This is going to be a list of the most commonly asked questions we get about the ball and during the ball from guests - not to be confused with the co-host FAQ or the Annual Ball FAQ that we have posted within the guild to help new staff settle in.
If you remember what questions were asked the most, what questions you answered the most, or just have good ideas on what should be addressed in the Blog Spot then post here!
I will make a list of the top ones in this first post to keep track so you can check it for previously suggested and listed questions/answers.
It's definitely a good idea to have the guild all contribute and I think we've gotten to the point where we can set up a thread for that. Then we can move on to the fun planning with the art and graphics (:
It's time!
Tis here! (quoting people who posted in the other thread)
Awesome! Now we can really hitch this blog planning on the road x3
Well, regarding again with the FAQ for the blog, I think what of the most common questions we received was something like "What is the Annual Ball?" "Why do we have it?" "How do we participate?" And stuff like that. We should notify other members of the guild right now...I think they will be able to use their brains way better than me!

emotion_yatta I'm gonna poke Violet for an announcement~
I happen to think you're using your brain quite well! In fact I just made another thread for an advertising project you could use your brain to think about as well if you wanted to biggrin
It's the Otterling charity thread~

Awesome! If anybody's using their brain, it's you! You've done everything for the guild, and we should be more than grateful for you! 4laugh
Anyways, lurking through past forums, I found a few good questions. Some of them aren't exactly common, but they are good questions, so I included them.
Another thought: If the blogspot is going out a week (or shortly) before the ball actually starts, people are going to ask how they can get involved. Perhaps we could have the 13th planning guild open by the time the blogspot goes out, since there won't be much here for any new people to do.

I think the most common questions are: "What/When/Where is the ball?" "How can I participate?"
Basically what Cyarine said, haha.
I dunno, I feel a little braindead right now, so I'm not much of a help.
Oh, there are lots of busy working bees behind the scenes this year. Everything's going very smoothly thanks to all the people working hard to make that happen!

It was a very special kind of poking, trademarked by moi~
That could be a good idea, though it's something that maybe should be mulled over a bit by the current hosts and those who are going to help run next year's ball. I could see it being a huge help in terms of getting active folks involved sooner, but I could see it adding to the workload right before the ball as well, what with having a bunch of new people to coordinate and organize things. It could definitely be done, though, and it would be a good way to direct the people who offer to help. Last year we managed to get a bunch of last minute artists which was good for rooms who had artists unable to complete the art for the rooms, but I'm not sure that will be much of a concern this year.
Maybe we could direct them to one of our monthly events... though I could see that being confusing to the people who won't pay much attention to what's actually in the Blog.

What you did was not poking... >.>

Yep! Busy busy "buzz"y bees! *sorry for the pun x3* Umm...I know I'm kinda of a newbie...but I would like to be one of the back scene bees? I'd really love to help manage anything, maybe help out with organizing things? sweatdrop
Oh sweetie, you'll soon find that you have more than enough things to organize! Why don't you shoot me a PM and I can tell you about the projects that are getting started and then we can see where you'd like to step in?
