Stupid cold weather. Lellouch was officially over cold weather. Which was funny, because she liked the cold. Her wounds had long since healed, for the most part. Every now and then there was the occasional twinge of pain but it was easily ignorable at this point. Too bad she couldn't ignore the cold. And what the ******** was it with all these random creeps all of a sudden? Jeez, a girl wheres a skirt and its like it sets off every sleaze radar in the city. Ugh. Gross. First the guy from yesterday, now this pack of idiots that had descended on her as if she was some piece of meat. Though, perhaps to them, she was. When the first guy dropped from her energy draining, they scattered like cockroaches. She grumbled irritably to herself as yet another body crumbled to the floor. Lellouch found chasing these idiots to be more taxing then putting up with their mindless banter. And she was almost tempted to let them run, but draining proved to have it's merits... Stowing the energy away, she left the bodies scattered on various streets. Let some other idiot deal with them now. Lellouch had had her fill of pointlessness. It was only after putting some distance behind her that she noticed a signature. It was unlike one she had felt before. It felt that of a General, but at the same time it was different. She paused for a moment, weighting her options before she slowly began to follow it to it's source. Lucifer Force IM BAD AT THIS IM SORRY. /dies

The unholy scream probably hit her ears long before the sight came to her eyes. Neatly tucked away in a back alley behind one generic seedy bar lay three drunkards, two of which were dead. They were dressed in blue collar, stained clothing, likely coming from the construction site two blocks down. The one still alive clung to the hope that he'd escape and Bazzite found it both annoying and illogical. Futile. The locust beast and jumped the three men while out for his evening stroll, courtesy of his master Benitoite. The first two went down without batting an eyelash - too drunk to even call a cab. Their starseeds were minuscule but still better than energy alone. This last guy was putting up a fight, for a human. Dressed in a leather coat Bazzite's claws had torn to shreds, the man's bearded face and being crushed beneath one scaled hand while the locust rifled through his pockets with the other, looking for fun trinkets to take home. Credit card, a driver's license, keys... Bazzite deposited the keys in the folds of the remnants of his uniform. Random coins and a knife were all that remained. When one had knives for fingers, regular knives seemed inefficient and redundant! Before going in for the kill, the youma's senses tingled. Powered starseed... chaos... nearby. He still held the squirming man's head against the wet concrete while he turned his body partly to the side, wings abuzzing. "Hello~ I can sense you. You don't have to hide, senshi." he called down the alley, allowing his alien double-voice to echo. [Mistress Morbid] IS OK BB I STILL LOVE YOU <3

The scream made her jump, and the blonde nearly rolled her ankle in the process. She stopped infront of the alley way when whatever it is called out to her. "Who says I'm hiding? ...Maybe I was trying to find you." 'What and who ever you are.' Lellouch thought to herself as she made her way down the alley way. Soon enough though she came across the bodies and blinked. "..Someone's been having a bit of fun.." Her eyes swept from the bodies to the origin of the voice and Lellouch found herself staring. White hair stood out bright against blue skin, and black sclera made equally blue eyes shine. He had what looked to be like tattered remains of clothing, and vines dangling from his shoulders and waist. And oh god, it- he?, it sounded like a he anyway, had wings. And Lellouch wondered for a moment what they felt like. "Lellouch." She said suddenly, snapping back to relality and hoping she didn't come off rude. "My name, It's Lellouch." Lucifer Force Run Bazzi, she thinks your cute already

Bazzite let out a chuckle very low in his throat. The man crushed beneath his hand squirmed and squealed and the youma paid very little attention to him save to hold him still. "Lellouch. I don't know you. Are you new?" Maybe she knew his master? Or maybe she was recently-recruited? It was hard to say, being that senshi under the thumb of Chaos rarely visited the Rift one way or another, and youma weren't likely to be invited to Nega-Senshi parties anyway. Gripping the man's head firmly, Bazzite stood and brought his catch with him. He towered over the smaller senshi, a generous six-and-a-half feet of locust and once-boy. The youma stepped over the corpses to look down upon Lellouch, the man's feet dragging along the ground. "It's nice to meet you, Lellouch. Are you out for a stroll?" With a flash of movement, the man's misery was ended. His starseed, dull and nearly lifeless, lay in Bazzite's hand. He flicked it into the air and swallowed it whole, a disgusted look on his face. "Stale. But it'll do." The youma stretched then, gossamer wings unfolding for a moment before buzzing back into their original position. "So, Lellouch, what brings you to see someone like me? Just curious? I certainly don't mind conversation one bit..." She looked cute, this Lellouch. The youma leaned over suddenly and sniffed her hair. [Mistress Morbid] Bazzi says he's not cute, he's handsome!

"Mhmm. I've only been at this for about two months. She watched, as the creature pulled the man forward and in a matter of seconds it was over. Her lip twitched in a small grimace, but this time she did not rub at the phantom pain in her chest. It wasn't there. She knew that. "I was, yes. Until some sleaze bags decided to try and feel me up... Then my stroll turned into energy draining." She paused for a moment, watching him. "Why eat it if it's stale?" Perhaps it was a bit forward but eh.. Well, color her curious. Her eyes flickered back to his wings as the moved. "Curiosity mostly.. I hadn't felt a signature like yours so I wanted to see who it belonged too.." Her words trailed off almost awkwardly as he loomed over here and Lellouch found herself suddenly feeling very short, despite standing at five feet- eleven inches normally, and that wasn't even counting the few inches she got from her boots. She tried not to twitch as he sniffed at her hair, and if she did she'd blame it on... well something. "What are you." She finally asked. " Who are you?" Lucifer Force How bout stunning? Will he take stunning? BEAUTIFUL?

Why eat it if it's stale?A smile crept to his face. Bazzite knew his place in the order of things and knew there would be consequences if he let his stomach do the thinking instead of his brain. The last thing he wanted to do -- ever -- is to upset his General. A long and pointed claw delicately touched Lellouch's chest, indicating he knew very well where her starseed lay. "Powered starseeds taste much better, but time is time. If I want to stay topside, I have to eat. And I can't very well nibble on the nice ones - the brass gets mad about that." Lellouch was very polite, something Bazzite found incredibly refreshing. Normally senshi of any kind avoided him like the plague, even the ones that were supposed to be friends. He was one of the few that could speak, wasn't that enough? He inwardly sighed, and then she asked the important questions. He lifted a finger as if to gently scold her. "Never an it, always a he. I am Bazzite, but you can call me Bazzi, if you want. I'm a youma, Benitoite's partner. He's a very nice man if you ever get a chance to meet him. Short, blonde, wears slate and black and blue, carries a big spear." Another buzz of his wings and for a moment, the smile that graced his face was truly genuine. "...why are you so nice to me, Lellouch? It's not like Negaverse senshi to even walk passed me, let alone say hello." [Mistress Morbid] He is not sure but Lellouch is nice enough, so... emotion_brofist

Lellouch knew that someday her curiosity would get her killed. Someday"Can't you go nibble on those Order idiots? Or do they get mad about that too." She couldn't help but snort at the mention of the higher ups as she tried not to flinch or twitch when he touched her chest. Then she grinned slightly at his words, she knew that logic atleast and it was one she tried to practice often. "I've never met him... But I'll keep an eye out now that you've mentioned it. "Again, Curiousity.." She said as she reached out and actually took his hand, turning it over in hers before moving on to the scale like spikes on his arm. "I've seen a youma once or twice but they looked like some mindless dog." Much like the one she'd been trying to get to bite her when Abby had found her that night. "You however... don't." He almost acted human, to a point anyway. "Why shouldn't I be nice to you though? You've given me no reason to act otherwise." And then the grin grew. "And technically I never said hello... yet." Lucifer Force Whoo! Mission accomplished then. And sorry Bazzi, she can be a bit touchy feely sometimes. |D I giggled, Lellouch often does the never an it always a s/he thing. She hates when people are treated like things.

"Of course I can nibble on them, but not when they're in hiding. I haven't seen or felt any Order signatures since I've been topside. Just Chaos. And mundanes." The youma gestured to the bodies with a dismissive hand. Bazzite made a strange sound when he felt Lellouch touch his arm, probably as close an approximation to a purr as he could muster. "The mindless ones are the ferals," he explained, holding still while the corrupted senshi did her exploring of his features. "I'd say roughly seventy to eighty percent of the youma in the Rift are ferals. Brainless things but good cannon fodder, if you will." The creature chuckled, great shoulders shaking with the sound. "The ones with brains are few and far between, and even though they can talk, I wouldn't trust them, especially since to most, a senshi is a senshi is a senshi." Essentially meaning food. Lellouch's sense of humor gave her points in his favor. Bazzite smiled and moved his wings back and forth in a slow pendulum-like motion. "I like you, Lellouch. I can't say that about many, especially the senshi. Maybe you can visit me sometime, provided you have a bodyguard. Who is your commanding officer, by the way...?" [Mistress Morbid] Bazzite appreciates this point of view very much! mrgreen

"How often do you come up top side?" She asked as she moved to almost circle him. She did stop for a moment behind him, if only to admire the set of wings that adorned his back. The senshi managed to refrain from touching however, though she'd be lying if she said she didn't want too. "Oh. Well that makes sense I guess." Lellouch said as she stopped in front of him again. Then she reached up and took his face in her hands, having to stand on her tip toes. "... Do all the other smart ones look human? Because you kinda have it nailed Bazzi." Then she blinked and withdrew her hands, sinking back to her normal height. "Er, sorry. Was that too forward? You don't have to answer that. You're the first humanoid youma I've seen." Bazzi was already putting up with her poking and prodding. He didn't need to be subjected to a round of 20 questions. "I'll do my best to avoid them when I come to visit then." "Well that's awesome because I like you too." She chirped, her eyes once again flicking to the youma's wings. "Okay, seriously, I'm jealous. I want a pair.." She sighed. "Uhm... Bischofite.. I guess. Dark haired guy, bout my height, speaks with an accent. He wears war paint on his face." She said, going as far as to draw it out on her skin. "Know em?"

"As often as Benitoite sees fit to let me, really." answered the youma with a shrug. "He's very generous though. Whenever I get bored down in the Rift, he summons me up here and I can do as I please until I need to return. I get to grab a few things for my collection here and there, eat, stretch my legs. Since there's so few to talk to down there, it can get lonely." At the question of whether all humanoid youma looked human, Bazzite tilted his head slightly. "Maybe. Some do, some do not. Some are only vaguely human-shaped and others can mimic the human form almost perfectly. But me? I suspect I look human because I used to be human, once upon a time. Definitely shorter than you, Lellouch. It's too bad I had to be like this to get a growth spurt." The locust lifted an arm to peer at the wings behind him. "You know, don't senshi get wings when you reach top rank? I've seen them, but they're all white." When Lellouch explained who her ranking General was, Bazzite couldn't help but smile. "Ohh yes, I know him. German, I think, very grumpy but effective. The man's got resolve, maybe a bit unhinged." Bazzite used one long claw to tap his head. "I've seen him wandering around in the Rift sometimes, mumbling to himself. He might be looking for a partner, or he took a wrong turn at Albuquerque."

"Collection?" She inquired, raising a brow. "...What are you collecting? Maybe I can grab you somethings if I see them?" The blonde offered. She was just about to say something else when the words clicked in her head. He was human? " Excuse me?" Her mouth opened and closed a few times, as all sorts of questions rolled around in her mind before ultimately she just scrubbed at her face. "A story for another time I suppose. I didn't mean to pry." She then paused, looking him over. "I'm sure you were just fine, at whatever height you were. And for the record, you make me feel short and that almost never happens." "Real ones darling, I want real ones.." Lellouch even made a small flapping motion with her hands. "We get wings, but they are no more decoration then the rest of our uniforms." She sighed and shrugged. "Someday right? Anything is possible right?" The blonde stiffed a giggle at Bazzi's own description of Bischofite. "Grumpy indeed, but I like him. He's... different. Unpredictable."

The youma gave her a smile. "When you're one of the few smart ones in a sea of stupid, you get bored easily. I collect whatever I can carry - records, wind chimes, iPods, puzzles, you name it." Whatever could stave off boredom was welcome in Bazzite's collection. One could only sleep or explore so much before it becomes dull and madness sets in. A story for another time indeed. Bazzite made to start walking for he didn't want to just stand around in an alley. He motioned for Lellouch to follow him, knowing Order senshi were unlikely to attack them when they were together. If they did, well... snack time. He didn't touch on the height issue - Lellouch was already incredibly tall for a woman. Maybe she played basketball? No doubt she'd be in high demand if she did. On the subject of wings, though. "Royals have wings." he stated, thankful none were around to point out as an example. "Don't know if they can fly with those wings, but they're big. Stay away from them if you feel them, and you can feel them for miles. They're like a flashlight in a dark basement. I remember seeing four in one place one time, long before you were awakened. I don't ever want to be in that situation again..." The youma shuddered.

"Well then... If I see anything, I'll grab it for you." Hopefully the girl would find something the youma would like. The blonde senshi followed after him, linking her hands behind her back as she did. "Do they? I haven't met anyone 'royal' aside from Zinkenite. And he does not have wings." The girl threw him a biwildered look at the mention of four in one place. "I am both curious and afraid to know what you were doing around four of them." Lellouch sighed quietly. "I have a lot to learn don't I Bazzi?" Her gaze flickered from their surroundings back to him. "About everything. Perhaps I should talk to Bischofite more.." It couldn't hurt right? ... Okay maybe it would, but at least she'd learn at that point right? "What do you think? Got anything you can teach me Bazzi?"

"Much obliged then, Lellouch." came an easy reply. And there was much for the youma to teach the new recruit and it would take time. Much time, and an excuse to visit him down in the Rift. The youma smiled at the thought. "You're right - Negaverse officers like Zinkenite don't get wings, but everyone else seems to. Dark Mirror and White Moon are the ones I've seen. One White Moon princess has a yellow dress, shoots rainbows. The other's got white hair, dark skin, big white wings. She was busy fighting the Dark Mirror princess or something. I had too much to focus on at the time..." Nails clicked against concrete and if anyone showed up, they took one look at the pair and skittered away without Bazzite having to so much as hiss. "...it was all part of an ambush. The White Moon was holding a huge meeting and the power signatures gathered into one place... it was ridiculous, they didn't even bother cloaking any of it, just bickering all in one spot." Bazzite made gestures with his hands, one like an explosion. "We teleported in and bam! Instant huge fight. I'd say it was a success had the White Moon people not suddenly disappeared. No idea where they went but we claimed quite a few lives. I was human then, still a Captain..."

"That sounds both amazing and very chaotic at the same time. But seriously? Who the ******** doesn't even try to high their signature? It's kind of a give away? It seems a bit backwards to me." But she shrugged. Perhaps she was just still too new to understand the reasoning behind it. She rolled her eyes any time someone ran. Why did they always run? Running made doing her job incredibly annoying at times. Then the senshi glanced at the youma beside her. "...Can I ask you something Bazzi?" The words were slow, almost like she was afraid to even say them. "You don't have to humor me and answer if it makes you uncomfortable, I'd understand.. But." The senshi paused, thinking the words over carefully. "Do you... regret it? Whatever happened, I mean. Are you happy?" Did he miss this life. "Seriously though, you don't have to tell me. You can tell me to shut up and mind my own business."
