smile appear on her lips and she sniffled and tried to clean her face up with her one good hand. Maybe she'd found a friend in him. That would be nice. Taking the offered hand, Machholz got to her feet, heels of her boots clicking lightly and then moved to hug this boy tightly. She didn't care if she was putting pressure on her arm, she needed this hug.

"Thank you." She even gave him a kiss on his forehead before pulling away and sighing. "..I might come to talk to you again. You're.. easy to talk to and yeah. I like talking. Hopefully I won't end up a sobbing mess again but..." She started walking backwards, waiving her hand to him before turning around and disappearing into the dark.

Using his own gloved hand, Avior wiped away some of the tear stains on Machholz cheeks before she left him, hugging her back as tightly as could without hurting her, but it seemed like she didn't really care about pain either way. This was the kinda hug that meant the most to people, he'd like to think. One of those hugs you could only find in movies. The kind that seeped deep, deep into your very bones and lingered there, warm and comfortable for days on end. He was more than willing to give her as many as she needed. But she was right, it was time for her to go home, to feel better and sleep for a while.

He couldn't fight back the little blush that dusted the top of his cheeks as she graced him with a little kiss. A friendly one, yet he couldn't say he was shown very much affection like that in.. In ever. But he did not mind it, not one bit.

"If you ever need me, just knock on a mirror, and call my name. I'll try to listen and come, okay? Take care now, Machholz.."
