So Robin, Why make a Search thread now? Simple, I felt it was time I gave Rp making a go so we can get some activity going. This thread will have Rp's I'm currently in and Rp's I am making now and in the near future, that way I can keep track in what I am in. Yes, I am very forgetful.

What Do you like Robinstuff?What do you look for? I like almost everything, only thing I don't really get into are Yaoi Rp's. I prefer Fantasy, Fiction like Epic Adventures, Heartpounding Action, Savvy Romances and Comical SLice of Life. Though I am Kinda tried that everything has to revolve around Asian Cultures meaning Background Japan, Charries Japan, Language Japan. HOw about things like, France, Holland, Caribbean. Are you insane? If the Shoe fits, Wear it! No, That's just a persona I took on when I joined Gaia. Matter of fact I used to be all pirate-like but grew out of that phase years ago. In the world of Damascus, Technology has surpassed everything and has created an Era of Technological Peace. It's Inhabitants have lived peacefully with each other for Hundreds of Years since the last war known as the Haunting. A War where the spirits, lead by the Immortal Spirit King, rained down from the heavens and plunged the world in a Maelstrom of Destruction and Death. On the Brink of Destruction, Humanity made one last attempt to save themselves through the use of Technology and created the C-Consciousness. The C-Consciousness was the most dangerous Artifact ever created, so dangerous that whoever possessed it's power could take control of the World itself.
The C-Consciousness was successful in halting the Spirits and driving them back into the Spirit Realm. The Spirit King, powerless to the Power of the Machine was Frozen in Time. The World of Damascus was saved and the whole world celebrated for 3 Nights. However, it came with a heavy price.
The point of the C-Consciousness was too stop the flow of magic, freezing it in place so that the Spirits would be unable to survive. Some retreated to the Safety of the Spirit world, but the one that could not escape were frozen in time. So nature stopped functioning with out Magic, pollution caused the world to be blanketed by a layer of Smog which made the populace to look toward the Skies for safety. Thus Skyworlds were created, floating countries that used advance technologies that allowed Artificial living.
However, nothing last forever as certain events are in play that would plunge the world into war again . . .
Events: Machine breaks - Elements attack - Heros are chosen - they travel the world - etc etc

(( All ideas are subject to change !! )) This idea was suggested in my first search thread, but never truly elaborated on. It's not everyone's cup of tea. This roleplay follows the mad lives of two people an insane asylum. Whether they wish to escape or not is up for debate. One of them was a previous meth addict. Thankfully no meth teeth, but scabs all over their body. Suffering from a case of severe Schizophrenia, they(male/female) ended up in the asylum because one of the entities had told them to gouge a librarian's eyes out. Personality choice is completely up to the Roleplayer. As for the other person, they suffer from Autophagia. They enjoy eating themselves. Bite marks all over their arms and legs. Absolutely no fingernails or toenails. Missing pinky toes. Tongue partly bitten off. Talks with a slight lisp. Schizophrenic person thinks it's cute/attractive/enjoys it. They meet in the food court, and swap medicines for funsies. This leads to dreams and hallucinations of each other. Can be deemed Good/Bad. These, depending, cause their relationship to suffer or flourish.
I also have an idea for a rather short and sad Roleplay in which a nurse falls in love with a dying patient. The nurse(not limited to a woman!) told herself she would not get attached to anyone, but found that this person snuck their way into their heart.
Any plots/roleplays with drug abuse interest me.
I have a few other ideas: Romance between a Taxidermist and an Undertaker. (hate so strong it's LOVE!)
Office romance! I don't care what the plot is about, I'd love an office setting.
(Now for a more manly theme.) Wizards attending a wizard school, rivalry over who is best at whatever, etc.
Your thoughts? I didn't get specifically into details because all are subject to change. Also, I'm rather new to roleplaying, and I'm not really sure if I'm any good at it or not, so bear with me if and when we happen to be doing the diddly-do.

Asylum: Hmm...Very interesting. I like the Idea. Two patients becoming Friends over the period they stay there. . .Or Enemy's wanting to Hurt each other. I can play both, How insane would he be well, I have something subtle like Jack Sparrow, Deranged like Deadpool, or completely nuts Like Richtofen(COD). The Schizophrenic seems interesting XD Furthest I can do with him is that he has teeth marks on his Arms, believeing he's like a Vampire.Maybe, some facial scarring from chewing on his cheeks.
Sad Rp: That one might be hard to play out. Not the most romantic person here, so playing a sickly patient might be hard for me. I do think of one personalities, Optimistic and Affectionate. Even though he's Dying of cancer and has the sickness of Chemo, he is still very strong.
Drug abuse . .. Hmm, I like a Mafia, Scarface like deal. Maybe a Gang style rp with each member suffering from a certain drug.
XD lmao that's an interesting Combination. One displays the Dead and the other buries them. I need to brainstorm that idea when I have time
Office Romance? Should be an Office/Adventure. Private Investigators, Monster Hunters, Think Grimm, Supernatural, Torchwood kinda stuff.

I remember when I had a Pirate seduce his rival a Nobody(KH RP) She hated his guts and yet she couldn't stop thinking of him, LMAO you'll be an awesome rper, since I Robin will help you =u=b. Well honestly I'm no good in rping 1x1 but that's why I made this search thread. To practice. Asylum: They're pretty insane, the both of them. Past the point of deranged but not quite to the point in which there is no going back. I can play either character. Just know that if I do, the effects on the disease for them will be maximum.
Sad: At first when I imaged the nurse, I imaged someone who tried to be cold hearted to the patient and distant. But eventually the patient broke through to them. Optimistic and affectionate work, too. I just hadn't considered that. It's not really...supposed to be romantic, more as bittersweet. But hey, if it's something you don't think you're all that good with, there are others, right? c:

I'd love to try this out, since I am completely new to it - can't promise I'll be any good, though. The drug thing will work out perfectly for me.
Under/Taxi: I thought up of that Roleplay just thinking about what jobs super serious characters would have with easy-going silly ones. I figure it would be interesting. The Undertaker to walk into a Taxidermy shop and scowl while the Taxidermist plays around and makes necrophiliac jokes.
Office: I've always wanted to do an office romance between monster hunters! I've never been able to come up with a good plot for it, though!

Asylum: Then it's more of a CreepyPasta Story XD Two Deranged Lunatics Slaughter everyone in the Asylum. Now they roam the world, waiting for the perfect time and place to start all over. lol Nice story for there future. Hmm...Wondering on this one.
Sad: Ahh...more of a tearjerker rp XD I don't think I'm that great to make my charrie an oscar nominee lol. Usually I thought 1x1's were Romances since every 1x1 I was in ended up being a romance lol. Curious on doing this one because I wonder If I can even make it good and yet sad XD
Gang/Mafia Revolving Drugs: I can play tough guys XD There very fun. Don't know what roles there should be but (BossxHenchman, HenchmanxHenchman BossxRivalBoss) This might also make for a good grp rp, though Drugs is a touchy issue XD to some peeps.
Taxi/Under: Lol that would be funny, Seems people are Dying to meet you. Your Client seems to be slightly stitched off. This would be a Slice of Life since it's just them meeting each other rather then a huge story behind it XD

Could be Cryptic(Big Foot, Jersey Devil) Could be Mutants(Zombies, Abominations) Could be Scary Stories (Slenderman, Rake, Jerry) I can think of all the creatures and adventure they would go through lmao XD Maybe even monsters of our choosing. Are next case is a Jobberwacky? WELL, Down the rabbit hole we go!

Office Romance: This I like. o: Very much, yes. They could even be together not of their own will, which makes things especially interesting. One is meticulous in the way they do things while the other...not so much.
Wizards: Well, basically what I really had in mind were these two wizards attending a school, their families very wealthy and well known. They meet and instantly do not like each other. One deals with helping people and the other likes to curse them. Obviously they don't get along. But, because they're both so strong, they are paired up together frequently, put in the same classes, etc. And then we could have some plot twist or whatever, one of them gets hurt, the other helps, they settle their differences, whatever. ----- Thank you senpai! (...Nene? . u . Did you just speak Portuguese to me, bro?) SURE WE CAN USE MIYAZAKI ELEMENTS. THAT'S LIKE ASKING IF I WANT CHEESE ON MY PIZZA. HELL YES.
