What's the procedure for a camper growth? I would really like to grow Axl and I want to make sure if there's anything special I need to do that I do it right.

Camper's were never, originally, meant to grow. Which is why they are on perma-pup lines. The only, current means, is if a colourist is willing to take a bribe, or, on a lower scale, through an event which allows perma-pup growths.

If someone does manage to obtain a camper growth; they may not be RPed until staff contacts them as there are some specifics that go along with these things.

Few questions from the lurker corner on various things (but mostly megaman, because hell yes ♥)

First, is there somewhere to post/someone to PM about older audios that aren't on the owner's list? I poked all through the front page and the guild and didn't find anything, am I a derp and just missed it? xD

Two, City-wise, about how long ago did the fire happen? And if recently, is reconstruction on a large scale still ongoing, or is everything Wily wants to fix up pretty much new and shiny again?

Demy will likely want to tag onto this since it's her brainchild. But I'm fairly certain it was well over a year ago timeline wise. The tower itself is still being worked on but completed levels are liveable. The city itself is mostly in ruins still and being worked on. Lots of work going on smile

Reconstruction is most definitely still going on! However most of the reconstruction is centered in the middle of the city, where Wily's Tower is located. The closest things have already been completed. Wily's Tower is not -fully- complete because it is huge, but it's still an impressive building. Level of reconstruction finished goes out in a radius from the Tower, so the further one gets from it the more rubble you will find.

For further timeline-ness, it's been about 5 years since Proto went against Wily to try and free the City, shortly after that is when whispers of rebellion started to be heard among the citizens.

And lastly, in the megaman canon event, is it okay to fill out the questions as if the character has already been adapted for the City setting, and thus with at least passing knowledge of the city and its major players? I'm mostly wondering regarding characters from the later series, who otherwise wouldn't have heard of literally anyone mentioned in the questionnaire. xD

I love the unique lineart that's been floating around. Is there any way outside of events/contests to obtain that kind of lineart? Like are we allowed to request it in quest forms? (I'm referring to Lil's unique female lines from her palette contest and her lineart for Mikasa c: )

Thanks for the interest, but Lil has specifically asked that no one request unique lines from her, they will be doled out as she sees fit; not through customs or bribes.

Can familiars be bribed for? And if so, is there a list to view the different species? Also, can familiars be actually tagged to an Audio cert, or only on the familiar cert specific?

At the moment, you cannot bribe for familiars and they will be released very seldomly 3nodding

Familiars cannot be tagged to an audio cert (they take up way too much space and it looks awful XD) so only the familiar cert; though the familiar cert requires an audio bond choice for them to be paired with 3nodding

1) Are the TF Audio eligible to become citizens in The City since they aren't actually robots in disguise?
They are -actually- robots in disguise! Sort of. TF-Audio canon is that they were at one time in their robot bodies, but through the magic of ~circumstance~ they are now trapped in furry bodies. It will be much easier to keep them separate from The City since Wily's City has it's own storyline that is going on. TF Audio may in fact get their own subforum at some point (just like any other large group can get, should there be interest for it)

2) Would it be correct to assume that TF Audio still hold Autobot/Audiobot and Decepticon/Deceptiaudio alliances, but they're just factions/groups?
They still hold these alliances, unless they choose to faction-jump and go to the other side. Or become rogue. If your character is based on an Autobot, they are likely an Autobot here, etc etc <3

3) Orrr is it better to assume that TF and City/Megaman Audio exist in two separate timelines?
Not so much timelines as different areas of the world. The world of Audio is vast, basically allowing for any number of stories to exist at any one time. Should someone desperately want their City-Audio to meet a TF Audio or something outside of The City that is fine! It's just better if outsiders didn't enter The City, because Wily...doesn't react well to newcomers to his 'Utopia".

4) Do the Megaman Audio follow the same protocol as TF Audio in that they're Audio dressed like the robot/robot masters they're based off of? Or are they actually robots?
The Megaman Audio are actually robots! How you want to describe this is up to you, but Proto for instance has synthetic fur that feels and acts like real fur. They are very advanced robots, but they are in fact robots :3

5) If they really are robots, does this mean it's entirely plausable for a robot audio to have a working jetpack on them? Like a jetpackbutt.
It sure is. I know a lot of Robot Masters have jets in their feet to allow for extra jumping power and that's something that could be worked into canon here. Proto has rockets in his shield to jet around in (totally canon, it happens in the manga :B)

6) What powers (if any) would robot master Audio have? ie if the air conditioning breaks is it possible to stick Airman in a window and turn him on in order to get some circulation?
They would have their powers that their canon-selves had. Proto has the ability to copy weapons like his brother Rock (though he never really uses it) and a weakness of weaker armor/weak power core, Quick can run fast, etc etc. There is going to be a thread to submit powers to to keep a running list of things going but until then if you have any question on a specific thing feel free to ask me (and that goes for anyone!).

7a) THIS IS PROBABLY OLD CANON but if I recall correctly an Audio's colors/markings/edits/etc are based off of their headphones. If the headphones are removed, an Audio turns white as the color is drained from them. Does this still apply?
Yes this still applies! If Audios remove their headphones all the color drains into them, leaving them snow white. When the headphones are replaced the color flows back into their body.

7b) Are Audio emotions/personalities also affected by removing headphones?
No, it is simply their color schemes :3

9) If a robot master Audio is like an Audio, can they be rebuilt/receive upgrades?
They can be rebuilt. In City-canon Proto was nearly destroyed in his original stand against Wily's Army, and disappeared for a year while he was being rebuilt. As for upgrades, it is possible and a thing I will have to talk to the others about (I would see it as alt-costume art, sort of like you did for Chris for me a while ago? or....possibly how City-Audio will handle ascensions for Robot Masters. We shall see).

10) Can whoever it its please stop carving wiley 4 eva into Wood's backside come on guys do you even realize how hard it is to sand it off?
