I actually approve of gaias newest tactic to make money. The animal bases are adorable, especially the cats and pandas! I just hope that they continue to push out normal items as well, or the animal bases will get old really quickly. I don't want every item to be for the animal bases, I still like my normal avatar base as well.

I don't approve only because of what they're charging for the skins right off the bat. Almost $50 to get different colors for one species, and $100 if you want something that isn't monochrome? All these cash shop announcements and plugs are really making me hesitant to even log in anymore. I know, as soon as I do, it'll be 'flash sale this' and 'look at this recolor that's only available for the next 2 minutes better hurry up and spend your monies.' I never cared about the cash shop or verge in the past, but they've gone WAY overboard with it.

I actually agree with you on that completely. I'm just glad to see something in there that's not trying to make you break the bank for a new color of an item they've already released in 7,0000 colors already.

Im ok with the third MC add on, kinda cool. Even though I think the animal avis are silly and dont like them xp

I don't mind the MC add-on. That part kinda makes sense in lieu of them not being able to wear items that we already own. It would just be something to rage about if it didn't happen.

That being said - I really like the animal achievement titles.
