Describe your character's personality in less than 30 words: An excitable young man who is stuck in his happy little power ranger world
Does your character have a ship/ OTP? None, he has blinders on to these kind of relationships
Describe your character if they were a vegetable: a mango
What is your character's favourite music/ song/ piece? Alternative rock and JPop/JRock, especially theme songs to shows
What is your character's hobby, if they had spare time? Collecting toku toys and posing. And running.
Is your character more arts, science, or sports inclined? Sports, if anything.
What type of personality traits does your character gravitate towards? Anyone with a good attitude and a better head on their shoulders than he does.
What are your character's personality traits (Good ones?) Pretty upbeat, I guess he's brave, willing to go the distance, determined, and personable.
What are your character's personality flaws? Hides his emotions, quick to act and often has his head too high in the clouds.
What is your character's favourite colour? green (pink rangers)
Describe your character if they were in the opposite faction: He'd have to be one that has a natural form and probably be so incredible accessorized since toku monsters often are. Or ridiculous looking like so many of the early ones.
What would your character look like as the opposite gender OR 10 years into the future? 10 years in the future, he's probably dead. As a girl he'd still be pretty built, maybe have a better tan and wear cuter clothing. (S)he'd be taking cues from girls in Japanese television, really.
If your character was an Amityville Professor/ Divison Leader/ Horsemen Clans lead how would they teach others? As much as I doubt this will ever happen, he's going to teach other hunters the fine art of finesse in attacking and using their weapons.
Who does your character look up to? All the DekaRangers ~
What is a great weakness of your character? His stubbornness and probably how unwilling he is to get in touch with his feels.
What are their favourite foods? cheap sushi, pulled pork, onigiri and teriyaki chicken
Favourite fashion style? On a good day, dapper (I have no idea what to call it?) A good suit and tie ~
Favourite minipet? He hasn't seen any :C
If your character was in a fantasy novel who would they be? The guy who tries way too hard to be the hero of the story...
Describe your character as a mythical creature: The majestic Derpicorn ~
Describe your character as a Disney princess and/ or Villain Huh. I can compare him more to the side characters than actual Disney Princesses...
If your character could travel anywhere where would they go? Japan. Or Home, to raid his room.
If your character could confess one great secret what would they confess? He hasn't seen every season of Super Sentai, they just weren't all available to download.
But in all seriousness, he'd never admit how scared he actually is at times.

Though he tried to avoid them, rumors and gossip circulated the island be it word of mouth or via twitter. Sometimes they perked his interest, seemed actually informative but for the most part he ignored them and just dismissed them as personal mumbojumbo he didn't care for. But there were times when things he heard about struck a cord he didn't want to admit to having.
Like the rumors about Nevada.
Saying she was ... Milo shock his head, pushing the thought of his mind. He didn't want to think about it. Didn't want to deal with it. Didn't want to admit that it might be true that one of his friends might be...
He turned a page of his magazine forcefully, enough to tear a little corner and shut his eyes tight before opening them again on the new page. No, he was going to focus on the superficially painful things in his life right now. Like how many months it had been since he had actually watch an episode of Super Sentai and Kamen Rider. How behind he was on everything. He didn't even know how Saban had translated Gosei for the English market or how they would handle Gokai. These were things he wanted to be sad about.

He was taking a break, letting his mind wander as he sat backside upon the sand of one of the many beaches of the island. Just listening to the sound of the waves and letting the sun beat down upon him. He stared upward, unfocused as thoughts traveled from one topic of the next. Nothing in particular, just as they traveled and only steering them when they got to things unsafe. From television, to music, time off that could be coming up, how much money he had in the bank possibly and what he could buy to spars and comrades. Eventually even to the one he had always present, even when she wasn't drawn and fighting along side him. And his conversation with Jake about them and what he knew about her. And what he didn't. Again his mind wandered with the possibilities, what she was like, what she looked like, what she thought about...

Milo paused, his eyes coming into focus finally on a few palm fronds swaying in the breeze. Oh. Right, he could, couldn't he. Before he had only asked about the broad details about her, forgetting that maybe... he could ask about specifics. He hummed for a moment, shifting through questions before he went on with the first one.
"Didya have feathers?" Milo asked. He couldn't help but look upwards into the sky, as if a distinct direction would give him a little more clarity as he finally sat down and conversed with his weapon. Maybe if he actually summoned her it would seem more like a conversation. Or that golem thing that Jake had talked about. No, he was talking to air now.
And even Koume Shizuka sounded perturbed. < Duh, of course, aho. I am a tengu and we have glorious feathers. Beautiful white plumage on my arms, untouched and never dirty. Though my true form was amazing. > She explained, matter of factually to him.
Which she did for every other question that followed.

They had used watches, cellphones, belts, guns, powerful gems, and well Kamen Riders always seemed to use belts in various means. Each with its own command or series of codes, befitting on the season and sometimes even the device itself had its own voice. But they all provided the same sort of function, to transform their hero in an array of lights and special effects from their ordinary civilian life to a champion of justice.
Milo had owned most of them back home, placed them in a display case and played with them on occasion to hear the various sounds they made. They lit up, they played music and when he was younger he could imagine himself transforming like those heroes as he mimicked the poses that they did. (And even when he wasn't... so young too). And now here he was without that collection, staring up at a small cylindrical tube the size of a AA battery. It was colorful (He had picked up a green one that said Zakutor on the back) and with a soft click on the top the image inside would switch from a solid looking dinosaur to an iridescent looking dinosaur. It went into the barrel of a gun, was all he knew really about it. But, yeah. That was about it. He didn't know the voices, didn't know the specifics (there was a dance?) and he frowned a little as he clicked the switch once again. Why a battery, why a gun, did it light up? Was this supposed to make a sound? What kind of sound. Would he enjoy watching it? (Because sometimes that did happen). And what about those lockseed things.
He'd have to figure out the mystery of these transformations. And thankfully Jerry and Nevada had given him a lead.

When Milo was ten years old, his class was taken on a field trip to the Hawai'i Volcano National Park. They were learning the history of their islands, how they were formed and the nature that thrived in the area and had been for so many years. And of course, volcanoes. He didn't think much of it at first and wore a look of boredom throughout the first part of the class' trip. All they had been doing was hiking through the woods and looking at trees and birds and stuff as their ranger guide pointed everything out and stopped them so many times. It seemed like something he could have done at home really, even though there wasn't as much of it there as there was here.
But he still trudged along with the rest of the group, paying little attention as his green eyes wandered around and vaguely took it all in. So boring, he kept thinking to himself until they made one very specific stop. It had been the smell that brought his attention, followed by the wondrous gasps of his classmates that he finally saw the river of red and the blackened fields around it, carved into the earth from so many centuries of lava flow. At first it looked like any other sort of river, traversing through the land, calm and steady but even he knew better. Even he knew the sheer power of the lava, how nothing stood in its path and no one dared to direct or stop it. That all they could do was steer clear and simply let it meet the ocean where it could finally calm its wake. Milo had seen pictures and video of it while they were leaning about the creation of the islands, how the eruptions had pushed the land from the sea. But seeing it in person was so much more awesome than seeing everything on a screen or the pages of his worn out book. It had been tempting to step closer towards it, but at the same time to step back from the presence of it. So, Milo just stood there with the rest of the children, half listening was the guide told them how long this particular flow. He just stood and watched it.

Though he didn't remember it much, mostly thanks to a certain event that had taken away memories, a chance meeting had given Milo Hale more opportunity than he had ever imagined. It not only cleared up the questions he didn't know he had about those lingering shadows that he had seen all his life but it gave him a clean get away from the mundane reality that he found himself in.
They gave him a chance, they gave him a purpose even as a little skewed he was setting himself up as. But most of all, they gave him an escape.
