What do you guys think of the new skins? I like that Gaia gave everyone three free ones and some clothes. And we have some gold options for skins and items. I like that four of the stores have stuff for them too. And there is a potential for more. But I wish the cat and wolf looked a little more different from each other.

This gets a big old "Meh" from me. Frankly, those of us who think of our avatars as established characters are almost never going to use this. I think it came around about ten years too late, especially since they're basically starting at base zero with clothes and accessories.
Furthermore, I think all of us with eyes know better than to trust in Gaia's goodwill toward its userbase. Is it a cash-grab? You bet. Narumi unapologetically told us that they are finished with doing projects that didn't "pay for themselves." So basically everything will be a cash-grab.
So, all in all, I'm having nothing to do with it... Though frankly, even if it came around on-time and was a gold-feature, I don't think I'd really be particularly interested, as it just isn't my style.

I saw that post too. But it does have gold options too. So it's something and every company has to earn a living lol. I like the skins compared to all of the ads for things that are gc only. For me I use them on my shop mules. I would with this but I just finished a two year quest for these items so I am wearing them. I know what you mean by established characters though. I did that with mine for many years before being bored with it. Though my current one would work for one of my mistress rpcs.
