Biography: Evander never new were he came from or he doesnt have a last name what he does know is that he has lived in Central 46 all his life being trained to be the perfect soldier and warrior of the Soul reapers in every possible way. He was trained to be there tool for the soul purpose of knowing that they would always have that one loyal warrior on there side in all. From a early age he was able to speak to his zan and what made him truly impressive and unique was the fact that because of the complexity of his own powers he can bring forth his zanpokuto spirit in a physical plane making her visible. As a result of this fact, Evander was never alone since his zan spirit Alice was with him always in secret and always being alone, many a time she helped keep him from becoming a complete machine for the people of Central.
Evander was made a completely loyal soul reaper of central however after his years, continuing to train, Evander was one day called and given his first ever mission, he was he head outside for the first time in order to watch Enza Luz de la Luna, the present head captain and to kill her should she be seen as a enemy of the Sereitei and Central 46. And so he was left and entered the outside world for this first time in his life.

Personality: Evander being brought up in Central 46 all his life, is extremely loyal to the 40 wise men and judges of the building seeing their words as law, he is extremely aware of many things and is very calculating when it comes to protecting soul society and its people and will do anything and kill anyone without any hint of hesitation if he see's them as a threat of Central in an almost sadistic manner. When not working for central however he is extremely cute and innocent, being in the outside world makes him extremely cute and childish and loves seeing new things around him for the first time.

Zanpakuto Abilities: Evanders zanpokuto is always active, and is as a result always in the form of a long chain around his body made of reishi it has a pointed end and the hand is that of a hand watch he usually holds, the chain usually floats around or hooks to his feet. Because of this he can materialize his spirit Alice at all times

Shikai Appearance: the stop watch with a chain and pointed end in his hands
Shikai Abilities: Evander is power is the manipulation of his body and that in the area around him. This allows him to gather energy to use in anyway he can think of as long as his body is able to deal with the stress from using his powers. The only true limit to his powers is his imagination and the strain it causes on his body.
- Alice: Evan is able to materialize his shikai's form, or technically she materializes whenever she wants, he himself has no control over this at all, she can also choose to be visible to everyone or just Evan alone. Alice is able to transform in a giant bunny (height=10'7) in a suit that stands on two feet with a large red scythe in her hand and can fight with him in times of danger. The only drawback of this power however is that any wounds Alice suffers, Even will also gain, so if she gets stabbed the hole will also appear on him. She cannot use any kido but does have agility techniques
- Reishi control from his body and the atmosphere- Evander is able to gather the reiatsu from his body and his surrounding to make simple things like reishi swords, a whip, a bow for reishi arrows a net etc etc. Being made of pure reiatsu, most weapons are very strong, durable and extremely sharp. He can only use this power every 3 posts with a maximum of five things at a time ( except reishi arrows for his reishi bow, making the bow is alone his creation and the arrows can be fired at a high rate) he can also make the creations explode at his will (allot like Urahara's powers)
- Reishi materialization- Evander can make completely new items by absorbing the reishi's of items around him to make a completely different it. ( eg- a bed of flowers into a steaming kettle with tea in it, or in combat times, actual swords and such from dirt and reishi in the air around him. Evan can only use this power ever 5 posts and only around ten times max per battle and by his sixth he will begin to cough up blood and begin to become week ( can make up to ten different things in one go as long as it is reasonable)
- Reishi blasts: Can fire blasts of reishi's from his weapons, on his zan chain or from his hands with a distance of 40 ft and are roughly equal if not just a bit stronger than a grandyay cero. The blasts, can be fired and used in numerous different manners and can cause considerable cutting damage and or explosive and can to a certain even have its direction be made to be curved around at least once or two giving him a large variety of ways to use this power
