From June 25 to July 16 I will be in various places in Europe. Will have the iPad, but I have no idea what things will be like in terms of internet connectivity. I will aim to achieve the 1-2 posts a week if I have internet connection, but if I have no connection I may not be able to post during the week of June 29 - July 5 and July 6 - 12. sweatdrop

Giving you both, the heads up on a potential hiatus: There's a hurricane/typhoon headed for the islands and the scale of the aftermath can range between fallen telephone poles, power/water outages, etc. The storm is expected to pass some time in the evening; power outages are expected. As to when the power is restored will depend on the damages sustained. The upside to the hiatus: I may be able to work out the new profile and reward system.

Hey guys, This is more of an apology than a hiatus. I've just been swamped, distracted, and occupied by RL--and now I'm exhausted (seriously, I haven't slept in 24 hrs). I just want to assure you that the RPG's still on; I just need to rest. There are still a few things I need to square away, but concluding Chapter 1 is my priority. Thanks for understanding, Gen

Recently, 'Adobe' has been spamming a mass of users with page re-directions--advising them to 'update' their Adobe program; Dark is one of the users affected. This occurs nowhere else except Gaia. I've found multiple threads regarding this issue and it may be some malware encoded in one of the multiple advertisements littering Gaia. Until the matter is resolved, Dark is going on hiatus (we hope it won't be too long). If you are experiencing similar problems, report it to Inappropriate Ads thread. Users have recommended: clearing your browser history, installing Ad-Block (with Malware Protection enabled), and running an anti-virus scan on the whole computer; I advise avoiding Gaia while doing so.

I hate to do this in the middle of an important plot point in the RPG, but we're expecting a typhoon some time late this evening and early tomorrow morning. Depending of the intensity of the storm, there may be significant damages to the island (power/water outages, collapsed power/telephone poles, etc.). While I'm battening down the hatches over here, Dark - if you wouldn't mind - could you please place the RPG under a temporary hiatus until the typhoon has passed. If there's still power we can resume with the RPG.
