So some of you may be wandering "How do I get promoted?" or "What does the crew do?". I'm going to quickly cover these subjects so everyone is aware.
1) When it comes to promoting a member, I'm looking for specific qualities demonstrated by that member. Firstly i look for activity, is this member active? If they're not do they keep someone notified about that? I also think it's important for any potential crew member to be realitively active in OoC threads of with talking to me about the guild. Secondly I look for personality, I love to get along well with all the members of my guild, and therefore a bright and friendly guild crew is a must-have, a member that shows ability to be able to help me or the other members. Thirdly I think the utmost important attribute is that the member has a distinguished knowledge of Magic Earth, that they understand half as much as I do and keep up to date with any updates i make, which i try to publicly announce as often as possible. This way i can trust that a crew member, if in my absence, can help anyone with questions or suggestions, problems and so on. Better yet, if i'm facing an important decision, someone that knows the world as well as i do will be great for helping me.
So, in conclusion:
1)Activity and involvement with the guild
2) Personality
3) Knowledge of Magic Earth
... are the 3 primary attributes of becoming a part of the Guild Crew. If you are interested, you can speak to me personally about a place, but please don't feel disheartened if you are denied, it would be more like I'll approach you, however, speaking to me could give you an insight of where to improve to show me you'll be a great addition to the crew.
2) As said above, if you are a crew member you would be expected to help here, there and maybe some other places around the guild if need be, as well as this a good understanding of the guild. In Out of Character threads or PM's, the best people to come to, or the likely people to be able to help you would be me, Guild Captain Zylvanness, or Vice Captain TunaDishCosplayer, (who is awesome by the way and could not be thanked enough for her support in this guild). Sometimes you might be pointed in my direction, as i understand there is a lot to take in regarding the Lore of Magic Earth and all its diverse locations and realms.
