Format Cycling and defaulting

The idea on this suggestion:

I, like I am sure many others do, have more than one saved format that I use.

Some of these Formats are saved for a specific Location, Some are used randomly at various places

Would is be possible to add 'Default Domains' to our format, and a Check box as to make them exclusive to the list provided in the given format's options.
Ex: I set a Layout just for the better Gaia Guild
if I input into the default bar
'http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds-home/bettergaia-outpost/'
and click to make it exclusive it will
A. Auto-Populate the Format into posts in this guild
B. Hide this layout outside of this Guild

Cycling: When I'm posting on main forums and sending PMs, some of my formats are for fun, some promote a very specific project on Gaia...unless a topic is on something specific, I don't care which one is used, but I want to use them all evenly... So what I was thinking was a Cycling Option... Better Gaia tells my Local Machine 'remember this format was last used' Then when I go to post something else my local machine tells better gaia 'This was last used, used this one' I still have the option to change to another available one, but if I don't think about it or don't need to, I'm still using all of my formats fairly evenly

I know it's a lot of work but it shouldn't require re wriiting existing features...
