One thing Lellouch learned quickly was that patrol, just by itself, was incredibly boring. The time spent doing it felt like it dragged on forever. She needed to be doing something other then just walking around. "Remind me the reason behind this again?" Lellouch mumbled. "Oh wait there isn't one." Came the added snark. "If this drags on any longer I leaving you here and going energy draining." The blonde said, checking for any nearby signatures. "So you better hope something happens and soon." And almost as if talking about it, a civilian walked around the corner. A young girl by the looks of it. Alone. Easy to pick off.

"Finally, something to do!"

"You. You are doing this. You are dragging me around. My being 'mauled' has nothing to do with this. I wanted to fill the energy quota." Lellouch rolled her eyes, making a talking motion with her hand. And when the civilian suddenly turned senshi, the blonde eyes lit up. "Looks like she doesn't want to talk Persephone. So much for your 'art of persuasion."

"Maybe she doesn't want to talk. Learn to speak for yourself." The blonde eyes narrowed when the eternal brushed her off. "We're not here to make friends Persephone. We have work to do and you are just prolonging the inevitable." The blonde snorted, mumbling something under her breathe. They talked for another few minutes before Lellouch got tired of it. "I'm getting bored with this Persephone. Either do something or I will."

Too bad the blonde didn't give the eternal senshi time enough to act on the threat.

"What?" The blonde snapped back, not bothering to look up as she fought the senshi below her. Her hand sunk into the white mooner's chest and two sets of eyes widened. But for two totally different reasons. The blonde's fingers curled, and she pulled. Though if she were being honest with herself, she wasn't sure if it was her who did the pulling. Persephone had some how managed to tug the taller senshi off.

"Oops." The blonde said, feigning innocence. "Was I not suppose to do that?"

"Why? So you can talk some more?" The corrupt pulled her arm free from the eternal. "That all everyone seems to want to do is talk? Why? We are at war Persephone." Then the blonde laughed. "Oh yes... You're going to pull rank and order me around... How fitting, just because I had the guts to something you can't."

"Tell me something Persephone. What have you done? In any of this?" The blonde hissed. "All you've done is try to talk. And not even that. You have done nothing. Anything and everything you currently know is a lie. And why is it a lie Persephone? Why? Because you couldn't handle it. You couldn't handle being one of them all because some kid, who was stupid enough to sign up for this damned excuse of a war in the first place, got run through. You couldn't handle the blood on your hands so what did you do? You ran. Ran like the scared thing you are. And not even to your own people! You decided to be a traitor to your own cause and ran to the enemy. Us." All through her tirade the blondes voice didn't rise about an angered growl. She didn't yell. She almost never yelled.

"If you couldn't handle order, what in your right mind thought you were ready for chaos."

The taller girls head snapped to the side at the hit. And she just stood there in silence for a moment. And then finally her eyes slid back to Persephone before her head slowly turned.

"Then enlighten me Persephone, because I have seen nothing to prove otherwise. When Absinthe found me I was trying to get a youma to bite me. I have been left beaten and broken only to be further pushed." Being dropped from a building when she was half dead was one hell of a wake up call. "Just because you were lost and alone, does not mean I would have been. So do not label me like one. Need I remind you I was born into and started in chaos. You were not and did not.

"Who the ******** runs to join the enemy when one of their own is killed. Shouldn't that just want to make you kill whoever did it? I wouldn't have left my team there instead of running away like some scared little child. Christ, you're so ******** backwards." Then Lellouch made some sort of noise between a groan and a snarl. "He's ******** right Persephone. If you have to hear it a second damn time, don't you think you're doing something wrong?" The blonde threw her hand up in the air, while the one holding the seed tightened. "Think what you want Persephone. I'm done here. Both with this patrol and with you. Have fun in a place that isn't yours, and don't wait up. I won't be back." And with that the blonde turned and promptly left.
