 Stahl § Venerra "Come along with me, we'll fly between worlds,
Through purple forests and frostbitten skies,
Diving deep, we'll make these late nights memorable..." The sky was dotted with a number of massive clouds over the countryside today, any more and there might have been little hope of seeing any blue above. Stahl, having been in despereate need to have a little 'me time' for a while, wouldn't have had it any other way. Pitch black wings pressed tightly to his back as he dived into one, he couldn't even begin to suppress a small laugh as he twisted in the air, suddenly outstretching his wings as far as they could go to disperse some of the cloud a little before shifting into a comfortable glide. Four years. That was how long the brown-haired male had lived in this part of the world, yet in all that time he hadn't found a place he was most at home than high up above the ground. Flying made him feel so relaxed, forgetting his troubles as he darted back and forth and performed all sorts of aerial acrobatics, it just all felt so...natural. This place in particular was his favorite. Very little to stop him from landing where he pleased, nobody around that would look to him in shock whenever he couldn't keep his wings hidden, pollution-free air, the place was practically made for his enjoyment.
Though he wasn't antisocial, easily making a number of friends even upon his first few days here, Stahl was rather happy that he had the place to himself for now, he didn't need people finding out that he had quite quickly chewed up a number of hours here rather than complete today's set of homework. Though college wasn't nearly as challenging as his highschool teachers had told him, in a failed attempt to convince him to work harder, the workload did add some degree of stress to his life, hence why he was out here now instead of writing about the effects certain environments have on Human behavior. Stahl, for the most part, has an interest in psychology, hence his enrollment into the college course last year, but he definitely had little interest or patience for all the writing involved. After some time, the winged boy soon started to make his way back down onto terr firma, landing silently save for the light crunch of the yellowing grass underneath his feet. "Suppose that's enough for one day..." He thought as he stretched, his wings following the way his arms did. Letting out a small breath, Stahl looked up to the sky as if contemplating something. Very shortly afterwards, his wings started to...well, the best way to describe it was as if the feathery limbs were shrinking and receeding into the male's back, slowly sinking in until there was nothing behind him but his shirt, masterfully created to shift and morph as he did."I'm crystallised,
I'm lost in my head,
But with you, my only hope,
I can begin this boundless renewal."

  ♘➸ There was definitely beauty in Janhall. Even in the town's outer edges, it was like walking in a painting. Every tree, family and home made up the perfect portrait of an artist's creativity. The sway of the wind and the attitude of the ocean were things to cherish and enjoy, and Navarre was in the processing appreciating it all. The seasons were changing, so the sky held several clouds, creating a picturesque environment along the countryside. Seeing all of this, it was his opinion that the town's only difference from the strokes of a paintbrush was the simple fact that Janhall is a real place, with real people and real buildings. It was the only place he had felt at home in over two decades, and for that he felt loyal to the city and its goal of coexistence with humans. It seemed to be working too, he believed, since there was a man in the sky, flying without the worry of passing some stupid Veil. Clearly, the man held freedom and enjoyment in his movements, causing Navarre to pause his stroll and admire the acrobatics.
When the stranger disappeared from his view, assumingly he had finished for a time, Navarre continued to walk along the tree line. There was no goal in his direction, but he did stop every now and then acknowledge the woodland creatures that skittered across the grass. As an elf that was born and raised for a century in the woods, he still held a strong love for the like and would never disrespect the nature he was surrounded by. Being reminded of his homelands, he considered the option of visiting Eshm Alari, the nearest group of Elves to Janhall. It would be a pleasant trip, since the clan had agreed not to fight over the lack of Veil in their 'backyard,' so to speak. Still, he refrained from turning east, the direction that would take him to Eshm Alari, and instead continued on a vague route to Janhall.

"Live your life to its fullest, virtues and vices both."•.•.•- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The countryside...such a peaceful place, filled with the amenities once would expect of a place so far removed from everywhere else. It was a peaceful place, but that peace was shattered by a body of flame appearing out of nowhere in the sky. It quickly took the form of a body, and a black image appeared within the flame, opening eyes that similarly burned. As the body took form, it began to take on a more feminine look, and eventually, a body was formed. One with pale skin, but pitch black horns. That body fell in to a field of flowers below it upon appearing, and sat up a moment later. The creature that had just appeared was Cypher, and although she would've preferred appearing anywhere else, she had been teleported against her will. Cypher stared at her hands and down at her body, a sigh passing from her lips as she stood up.
Cypher's blood enveloped her, and recreated her clothing that was burned up in the teleportation. She looked to the sky, her fanged smile aimed at nothing in particular. "You would do well to remember that I am to be commanded by no one." Cypher remarked, aiming that comment towards Gale, who took her place as leader of the Gale Force. Cypher made sure that all of her parts were still attached despite the rapid, and random transportation she was forced to go through. Apparently Chase was also on the ground, but Cypher had no interest in conversing with the Deliverer. She could do her own thing...Cypher planned to do her own thing too, but who knew what that entailed.
That was the entire reason Cypher was wearing a limiter, created by that girl...Gear. She was an interesting one, and prevented Cypher from using a majority of her power, but at the very least, she still had access to her powers if not her power. Muramasa had found it amusing, and so did Rhys, but Cypher knew that her current state was something of a punishment...even if it had happened randomly. She probably deserved it too, from how many times she nearly destroyed the world above. She mused on the entire situation and snapped her fingers. A demon covered in armor appeared, bowed in front of Cypher. She gave the demon a specific order, and it disappeared later. Hahah...this is going to be an interesting visit." Cyper remarked casually, her blood coursing quickly through her veins in her excitement.

Will Will has been wandering about in the field of flowers already a little while before Cypher had appeared. But, this feminine looking boy had already had a habit of hiding his presence as a dragon, and just simply his presence in general, so he hadn't been noticed by the woman who had suddenly appeared naked and landed in front of him. Tilting his head a bit as he watched the movements of the strange woman as she stood up, her back towards him as she suddenly spoke to the sky after clothes appeared on her and before summoning some kind of armored demon who disappeared moments later. "What's so interesting?" He asked her curiously as he suddenly poked the woman on the shoulder with a light smile, revealing his presence. "Also, who did you teleport naked?" He added as he tilted his head in wonder as he looked at her.

She shrugged her shoulder at the exact instead she was touched and turned around to see a strange child...apparently he had a couple of questions for her, rather than one. She crossed her arms, revealing that the sleeves on her arms were almost half the length of her arms...they were simply too large for a regular person's comfort. "What's interesting is...this place. It has a certain...feeling to it. I like the way everyone looks." Cypher remarked, her idea of seeing a person different than most people's.
"Why did I...? Oh. My last clothing was made of a human's blood, so it burned out during teleportation." Cypher stated simply, her violet eyes tracing Will. The left sleeve she had exploded in to flame, and vanished. She knelt down in front of Will and poked Will's nose, her fanged smile growing even wider. "Don't worry about it. I'm mostly talking nonsense. Shouldn't you be wandering both happily and obliviously rather than broaching your curiosity on strangers? I could be a bad, bad person for all you know." Cypher stated, her cheerful tone belaying the dark atmosphere she exuded in droves.

Will "Oh really? I do agree that this place is interesting though." Will agreed with a light smile as he nodded a bit. He tilted his head a bit as she explained about her clothing, but he made a slightly concerned face. He blinked a bit when her sleeve exploded into flame and disappeared before kneeling in front of the boy and poking his nose. "What kind of idiot uses that kind of unreliable ancient teleportation magic these days?" He questioned with noticeable pity in his voice for her, which revealed about his knowledge in such magic. "And I don't really care what kind of person you are, and your dark atmosphere doesn't even bother me." He added with a bright smile as he let his presence of a powerful dragon leak out at this point. "It takes quite a lot to scare me~." He said in a teasing tone as he poked her nose with his finger and grinned a bit.

"Yes, really. Everyone has such beautiful souls. You especially." Cypher's interest in the soul was mostly related to how she fed. He asked her about the ancient magic she used, and she responded in kind. "Right now, I'm very limited in potential magic. My vessel is that of a youth, and my magic is held back by a limiter. I can't die, but I can't kill either. Until I return to my full strength, this is all I have." Will said he noticed her atmosphere, and revealed that he was a dragon, but Cypher wasn't all that surprised. "I see...so I can't even hide my presence that well. I have a lot of work to do." Will poked her nose as well, causing her to close one eye at the close contact.
Cypher giggled and placed her hand on his cheek, a soft smile crossing her face. "You are very cute~! To not be afraid in the presence of the King of Hell herself is very brave. I might just become a fan of you, brave child~!" Cypher put her hand on top of Will's head, rubbing his hair with clear interest in her eyes. Will's soul was, perhaps, one of the more extraordinary ones she had encountered...almost like those of the members of the Gale Force. She grabbed the hand he used to poke her nose, her face looking as innocent as ever. "I am Cypher, but you can call me anything you'd like~! I hope you don't mind me observing you so closely." ...Not that Cypher really cared.

Will "Ah, a limiter. Then that makes sense." Will replied with a nod, understanding why she had used. He was surprised when she said that he had a beautiful soul, since that was the first time someone had ever said that to him. She then put a hand on his cheek and called him cute as she called her self the King of Hell and that she might become a fan of his. She then rubbed his hair a bit and then grabbed the hand he had used to poke her nose and introduced herself and asking if he minded if she observed him closely. "Well, I don't see you as scary though... but then again I do hang around with my king a lot..." He replied curiously, more to himself than to her. "I don't mind if you observe me, you're the first person to even ask in general, so go ahead. Ah, my name is Will." He said cheerfully with a smile as he shook her hand that she still held his hand with. To him, she seemed like a really nice person as well as found her rather interesting. "So, what should I do since you want to observe me?" He asked her curiously as he innocently tilted his head with a light smile.

She didn't mention it after that, but it remained all the same. The people of the Gale Force were quit strong, and it surprised even Cypher that they could make a limiter that could contain even her powers. The chain on her right wrist wasn't an actual chain, but rather, a mechanical creation that entirely destroyed her potential power unless she was in danger. He said she didn't look frightening because he hung around his king a lot. That made sense too. When he said he didn't mind her observing him, she stood up and dusted her knees off.
"My observations are not so complex that you would have to do anything out of the ordinary. That's the lucky part." Cypher remarked, turning in to blood briefly and swiveling around to Will's back before turning solid again. "I can observe your soul by simply watching you. I'd like to..."taste" your powers for myself, firsthand. If you'd rather not show me what you can do, I could always just taste a bit of your blood as a preliminary examination. Only a little bit. You couldn't even feel a pinprick." Cypher remarked, her body mirroring his, like her head tilting in the same direction as Will's. "I won't follow you forever. Just long enough to observe your soul first hand...on the inside of your body, of course. I'd never take a soul such as yours without consent." Cypher did things like that long ago when simply taking one for herself helped her create a body. She no longer needed such trivial things, but she found that if she were to observe a single subject, she'd have a far greater grasp on the life this place offered rather than simply doing as she pleased. She could at least have a bit of fun while her messenger was away. "I'd only follow you until my messenger returned. I'd rather not crowd you, after all."

Will "Ah, really? I see..." Will replied with a light nod as he turned around to face her again when she reformed again. He thought for a moment when she said that she wanted to taste his powers or a bit of his blood. She then went on to add that she wouldn't follow him forever and that she'd only follow until her messenger returned. "I don't mind a crowd, the more the merrier, right?" He said with a light laugh and a smile. "As for my powers, what do you mean by taste? For the most part, I'm like any other dragon but with a fair bit more magical power and my elemental affinity with electricity. I also don't mind if you wanna taste my blood." He added with a light smile as some electricity noticeably flowed through his hair, but he also had a teasing, yet shameless side to himself. "But, if you want some of my blood, there is only one place you're allowed to get it from." He said in a light teasing tone as he looked her in the eyes.

That was interesting, but Cypher supposed that there were more people like that in the world. "I never knew you were that kind of guy...but I think you're right." Cypher had spent so much time on the airship that she was no longer surprised by crowds. "Oh, you're curious what I mean? I want you to use your powers on me if the prospect doesn't frighten you. All of it at once...just so I can feel the full brunt of your strength against me. The purity and strength of it all at the same time~!" Cypher couldn't die, so she wouldn't have minded at all, but it wasn't safe at all. He said she could have some of his blood, however, which interested her. "Oh~? Now you've got me interested. And where exactly can I take your blood from, hmm?"

Will "Use all my strength on you all at once? You really remind me of my king. Well I don't mind going all out for a single attack." Will replied with a light laugh, but he could tell that even if he used all his strength against her, she wouldn't die. He couldn't help but grin a bit when she asked where she could get his blood from. "Ohh~ Are you curious? I can't let you have it yet since we barely know each other~." He teased in reply with a light laugh. "After all, I will only let you have some from what humans call a 'kiss'~" He added with a light laugh. This comment proved that he wasn't only an innocent person, but also rather shameless in how he acted. But, then again, he didn't follow the morality of the human race and only did things that he found interesting for himself.

Heheh~! Then strike me! I'm eager to see the very first result of my observation!" Cypher couldn't contain her giggle at the thought of Will's magic. Her body was not magic-proof, so she'd be able to see the full potential of Will, and the purity he carried with him. The purity of the magic made it stronger, after all, and dilution weakened it. She crossed her arms upon Will's explanation, her head tilting to the other side as she listened to him. "A kiss...? That's not a word I'm familiar with, but I'll take it since that's your only stipulation. Once we're better acquainted, then I'll take what I need." There was no better deal. Cypher didn't see anything wrong with it, nor any drawbacks. And while Cypher ruled every portion of her domain, she was only familiar with the word "lust" whereas her succubi and incubi were more familiar with the dialect than she was.
Cypher closed her eyes for a moment, as if listening to another talk from a long distance. The instant she opened her eyes, her face was red like her hair. "Wh-what?! That's what it is?!" If you had exceptional hearing, you could hear the succubi and incubi sighing at Cypher's misunderstanding of what she agreed to. She put her hands to her cheeks, feeling utterly flustered by the entire thing. "Y-you are a bold child to ask that of me. You do know that 'kissing' the King of Hellfire might be a detriment to your health, yes?" It was there that her actions contradicted her appearance. Because she wore so little she could be expected to be much like her succubi, but it was something of a reversal. Her succubi did design her clothing, as did other demons from other circles, but ultimately, Cypher had assimilated so well to human life that she reacted as a human would, save for calling herself a "King" every so often. She hadn't amassed as much power as she did in her previous incarnation, but she was working on it.
She watched his expression for any hint of hesitation, but she couldn't read him as well as she could read humans...he was just a really, really odd person. With a sigh, she held out her right hand to him, trying not to ignite on the spot...she had billions upon billions of years to master her powers, but that didn't mean she couldn't lose control of them in her new vessel until it was completely acclimated to her powers. She was still blushing, which might've been natural for a blood demon like her, but she wasn't going to go back on any deals she made. "Let's shake on it, then. I'll travel with you under the assumption that you'll allow me to sample your blood eventually. I'll even add my powers to yours just in case, like a contract. However..." If he didn't shake her hand at all, or if he already shook her hand, she'd wrap both arms around her stomach with an utterly pained expression. "I...I haven't eaten since arriving in this world...c-can we go somewhere else? I'll pay for a meal for myself and you, of course." The problem with her current vessel was how it refused to act unless nourished. She wasn't perfectly fused to it, so she needed a few more years before she could go without food.

Will Will was smiling lightly when she asked him to strike her before questioning about his offer for a kiss if she wanted his blood. He was really trying his best to hold back his laughter when he saw her close her eyes as she made a long distance call and saw her then blush bright red when she opened her eyes. He couldn't help but laugh when she figured out what he had asked of her and grinned with much amusement when she said that it would be detrimental to his health. "I wonder about that, we really won't know till we try it, you know?" He teased her in reply as he held his index finger over his lips and winked at her as he smiled. There wasn't even a single bit of hesitation in his intentions as he watched her, he was truly an odd person. He blinked a bit as she held out her right hand to him and spoke about shaking on it, "Sure, I don't mind~." He replied without any hesitation as he grabbed her right hand with his gently and shook her hand with a smile. When he had released her hand, she had wrapped her arms around her stomach and stated her hunger, causing him to chuckle a bit. "Then, let's save my striking you for a later time then and go on a date~! And I'll pay for it~... Ah, a date is something lovers go on~, you can confirm it if you want." He replied in his teasing voice with a smile and he thought for a moment. "What kind of food do you like?" He asked her curiously as he looked at her while tilting his head. He had been in the town already for a little while and had plenty of time to explore, so he knew where all sorts of places to eat food were at.
