This land lays between Soragakure and Tsukigakure, a connection to the once great village of the Snow. There is a literal and distinct line in the ground that marks the changes of territory. The closer you get to Yukigakure the less foliage and fauna there is. The Gnarls is a 'lovely' little place marred by the battle of Yuki. There are jagged pieces of earth jutting into the sky like teeth, and other parts were great craters were formed. There is no life, only a constant reminder of the lives lost during the invasion.

Elizabeth had gone back and forth with Shinji on the boat about her motivation behind shooting the stone without actually telling him what it was and instead decided to be coy and lighthearted. However making land in Yuki's territory she had gone into business mode. She stood atop a large piece of broken earth that had formed a small mountain about 100 feet high and was looking over the area, Shinji just beside her. Samehameha was calm on her back, but he was her first and only needed defense against sneak attacks. For the most part she would simply await the arrival of the Sorakage in silence. ((Sorry for the automove, we wanna get past this arc and start the next phase.))
Tsukigakure's Forest Guardian stood beside his superior, having dulled his battle armor by rubbing soot from a small fire into it, preventing the shine from the burnished metal from acting as a beacon to anyone else. Regardless of his power and his connection to the earth, Shinji did not want to deal with bandits of all things on a diplomatic mission, especially one of this importance. This was the spot, where everything would happen and hopefully an end would be put to the tyrants that ravaged their lands. Hopefully the Sorakage would arrive soon, and they could get this whole debacle over with. Standing tall, Shinji let the wind sweep across his body, his only reaction being to pull his hood's strings tightly together. He wouldn't let the cold affect him. He was like a statue, immovable and strong against the elements that battered his all too mortal and fleshy body. Elizabeth seemed to show no signs of weakness, as usual, and he was technically her senior. It would be simply disgraceful to let something as simple as a cold breeze or a stupidly jagged outcrop or crippling fear in the face of Kaizen Uchiha deter him. Perhaps the last one was more excusable, but to the eyes of Shinjirama, it was all the same; weakness was weakness, and weakness was unacceptable. He would be strong, if not for himself, then for Tsukigakure. One hand drifted to an Arakh, clenching it firmly. The other hand caught three shuriken with a simple flick of the wrist, concealing them as he cradled his arm in the open space between breastplate and sweater. He appeared the very image of relaxation, but every muscle was tensed, every instinct screaming at him to be ready for anything.

Michael of the Moon was a little lost, but continued on the path he had chosen. "Crap did I make a wrong turn at that last fork? Or maybe I should have waited for another ninja to accompany me." He kept walking and wondered where exactaly he was.

Alice's thoughts, words, and feelings had put Saiyuri in a much brighter mood. She suddenly had another reason to make it back alive. But now was not the time for those thoughts; the mind of the Mayu switched suddenly to battle tactics and strategies. Saiya sensed the presence of three separate peolple, which brought a frown to her face. The agreement had been to only bring a single person along. Saiyuri opened loosened the strings to her holsters, making sure she could easily dip her hands into them and retrieve an item. Saiyuri made her approach from a tactical vantage point. She purposefully went around and made it to a similar mountain formation. From upon this place Saiyuri took in the three assembled.
First was the Tsukikage, Elizabeth Brittania. From where Saiya was she could make out the details of her very different face. Her features were almost alien, but that did not bother Saiyuri. She had heard of primal tribes who purposefully altered their features to appear more demonic or animalistic to strike fear into the heart of their opponents. The woman was roughly the size of Saiya yet carried a massive weapon upon her. This led Saiya to believe that Elizabeth had a hidden strength about her. Before setting up this meeting Saiyuri had done her research. She had looked for any and all references to this woman in all of her resources. Stories, letters, reports and all. The woman was a battle-born fighter; a Kaguya who fought with body and blade as if it were one in the same. Saiyuri could respect that; she herself preferred to get up close and personal with an opponent in hopes of trading with them.
The second person she cared to analyze was Shinji Senju. She knew his face; Saiyuri had seen it before in the Bingo Book. All that was said of him was that he was known as Tsukigakure's Forest Guardian. He appeared ready for a battle and seemed very serious. With little else to go on without probing around in his brain Saiyuri looked at the young boy off to the side. She furrowed her brow at the contact of his mind. This was a fellow Mayu, what on earth was he doing so far from Soragakure? Saiyuri had known there had been a few people who left seeking other lands, but she did not believe they had managed to cross the neutral territory alive. If everything did not turn into a large steaming pile of feces Saiyuri would be sure to talk to her clansmen afterward.
Saiyuri signaled the Moon emissaries with a raising of her hand. Normally she would first make them aware of her presence and perhaps give a better physical warning, but this was a precarious moment. A distance of fifty feet separated them and Saiyuri was perfectly okay with that. With a quick thought she created a network between them, making sure that only what was wanted to be shared would be transmitted through. On top of this she kept her personal link with Alice in case the situation deteriorated. "Lady Tsukikage, it is an honor to meet you. I wish it was under better circumstances." Saiyuri began, keeping a close watch on the others. "I am Saiyuri Mayu, leader of Soragakure. It seems as if there was a miscommunication along the way." Saiyuri said in reference to the genin who had followed the others. There was only supposed to be four people here, two from either village.

Michael looked around at the voice and sent back a message from his own mind. "Tsukikage, where? And why are you hiding?" Michael was unaware of the Tsukikage's presence as he was around a corner from the rest. "Also how are you speaking in my mind?"

From her perch Elizabeth sat in silence. Even her breathing was quieter than it usually was. She was scanning the terrain silently, leaving Shinji to his own lookout. She rubbed her forehead and gave a light tug at her robes. She buttoned it further up, aware through her tough skin that it was rather cold outside. She could see her breath as it ran from her nose. She was patient, sure, but if the Sorakage didn't come soon she would have just allowed Shinji to make a wooden house and took a nap. It's not like she's actually worried about something killing her. Nothing short of an amazing assassin could even get close to her without her being aware thanks to Samehada, and even if they could the likelihood of anything getting a fatal blow on her without being a sage or stronger is just as low. But just as she began to lose interest, samehameha got active on her back and started to shudder with interest. She looked in the direction it seemed to want to go start shredding and she scoped out the Sorakage and her charge. She knew full well of her abilities, she was a kage after all. She was sure to have heard of her, and she knew of her telepathic abilities.
The mental intrusion was met with a reflection of the grace. I agree, I wish we could meet with good news in mind. I'm sure you heard about the landbridge Kaisen rose. Gave him a run for his money but since our last fight... she said briefly remembering the surgery that removed her old powers and brought her back from the brink, also turning her into a kaguya. I think Kaisen would have a harder time. When he returns I will hand him hjis a**. What do you propose we do about them? she asked getting right to business.
Shinji stepped forward slightly, rolling his shoulders forward as he fell to the ground, landing into a front hand spring as soon as he hit the ground, enforced slightly by chakra so as to not hurt himself. The Jounin had been almost too bored to function at that point, having been forced to remain in constant alert for far too long. The experienced Jounin had almost began to think that the damn Tsukikage was going to be a no-show, but lo and behold, there she was, in all her relatively average glory. He returned her hand raise, appearing as stoic as ever. "I believe I can make our accommodations a tad bit more... well, accommodating."With that, the Senju raised up one hand in a Snake seal, maintaining it as roots shot up and out of the earth, forming a very cylindrical little house."Well then, shall we begin?"

Saiyuri could appreciate Elizabeth's want to get right down to business. She did not want to be away from her village anymore than necessary. So when Shinji was kind enough to erect a house between the two perches Saiya wasted no time in descending. She tapped into the innate Mayu ability of levitation, using it only when necessary to move down the pillar she previously stood upon. In no time at all she was at the floor. Saiya entered and choose a seat that Shinji surely had created. The wood release was an absolute marvel of an ability in Saiyuri's eyes. She could not help but admire the work in the small details. It was wondrous to see something sprout from where there had been nothing. Not wanting to come off as empty-headed, Saiya made sure to look at Elizabeth and Shinji and keep her musings to herself. "Soragakure and Tsukigakure have never been much of allies, but it seems we are working towards the same goal. I propose a temporary treaty. We aid each other in the stopping and removal of these once great sages." Saiyuri said, envisioning the drawing up of documents and what not. That could come later. What she wanted now was the word of the Tsukikage.

"Well isn't this just one kickass party! Come on, people! Look lively! Where da hooch at?" Jade had seemed to appear from thin air. Her peppy steps tapped across the room when she spotted a window and she peaked out of it, pushing her seductive waist back towards the group of shinobi. "Wow, what a view! I would want a place like this just to show off this view." She turned away from the window and then looked at the group, analyzing them with her special eyes (my brand!!!). A grin just barely showed on her face. "So I've been having this itching feeling that somebody has been searching for me. Would that have been you guys by any chance?"

It would have been one thing altogether for Samehameha to have reacted to someone coming nearby, but when it reacted so violently the wrappings began to come off she immediately grabbed the hilt of masamune and scanned the room only to find they already had been breached. With only her battle instincts intact she removed the blade and drew a circle in the air, red runic symbols appearing in it's wake. Her eyes turned completely white along with her hair and the blade became visibly more sharp and precise. With a slow motion she sheathed the blade and then activated the Instant of steel. With her armor still on from earlier she tossed a glance back to Shinji and gave him a specific nod as she punched the floor, causing the hut to fall. Immediately a forest of bones haphazardously ripped up from the ground, destroying the hut and slightly threatening all who sat still but Elizabeth. Amidst this Elizabeth had disappeared among the now thread wide boneyard having absorbed into the forest she'd made. The nod she gave to shinji was for him to understand that she was about to morph the battlefield and hopefully he would follow suit.
Immediately as Elizabeth shot down to launch up her boneyard, Jade kick and launched herself flying through the wall of the hut with her Flash Step. Her movements were instant and precise, knowing exactly that Elizabeth come back with such a powerful move. "I'm not quite sure how good of hands Tsukigakure is in just yet...." Jade mumbled to herself as she saw the field of spike launch up from the ground. She maneuvered through the air by contorting her body and drifting to a point where she landed her feet on a spike and she applied chakra to her feet to allow her to slide down. When she did this, she began to kick herself from spike to spike and spend brief moments sliding down them. She would kick off from spike to spike to other spikes as they came flying up from the ground. She hit the ground hard and sent a bit of a shockwave through the ground, tearing up just a bit of the ground. She stood still, awaiting a movement from Elizabeth. This wouldn't be an easy fight, but she needed to do this.

Used • Flash Step - Rank: C The user can now use flash steps, which allow them to transport themselves a short distance in a very quick maneuver, known as Flash Steps. 1 Post cooldown. The user can only move 25 feet away from their current position.
• Shunkō Slide - Rank: D The user can alternate chakra in the feet, allowing them to slide on the ground for a much easier transgression from offense to defense, allowing them to slip away from attacks.

Jade was indeed just as flash as she had ever been. With all the leaping and jumping around she was doing she had placed herself on the ground amdist a forest of bones. At any given moment, Elizabeth could come rocketing out of any of the spikes, but instead of instant killing her as she fell Elizabeth bided her time. She was in dark slayer mode, and wearing her special set of bone armor. Even further still she even activated the instant of steel as well. For all intents and purposes, they were on par as far as reaction time went, and her sword mastery and speed were just through the roof. She came out of the bone from in front of Jade, using the movement of steel to leave an afterimage of herself as she dove forward. With a swift and deadly swing the moment she was in range, Elizabeth would unsheathed the blade with her signature Draw technique. Even with mangekyo activated this slash would have incredible speed. Jade was in for a run in this one.
Jade knew that she was in some deep s**t if she didn't react to this. Sadly, she knew that she did not have the physical capabilities to counter this or evade. Her only option was to actually activate her Mangekyou abilities. Elizabeth was an opponent that was not to be toyed with and going into this fight she knew that one of them would end up dead. An ethereal cloak emulated a humanoid being and wrapped around her body. She shot out her arm and slapped upward, sending the attack away with a parry. The armor was powerful and would be able to hold up against Elizabeth for some time. using this moment, though, Jade kicked off of the ground and shot higher into the air. As she did this, her body and her armor, Hachiman, began to bathe in a golden glow. Her chakra welled up inside of her and became stronger as her energy overflowed. Using this moment, she conjured three, massive tomoe from her chakra that orbited around her. When her ascent peaked, she launched all three of them down to the earth. Upon collision with the boneyard, the ground, or even with Elizabeth, a powerful blast of chakra and energy would explode from them, leveling everything around them. With the knowledge she had of Elizabeth's power, Jade was sure this would not kill. She did know, however, that it had the possibility to drastically change the outcome of this fight. The boneyard and anything on the battlefield would end up being flattened into the dirt. At least, this is what Jade had hoped to accomplish. She didn't know everything that Elizabeth had up her sleeve.

Used • Hachiman Jade's special Eternal Mangekyo technique. At first it appears as if her special Susanoo has appeared once more, though this time it wraps around her body and creates an ethereal outer armor. It breaks all limits and raises her speed, strength, and perception by 1 rank for five posts.
• Reverent Sage The Mangekyo that Jade took from a very dear friend of hers during his downfall. The Reverent Sage basks Jade in a golden light, giving her a bonus of 25% of her current chakra as a refund. For five posts all of her techniques that are ninjutsu based are 1 rank stronger.
• Eight Slopes Comma Jewels - A Rank - 0 Mangekyou Points [Susanoo must be activated] Yasaka no Magatama is a long range Ninjutsu used by Mangekyou Sharingan holders. Uchiha Itachi regards this as his most powerful long range Ninjutsu. After activating his Mangekyou Sharingan, Itachi will utilize his Susanoo Doujutsu. Susanoo will then generate three fiery comma jewels connected via their center with a spectral rope. Susanoo will then hurl them like a shuriken towards his target.
Uchiha Madara can also utilize this jutsu, after forming Susanoo, the spectral warrior will create a long chain of jewels connected via a spectral rope. Susanoo will then remove the jewels and hurl them individually like shuriken at its target. Due to the size and power of the jewels, a powerful defensive barrier is required in turn to be able to stop them.

Even with all that speed Elizabeth hadn't been able to land a hit, which was fine as Jade was also fast as all hell. Elizabeth, however, wouldn't be beaten so easily. Jade parried the attack and leaped into the air but Elizabeth continued to slide forward moving very quickly. Just before the Hachimon began to form the Tsuchikage placed her free hand on Samehada and dashed upwards. On the rise she would pull samehada off of her back with her free arm and once she closed enough distance, deliver a blow that would unwrap the weapon and expose the shark skin to the side of her Hachimon before the Yasaka Magatama had fully formed. From the sky there wasn't a lot of dodging that could be done and Samehada was being swung with quite a bit of force as to quickly stop the forming attack and steal a bit of chakra from the woman who clearly had an abundance of it.
