Special circumstances: Ronoh is basically a conflict scout. his job is to locate any problems be they magical or any other such conflicts Ronoh rushes to the scene gathers information and leaves as fast as possible to inform the military.
bio:His egg found by two pegasus abandoned in the clouds Ronoh was raised as a pegasus able to fly at a very young age and continuing to grow strong Ronoh and his adopted parents were eventually confronted by a griffon group demanding he be surrendered to their own people so he could mature in his own race's culture. However he and his parents did everything they could to keep this from happening. it was not until they discovered a slight loophole leagally giving any born specifically in certain parts of equestria a choice to become citizens, this law had been only recently passed by Princess Celestia. Feeling a great personal debt to the princess who seemed to have made such a law for exactly this sort of situation Ronoh beseached the royal court to become a soldier in Celestia's guards. He was accepted into the military and do to his amazing speed and capability to travel great distances in short periods of time without drawing attention Ronoh was given the mission to make rounds of all of equestria to ensure that peace reined throughout the land
