Velles bathed in the sun, on a large bolder, watching the water fall down from the tall waterfall. It was so beautiful and calming, she could watch this forever, in fact she seems to do that quite often, just watch the water fall and slash into the river. She wondered if this waterfall had a name? Or even the river had a name?
She hopped down from the bolder, bent over and drank some of the fresh water. "This is such good water, father would enjoy this place with mom." She jumped back up onto the bolder and relaxed. "Should have brought a book, oh well..." The layed there letting the sun warm her up, it felt very good.

Ikiryo rested by the waterfall with no intention of getting up. Ears pressed back, she was quietly watching the spirits roam around her, smirking ever-so-slightly. The spirit realm was far more beautiful than this plain living one, and for a second the youkai hadn't heard the movement nearby. She was distracted, and wished to remain so. It was only until the spirits suddenly scattered did her head whip around to find the cause of such a thing, one of her twin tails flicking quietly as her eyes fell upon a small creature laying on a boulder.
A living creature.
The youkai stood, stretching quietly before soundlessly leaping through the forest, landing on rocks without even a whisper of noise before she rested, eying the other. Peering behind her mask, she vanished suddenly, reappearing behind the woman. However, instead of speaking, the three purple spirits who always stayed by her side and the living could see began to chatter.
"Oh, Ikiryo! She's a living! Why bother with her?" Cried Kep.
"She is small, but not a child. She would not be suited for the Spirit Realm as of now." Grumbled Be.
"But she's pretty! Look, look!" Yelped Poc as the small ball of purple circled the woman, returning to Ikiryo's side.

Velles turned, she felt like she was being watched. Then she saw the noodle with a skull mask, who is this? She sat up not knowing why the female was here, but she seemed very interesting,She seemed to have three spirits around her. That kinda reminded her of her father. Her father was a fire breathing pokemon, but he could see spirits and so on. She was surprised she could see them, maybe she did inherit some of her fathers power.
She sat down and looked at the other female. "Hi, do you need something? I'm pretty helpful if you need some help." She smiled at the pretty fem with the three spirits. She flopped her three tails around, kinda excited to see what this noodle wanted. She hadn't had much contact with other noodles, but her father said it is best to be very nice.

Ikiryo viewed the the creature with little to no expression as her spirits fluttered about. She wasn't interested in talking, not as of now. The woman was pretty, yes. She'd probably be prettier as a spirit.... Still. Her multiple tails swished, causing Ikiryo to swish her own two tails in response. Cocking her head to the side, a soft, almost echoey sigh escaped her as she viewed the woman.
"Help? The great Spirit Swallower doesn't need help from a living!" Kep yowled.
"Kep. Behave. The woman has not done us any harm." Be chastised.
"Who are you? Who are you?!" Poc continued to swirl around the woman, excited beyond belief. However, she suddenly stopped as a small hand raised.
"Why are you in the forest?" Ikiryo's voice was soft, however echoed oddly. As if two voices were speaking at once, and out of sync. Her twin-tails swished around her, eyes narrowing in curiosity.

Velles watched the spirits, then looked at the noodle. "I come here to relax, it is so pretty here by the waterfall, don't you think?" She then went to touch the spirit flying around, but then stopped. This could upset the noodle, and that is the last thing she wanted to do. "Do you live around here?" She thought of moving around here herself, it was so beautiful, and peaceful. She looked back into the noodles eyes, she looked like she knew a lot.
"My name is Velles, it is nice to meet you. I think it is pretty interesting that you have three spirits around you, if I had that, I wouldn't be so lonely at night. Though I bet it can be annoying sometimes when you are trying to have private time. Maybe they leave you for a little while? I don't know, still seems pretty cool." She wanted to see how the spirit that was flying around her felt, maybe a little cool to the touch? She had to admit they were pretty cute, She had no idea why, but it just seemed adorable. She wanted to pinch their cheeks and say how cute they were. That is if they had cheeks.
Velles hopped down from the boulder so the other woman would have to look up. Velles was a small noodle, smaller then her siblings. She didn't mind that at all though. She looked up at the woman and smiled a genuine happy smile. It seems pretty rare to see such an interesting woman.

Yes. It was pretty, Ikiryo did agree with the other. She seemed momentarily pleased by the others appreciation for the land amongst them, flicking her twin tails lazily. Then, the other went to touch the spirits, her eyes flashing as the youkai was close to summoning her flames to set this living being ablaze. Her spirits were the only thing she cared much for. She immediately relaxed when the woman decided not to touch them, watching the spirits hide behind herself once more.
Did she live around her? The masked youkai shook her head in response, disgusted. "No. I do not live within this realm. I merely visit to assist those who need to pass into the other realm." Her strange, echoed voice travelled through the air, as soft as the wind itself. As the other mentioned her name one ear flicked up, head cocking to the side. Velles. She'd remember that if she were to see the other again. Her eyes glanced at her spirits, nodding briefly. They were the only spirits she hadn't swallowed to send them to the Spirit Realm, and she intended to keep it that way.
"I am Ikiryo. Their names are Kep, Be, and Poc. They stay at my side at all times."
"How boring. We should leave!" Kep screeched.
"Oh, stop being so rude to the living. She is just fine." Be hissed back.
"And she's pretty! Velles is pretty!" Poc whirled around Velles, excitedly giggling as it did so.

Velles pouted at the thought she didn't stay in this realm, maybe she wouldn't see her ever again. "Are there others like you? I hope so, that seems so lonely. That reminds me of this goddess father was talking about, her name is Lillith and she does that, well to lost souls. I wonder if you two are related somehow? I dunno, I never seen her myself, She is kinda like a ghost but not a ghost at all. Do you know her? Dad could have been pulling my leg too, so yea." Velles wondered if she was lonely like dad said Lillith was, because she scared everyone.
"I wish I had some spirit friends to fallow me around, most i can do is spit out fire, and am fire proof. Found that out the hard way, if I wasn't, I would be dead right now." She gulped at the thought of what happened when she was a kit. "Wow, I might have met you as a kit if i wasn't, you or Lillith, if she is real that is. I have never seen a goddess, kinda scared to, I heard they are much bigger then us, and have mysterious powers..." **shivers** "They just seem to have unlimited power!"(she doesn't know what shes talking about lol)

Ikiryo viewed the other with a raised eyebrow. Lonely? Why would it be lonely? She was a youkai, and she was content being so. Shaking her head, the twin-tailed creature watched Velles.
"Why would it be lonely? Us youkai are various in species and beings. We do not care much for socializing. And no, I do not know of your spirit friend. I have met many spirits and led them to the other side, and I have yet to meet one such as her." It was strange how the woman used the word ghost. Ah. She must be of a different culture. Ghosts were like spirits, but the youkai didn't care what name was used. They were all the same. Then, the woman spoke more, causing Ikiryo's head to c**k to the side.
"I assume you are a demon, correct?"
"A demon? A demon? Oh oh, how exciting. Now can we leave?" Kep was having none of this.
"You be quiet!" Be barked.
"It glows!" Poc had finally noticed the others earring and taken to twirling around it.

Villes thought for a second. "My dad is kinda a demon pokemon, but not dark, actually, I'm not exactly sure what my dad is..." She scratched her head wondering what exactly pokemon were. "All I know is he can see spirits, used to tell me ghost stories and stuff like that to scare me. It was fun." She fluffed her tails up, then sat down. "You have multiple tails too, that is cool, I like the color of your fur too, what does your face look like under the bone mask, I think it is a mask? If not it is really neat. Do you ever feel like um, I dunno, um, wanting the company of the living?"
She patted the ground beside her. "You can sit here if you want, you wanna be friends?" Velles thought maybe if she made friends with this woman, she would visit her. "I know it is nice to have spirit friends, it is good to have friends from this realm too, you might wanna stay longer too." She smiled, She really liked this lady, she was so different, and mysterious. She pulled her tails to the side to stay out of the way of her, in case she decided to sit.

P.....okemon? What were those? Eying the other, once more, she just shook her head. Strange living beings.
"What are Pokemon?" She questioned, and then the other asked about her mask. Immediately, Ikiryo stepped back just in case the other made a move to remove it. Luckily, Velles didn't. The other patted the ground and, with the prompting of Poc who was absolutely excited about sitting closer, Ikiryo sat beside the strange woman.
"My face looks like my fur." Ah, yes. Captain obvious over here... but Ikiryo wasn't very good at holding conversations. "It prevents the local villages from trapping me with their talismans." Her tails wrapped around her back legs as she began to look around her. Friends? This woman was beyond strange. The locals here feared Ikiryo, and yet this strange femme wanted to befriend her? Why? Was she not afraid?
"Are you not afraid of me?"
"Not afraid? Everyone fears us! The villages speak of us as a curse!" Kep finally seemed more amused now that she could spout local gossip.
"They are narrow minded, that's why." Be grumbled lowly.
"We're the scariest!" Poc wailed playfully as it began to attempt taking the earring.

Velles looked at Ikiryo a little taken back. "Why would I be afraid of you?? You are the most interesting person I have ever met!" She then pouted. "What are pokemon.... Um.... To be honest, I have no clue, all I know if my dad is one, my mom isn't one though, she is a wolf." Her tails flicked. "A very nice wolf, not that I have met many, I know I'm nice and I'm part wolf. Just in a lot of stories, there are the big bad wolf out to hunt and eat up everyone."
She paused and wondered why Ikiryo, would scare people? She was amazing! "Do you mind if I call you Iki, or Ryo? It is just easier to remember, I'm terrible with names." She laughed and smiled again. "Has anyone ever told you you have beautiful eyes? They are so pretty! Makes me jealous, I wish I had something interesting about me. just have these three tails, you should see my dad, he had nine tails!! We used to play in them when we were kits. So fluffy, don't know how he kept them so clean, they are much longer then mine."
